Origin Story:
Ichiro Ravensdale arrived at the boarding house sometime in the afternoon with his father, Nicholas. To his surprise the place isn’t half bad looking, though he still dreads having to go to a reform school. He sees a couple other kids in the main hall when he walks in, but he pays them no mind. Ichiro’s father smiled and shook Dudley the Butler’s hand and told Ichiro that he was an old family friend; Ichiro gave a very lethargic hello to the refined Butler. Ichiro was herded to a dorm with the Butler and four other kids, some kid holding some books under his arms (GentleBlue), a very attractive Girl wearing a pink dress (GentlePink, kind of obvious…), another girl who was pretty good looking but was wearing some fancy tiara (GentleYellow), a boy carrying a soccer ball and wearing some kind of green soccer jersey (GentleGreen). Dudley showed him to his room, seemed pretty nice, fancy bed, big screen television and a bunch of pictures of some guy in a top hat with a red band on it. After about an hour, Dudley called them all into the main hall of the dorm and told them it’s time for their classes. Ichiro bellowed loudly and almost immediately Dudley was in his face and asked if that was the gentlemanly thing to do. The other kids laughed and they went into a small classroom down the hall. Dudley stood at the chalkboard in the front of the room and asked everyone to go around the room and introduce themselves’. Ichiro went first, he sounded tired and the introduction sounded forced. Next, the boy in the Green jersey went up, his name was Hideo, he sounded very cocky and full of himself when he told the rest of the group about his Soccer achievements. Next up was the girl wearing the fancy tiara, her name was Rika, she was very posh and her mannerisms were very fancy, it made Ichiro wonder why she was there in the first place. Then the boy holding the books nervously walked to the front and stated his name, Reiji, he was very meek and kept his introduction brief, quickly sitting back down. Finally, that beautiful girl walked to the front, Ichiro’s attention focused to the front almost instantly, she said her name was Kanae and she told the group about her many pageant victories. Before Dudley could begin his lesson on posture, a mysterious looking woman stepped into the classroom. She introduced herself as Lady Cravache; she was the benefactor of the school. She told Dudley that they should tell the kids the reason that they are separated from the main building, Ichiro was wondering why he was with these kids and not any of the others, he wondered why he didn’t even see the other kids. Dudley sighed and pulled out a small pad, he hit a button on it and a wall to the left of Ichiro swung open. Ichiro’s reaction wasn’t cool in the slightest; he jumped out of his seat and hit the ground. In the secret wall closet were a bunch of pocket watches, they all were different colors, Red, Blue, Green, Pink, and Yellow, oddly there was one missing, the group thought nothing of it. Dudley handing the pocket watches out to each of the kids, Ichiro got red, Reiji got blue, Hideo got green, Rika got Yellow, and Kanae got Pink. Reiji nervously asked what the pocket watches were for; Lady Cravache leaned over his desk and grinned. She explained that the canes belonged to a group of refined gentlemen from the eighteenth century who travelled to Japan to teach the Japanese the way of the European Gentleman, but their original intention changed when they saw the evil King Osoroshii rip a hole in the sky and ravage the countryside. Hideo chimed in, asking how some stupid pocket watches could stop some evil monster. The Mistress glared at him sharply and continued her story; the men pressed the watches’ buttons, transforming them into Kyoso Sentai Gentlemenger so they could defeat the evil king and his minions. She did an action-y pose and laughed dynamically. The kids look at her in a very confused way; no one, besides Dudley, knew what she was talking about. Hideo and Ichiro started laughing uncontrollably; Lady Cravache smashes a whip down onto Ichiro’s desk and tells them to be quiet. Suddenly, a loud alarm goes off in the room, the kids cover their ears and the Mistress tells them to go with Dudley. Dudley walks them out of the building and tells them that something is attacking the city, Ichiro scoffs and asks if he’s joking, Dudley looks at him sternly, tells him no and ships them off. They each rush into town and see a disgusting looking beast made of Mud; Rika gagged at the disgusting looking monster and complained about having to fight it. Ichiro, Rika, Hideo and Kanae looked confused at the watches; they wondered what they were supposed to do with them. Reiji spoke quietly, reminding them that they were supposed to press the button on the watch to transform. They let out a collecting “Ooooh…” and they pressed the buttons in unison. Classical music filled the air as their suits over took them over. Ichiro came out of the henshin sequence in a red tux with a top hat that had a black band on it with a cane sword for his weapon, Reiji came out with a blue bowler hat and a blue three piece suit and a blue pipe flame thrower, Hideo with a monocle and a green suit with a cravat and a fencing epee, Rika with a tiara on and a yellow tail suit with a Polo hammer, and Kanae wore a pink sailor’s suit with a captain’s hat and a dagger. They each looked themselves’ over in amazement, they’d never experienced anything that cool before.  Ichiro looked at his weapon in dismay; he only got a stupid cane it appeared.  He ordered his team to charge at the disgusting mud monster, the punched and swung at the monster, Ichiro swung his “Cane” at the beast but, to his surprise, the sheath flew off into the distance, revealing his beautiful sword. His eyes lit up behind his visor and he sliced into the mud thing furiously, but to no avail. The team just couldn’t seem to damage the squishy beast; Reiji wondered what his pipe could do, since his mouth wasn’t exposed he didn’t know what to do. He held the pipe up to where his mouth would be and it shot out an inferno of blue flames that almost hit Hideo. Reiji seemed happy with the result, just not where it went, he aimed the pipe at the monster and shot out another blast of fire, igniting the beast. The Mud Kaijin shrunk back and tried to scurry away, but Rika wouldn’t have it, she smashed her hammer down on it and stopped it in its tracks. Ichiro and Hideo slashed at the Burnt mud monster, the slices seemed to be hurting the monster now. Ichiro looked at the handle of his cane sword and he saw a knob, he spun the knob causing his sword to glow and become a giant red broadsword. He grinned and slammed the sword through the Kaijin, cleaving it in twain. Ichiro turned around and bowed for his teammates, but behind him the Kaijin grew into its second form, it was gigantic compared to the Rangers. The team had no idea what to do against the giant monstrosity; they looked around on their suits and weapons for a solution. They saw Dudley drive up in a red, classic-looking car, along with four other butlers in the other Rangers vehicles. Each of the butlers got of the vehicles and told them to relax and let them do the work now. The Cars combined into a giant bare knuckle boxer with mutton chop vents and a giant handle bar mustache. In the cockpit of the giant warrior the butlers sat and fought the giant mud beast while the Gentlemengers sat and watched with some brandy and cigars, they laughed and watched the help fight the battle for them. Soon after the beasts defenses were lowered and the butlers launched the ultimate attack, The Gentleman’s Disciplinary Strike! The massive blow destroyed the mud kaijin instantly and the butlers turned the mech back into its respective parts and drove the children back to the school. Lady Crevache greeted them and asked how their first day was; they grumbled and walked into the school and to their rooms.
