  3. This Rom hack has a decent amount of move changes and additions. Lots of existing moves had their BP, accuracy, and secondary effects changed for balancing purposes. Some useless moves were replaced entirely to make room for new moves, while other moves kept their name but were completely overhauled or changed. I will not list all of the changes, because basically every move was edited in some way, but I will list all the notable ones and explain their changes. If I were you I would double check every move before attempting not to learn it, just in case the move got buffed or changed to make it better. Keep in mind that all of this is subject to change in the future potentially. Physical/Special split is in this game, and for the most part, are all exactly the same as newer gens (Elemental Punches are physical and stuff). Moves marked with a * are completely brand new moves created by myself.

  5. DoubleSlap (35 BP) (100% Accuracy): Hits two times vs five with buffed accuracy.

  7. Pay Day (90 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed from 40 BP, signature move of the Meowth line.

  9. Vicegrip (55 BP) (100% Accuracy): Changed from Normal ---> Bug-type.
  10.  
  11. Guillotine (130 BP) (80% Accuracy): Changed from an OHKO move into a Bug-type Superpower move.
  12.  
  13. Razor Wind (120 BP) (100% Accuracy): Changed from Normal ---> Flying-type special move. Still functions the same as usual.

  15. Cut (60 BP) (100% Accuracy): Changed from Normal ---> Grass-type, with 10 more BP.
  16.  
  17. Bind (65 BP) (85% Accuracy): Buffed the BP significantly from 15.
  18.  
  19. Slam (100 BP) (75% Accuracy): Buffed BP from 80, while giving the opponent a guaranteed -1 Speed drop.
  20.  
  21. Mega Kick (100 BP) (80% Accuracy): Nerfed from 120 BP, with slightly higher accuracy. Mega Kick is a tutor move obtained very early on in the game, and 120 BP is otherwise a very significant buff to any Normal-type.

  23. Jump Kick (100 BP) (95% Accuracy): Buffed BP to mirror current gens.

  25. *Vacuum Smash (95 BP) (95% Accuracy): A special Fighting-type move with a 10% chance to Flinch. Distributed to most Psychic- and Special Fighting-types.

  27. Horn Drill (150 BP) (80% Accuracy): Changed from an OHKO move to a carbon copy of Head Smash, aka Physical Rock-type move with 1/3 recoil.

  29. Wrap (50 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed from 15 BP, as well as 10% more accuracy.
  30.  
  31. Thrash (120 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed to mirror current gens.

  33. Twineedle (45 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed from 25 BP, with a 30% Poison chance vs 20%.

  35. *Flash Wave (85 BP) (100 Accuracy): A Special Steel-type move that functions exactly the same as Flash Cannon. Given to Special Steel-types and some Electric-types.

  37. Strength (80 BP) (100% Accuracy): Changed from Normal ---> Rock-type.

  39. Petal Dance (120 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed BP to mirror current gens.

  41. String Shot (95% Accuracy): Buffed to -2 Speed drop, and also hits both targets in a Double Battle.

  43. *Earth Power (90 BP) (100% Accuracy): Mirrors current gen Earth Power. Special Ground-type move that has 10% chance to lower SpD. Given to special Ground-types and some other special attackers as coverage.

  45. Rage (50 BP) (100% Accuracy): Significant BP buff from 20.
  46.  
  47. *Nasty Plot (Boosting move): Mirrors current gen Nasty Plot; raises SpA by +2. Given to most special Dark-types as well as a few other special attackers.

  49. Smog (40 BP) (75% Accuracy): Buffed BP from 30, and buffed Poison chance from 40% to 100%.

  51. Clamp (80 BP) (90% Accuracy): Buffed from 35 BP, and buffed accuracy from 85%.

  53. Skull Bash (150 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed from 120 BP.
  54.  
  55. Spike Cannon (25 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed BP from 20 as well as made it a special Poison-type move.

  57. Constrict (50 BP) (100% Accuracy): Significant BP buff from 10.

  59. *Paleo Wave (120 BP) (80% Accuracy): A Special Rock-type move that is a counterpart to moves such as Hydro Pump and Fire Blast. Has a 20% chance to lower Accuracy. Given to special Rock-types.

  61. Hi Jump Kick (130 BP) (90% Accuracy): Buffed BP to mirror current gen.
  62.  
  63. Barrage (25 BP) (100% Accuracy): Changed from physical Normal-type move to a special Steel-type move, as well as buffed the BP from 18.

  65. Leech Life (80 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed BP to mirror current gen.

  67. *Knock-Out (120 BP) (85% Accuracy): A physical Fighting-type move that is exclusive to Hitmonchan, as well as Mew. Has a 20% confusion chance.

  69. Flash (60 BP) (100% Accuracy): Now a special Electric-type damaging move, with a 30% chance to lower accuracy.

  71. *Psystrike (120 BP) (90% Accuracy): A special Psychic-type move exclusive to Mewtwo and Mew. Has a 100% chance to lower the opponent's SpD by -1.

  73. Splash (40 BP) (100% Accuracy): Now a physical Water-type damaging move.
  74.  
  75. Explosion (250 BP) (100% Accuracy): Now a specially based move vs physical.
  76.  
  77. Rock Slide (95 BP) (90% Accuracy): Buffed BP from 75.
  78.  
  79. *Web Spit (50 BP) (100% Accuracy): A special Bug-type move that has a 30% chance to lower the foe's Speed. Distributed to special Bug-types.
  80.  
  81. *Night Terror (120 BP) (80% Accuracy): A special Ghost-type move that is a counterpart to moves such as Hydro Pump and Fire Blast. Has a 20% chance to Flinch. Given to special Ghost-types as well as other special attackers.

  83. Snore (100 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed from 50 BP.
  84.  
  85. *Hurricane (120 BP) (80% Accuracy): A special Flying-type move that is a counterpart to moves such as Hydro Pump and Fire Blast. Never misses in the rain. Given to special Flying-types and some random special attackers.

  87. *Draco Blast (140 BP) (90% Accuracy): A special Dragon-type move that is a counterpart to Overheat. Given to most Dragon-types.
  88.  
  89. Zap Cannon (120 BP) (70% Accuracy): Accuracy buffed from 50%. Hits both foes in a Double Battle.

  91. Outrage (120 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed BP to mirror current gens.
  92.  
  93. Giga Drain (80 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed BP from 60.
  94.  
  95. Fury Cutter (40 BP) (95% Accuracy): Buffed BP to mirror current gen.

  97. *Flare Blitz (120 BP) (100% Accuracy): A physical Fire-type move that replicates the current gen's Flare Blitz. Given to physical Fire-types and some physical attackers.

  99. DragonBreath (90 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed from 60 BP.
  100.  
  101. Iron Tail (95 BP) (90% Accuracy): Nerfed from 100 BP, but Accuracy buffed from 75%.
  102.  
  103. AncientPower (80 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed from 60 BP.
  104.  
  105. Future Sight (150 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed from 100 BP.

  107. *Boomburst (130 BP) (100% Accuracy): An extremely strong special Normal-type move with no drawbacks. Only given to very specific special Normal-types.

  109. *Gunk Shot (120 BP) (80% Accuracy): A physical Poison-type move that replicates the current gen's Gunk Shot. Given to physical Poison-types.
  110.  
  111. *Roost (Self-Healing): A self-healing move that heals 50% of your total HP. Given to most Flying-types.
  112.  
  113. *Zen Headbutt (85 BP) (100% Accuracy): A physical Psychic-type move with a with a 30% chance to Flinch. Given to physical Psychic-types and some random physical attackers.

  115. Charge (Boosting move): Functions the same as Charge normally, but also boosts SpA and SpD by +1.
  116.  
  117. *Bullet Punch (60 BP) (100% Accuracy): A physical Steel-type move with +1 priority. Given to physical Steel-types as well as some Fighting-types.
  118.  
  119. Knock Off (80 BP) (100% Accuracy): Significantly buffed the BP from 20.
  120.  
  121. *Dark Ritual (95 BP) (100% Accuracy): A special Dark-type move that is a counterpart to moves such as Ice Beam and Flamethrower. Has a 20% chance to Burn. Given to special Dark-types as well as some other special attackers.

  123. Teeter Dance (50 BP) (100% Accuracy): Changed from a Confusion move to a damaging special Normal-type move with a 70% chance to raise all stats. Only has 1 PP, therefore can only be used once max per match unless a PP restoring item is used. As of now, it is exclusive to Bellossom.

  125. *Ice Shard (60 BP) (100% Accuracy): A physical Ice-type move with +1 priority. Given to physical Ice-types.

  127. Needle Arm (90 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed from 60 BP.
  128.  
  129. Crush Claw (100 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed from 75 BP, as well as given a 100% chance to lower the foe's Def by -1. Exclusive only to Pokemon with large claws.

  131. Silver Wind (80 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed from 60 BP.
  132.  
  133. *Sucker Punch (60 BP) (100% Accuracy): A physical Dark-type move with a priority of +1. Given to physical Dark-types as well as some physical attackers.

  135. Shadow Punch (80 BP) (Never Misses): Buffed from 60 BP.

  137. Sheer Cold (140 BP) (90% Accuracy): Changed from an OHKO move to a special Ice-type move that is a counterpart to Overheat.

  139. *Sand Tsunami (120 BP) (85% Accuracy): A physical Ground-type move with a 100% chance to lower the foe's Accuracy. Exclusive to Dugtrio.
  140.  
  141. *Power Whip (120 BP) (90% Accuracy): A physical Grass-type move. Given to physical Grass-types as well as some Pokemon with long tongues or tentacles.

  143. Poison Tail (90 BP) (100% Accuracy): Buffed from 50 BP.
  144.  
  145. Covet (60 BP) (100% Accuracy): Changed from a physical Normal-type move to special.
