[19:59]<SpiritOfFate>	A year has passed, and the land already started to change. The landfill resumed work under their new direction, reluctantly accepted by the market. Many were skeptical of how trustworthy these ponies would be, having taken over the landfill by force. But they still worked to improve their image and their business.
[20:05]<SpiritOfFate>	After some incursions into the suburbs, the former slaves could salvage a small community to live, making it more comfortable over time with the amenities they could salvage. Under those conditions and demanding proper safety equipment, a number of the slaves agreed to resume working at the landfill, it's materials flowing, even if more slowly, to the rest of the land. But as a consequence of this change, prices everywhere increased.
[20:07]<SpiritOfFate>	And so life moved on in the landfill. Tamara managed the safety of the new community of free ponies with Ignis' help while the rest of the group were busy with their own affairs.
[20:12]<SpiritOfFate>	And in one of these days, Ignis intercepts a radio signal, stating that in the following day a shipment of slaves would arrive, in the same port the group first entered this land.
[20:14]?	Ignis flips the volume to the max, in order to hear better the details...he worked out most of the garbles from the radio, but it was still...remedial, at best.  The dragon holds his breath and flails his claws for pen and paper nearby...
[20:17]?	Royal_Lace trots alongside sotho, arriving back at the house with her husband from speaking with Tamara about matters and extending to her an invitation to a private chat later. "Do you think our little Minty is still alseep?"
[20:17]?	Sotho smiles lightly, yawning. "I sure hope so. She sure can be a hooful."
[20:18]?	Ignis is...well...was...having "lunch", a half-eaten snack cake left aside and several crumbs over the table, while he fetches pencil and paper, one of the claws held into his radio...the dragon kept his movements steadied and precise...the info might as well be benefical, depending upon circumstances
[20:19]?	Ignis was at was once the main house
[20:19]?	Firefly continues to fiddle with the larger griff bot, repurposed to be giant Batmare. "Ok, let's try starting her again!" The filly-turning-mare shouts from in the cockpit.
[20:19]?	Royal_Lace magics the door open and steps through, "Oh she is a little tempermental but it could be much worse, its really been a blessing having the three of us working together with her".
[20:20]?	Sotho nods happily. "Doesn't having another parent make things easier?" He asks with a smile.
[20:20]?	Royal_Lace rolls her eyes but dosent correct him.
[20:21]<SpiritOfFate>	Ignis hears a voice from a pony coming across. <Do you confirm survival of at least 20 worker? Over.>
[20:21]?	Sotho smiles lightly. He looks around. "So what are our plans for right now while Minty is resting?"
[20:22]?	Ignis writes that down, continuing to intecept the comm
[20:23]<SpiritOfFate>	A griffon replies. <Affirmative. A final headcount will be made at the port but we should have over 40 out of 50, it was a good travel. Over.>
[20:25]<SpiritOfFate>	Meanwhile, Full_Physical is on a filthy room squeezed with 50 other slaves. The smell tells him not all of them are alive and he is almost sure he's seen somepony trying to eat a corpse in the starving crowd.
[20:25]?	Full_Physical goes to his happy place
[20:26]?	Ignis takes further note, adding nearby that it its a conversation between pony and griffon...those stupid squawks were unmistakeable.
[20:29]<SpiritOfFate>	The pony talks over radio. <A group will be sent to assure the workers will arrive to the quarry. They will be stationed on the port tomorrow. Over.>
[20:30]<SpiritOfFate>	The griffbot seems mostly ready, but it is charging.
[20:31]?	Ignis copies that and adds to the side... quarry? He wasn't sure that he knew a place like that, would possibly be a reasonable distance-debt from the compound, plus...if something, anything did happened to that cargo of slaves,neverthless of who did it, all suspicions would inherently dawn into the mudponies...might as well do it anyways, then.
[20:31]<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack flips through a romance book in the living room.
[20:31]?	Royal_Lace thinks for a moment, "Well we have spoken to Tamarah, and we have sent a invitation to Jamal as well... I suppose we could tend our garden, or perhapse work on my research..."
[20:32]?	Royal_Lace waves to NickNack, "Hello Dear, how are you? Did Minty give you any trouble?"
[20:33]?	Firefly flies out of the cockpit, landing nearby in her mechanic's overalls. "Well, I wonder when I'll have someone use you..." The filly smiles and shakes her head before departing for a snack. Mmm... snacks....
[20:33]?	Sotho smiles and moves, kissing Knick on the cheek lightly. "I feel we should work on our garden. I need to focus on my own personal plants."
[20:35]<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack smiles. "Everything is fine. I finally got my miniatures stashed somewhere she won't get." She rubs her mane. "I didn't know foals had so much magic."
[20:36]?	Sotho nods, chuckling. "Well she is Lace's daughter."
[20:37]?	Royal_Lace smiles brightly, "Oh well some things can be genetic I suppose but from what I have read on foals its typical for them to have powerful flares at a young age, at least that is my understanding"
[20:38]?	Firefly flies back to the small house beside the mansion. "Momma? Poppa? Anyone here?" The filly calls out as she walks into the house.
[20:38]<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack hugs both Sotho and Royal_Lace. "I'll keep an eye on her."
[20:39]?	Full_Physical looks for Lucent Dinger and Kabosu from where he is sitting.
[20:39]?	Royal_Lace returns the hug and nuzzles Knick Knack, "Thank you dear, your the best. Also I can tell she really likes you"
[20:40]?	Sotho nods and hugs back. "Well you don't need to if Firefly isn't too busy. She's a responsible filly."
[20:42]?	Royal_Lace Glances at the book Nick Nack is reading, "Oh, is that one of the new ones I picked up from Pinas for you a few weeks ago?"
[20:43]<SpiritOfFate>	Firefly can easily spot the glowing eye of her father on the dining room. The table is covered by guns he is cleaning.
[20:45]<SpiritOfFate>	The griffon in the radio whilstles. <Roger. Good, you never know these days. We will be disembark as soon as you show up. Over and out.>
[20:46]?	Firefly trots into the dining room. "Poppa? Everything ok?"
[20:48]?	Ignis finishes scribbling and adds to the note, "port to quarry, possible train ride, escorted by anchor default squad, no indication of any special resisteance, ~45 slaves, trigger is quarry representative showing up."
[20:50]<SpiritOfFate>	Full_Physical can easily see the Kabosu standing taller than most ponies. She seems sickly as most are here, but she is enduring  it. You can't see Lucent Dinger, but maybe she is across the crowd on the other side of the room.
[20:51]?	Ignis thinks for a moment or two...and flips the paper. "Quarry -> either lucrative boon (mineral abundancy, surge in business) or replacement (diseases, raiders, something.) Might be viable lucrative venue to be appropriated, need more intel.
[20:52]?	Full_Physical holds still, getting up to look for Lucent Dinger would probably suffocate someone.
[20:53]<SpiritOfFate>	"Everything's fine, Firefly. Just doing some gun maintenance for Tamara." Solar Fury smiles. "Nothing to worry about."
[20:54]?	Ignis carefully folds his paper, and...for a moment, his eyes rest in half-eaten snack. The dragon doesn't think twice before snatching it and nomming the rest of the meal. Then, he scampers donwstairs to (hopefully) meet with the rest of the ponies...in the event nobody is currently into the house, he does go straight to Tamara
[20:55]?	Firefly smiles and nods back. "Ok!" The filly heads into the kitchen. "What's momma up to?"
[20:55]?	Sotho looks to Ignis. "Hey there Ignis, what's up?"
[20:56]<SpiritOfFate>	Ignis remembers Tamara is out checking the safety of the new settlement. But most of the group is on the house.
[20:57]?	Royal_Lace glances up from the book to Ignis
[20:57]?	Ignis waves over to Sotho and his companions. "More slaves being brought via train, just picked up the comms." He blurts. "Might as well radio in Tamara to fill her into the loop."
[20:58]?	Sotho nods. "Should we do something about it?"
[20:58]?	Royal_Lace looks back the way they had come, "Oh, well we did just see her not to long ago. Im sure I could quickly find her if you like, this dose sound like a matter she would be interested in..."
[20:59]?	Ignis nods to it. "Most likely...they are going to be sent to the...quarry... " The dragon scratched his head. "Does this name ring a bell to any of ya?"
[21:00]<SpiritOfFate>	"Momma is reading that book she got lent from Lace." Solar Fury says.
[21:01]<Firefly>	"That griffin book?" The filly pulls out some fruit and a bit of bread from the fridge.
[21:02]?	Royal_Lace nods, "yes, I belive so, one of the other larger distributers of goods in the area I belive, Some sort of mine if Im not mistaken. I Belive the tribe was ands till is quite interested in there precious stones and materials"
[21:02]<SpiritOfFate>	Solar Fury nods. "That one."
[21:05]?	Firefly nods. "Ooooh. Miss Lace was teaching me from that one. You want a snack, poppa?"
[21:06]?	Ignis nods back. "In any case, our buddies at Anchor Company are escorting about...40 to 50 slaves on the quarry's behalf, I imagine they are going to take the train of happiness all across towards their destination." The dragon voices. "They very likely need to replace their spent workforce or have found a new vein or something...to justify this sorta acquisition."
[21:06]<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack's book is titled "Warm Hearts on the Frozen Bridge"
[21:08]?	Royal_Lace nods, "Then ill get that same message to her". Taking a step back from the group she bows her head, "If you will pardon me for a moment, this shouldnt take long". With a flare of her horn she teleports herself the short distance to the comunity around the scrapyard in search of Tamara
[21:11]<SpiritOfFate>	"Sure, but don't you eat too much between meals." Solar Fury says.
[21:13]<SpiritOfFate>	Tamara is checking the roadblocks isolating this community from the rest of the district
[21:13]?	Firefly nods. "Ok poppa! Not too much, I promise!" The filly takes a bit of fruit, some veggies and slaps it between some bread for a to-go snack. She dices up an apple and some carrots for her father, putting it in a bowl and setting it near him. "I'm gonna go see Minty! See you at dinner, Poppa!" The filly darts out of the house, heading for the large mansion.
[21:14]?	Royal_Lace Trots back up to Tamara, having only seen her not to long ago with Sotho discussing private matters. "Hello Tamara, sorry to inturupt your work once again but I have word from our communications room that you may be interested in hearing"
[21:15]<SpiritOfFate>	Tamara turns to Royal_Lace. "What is it? If it's important it's worth giving this a break"
[21:17]?	Royal_Lace nods, "Ignis has apparently intercepted communications of a sort between our dear old friends at silver anchor with slave merchants who have arrived in the area transporting nearly fifty slaves to be delivered to the quarry

[21:21]<SpiritOfFate>	"Where are they now?" Tamara gives Royal_Lace her full attention.
[21:22]?	Firefly heads into the house. "Miss Lace, Mr. Sotho? Miss Knack/ Anyone here?"
[21:23]?	Sotho smiles and waves to Firefly. "Hey there squirt."
[21:23]?	Royal_Lace nods back towards the house, "From what I understand form Ignis the slaves are awaiting there complement of Silver Anchor guards before leavinf, if you want further details ignis has them. I can of course have you back at the house instantaniously if you wish"
[21:23]<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack looks up from her book. "Hi, I'm here."
[21:24]<SpiritOfFate>	"Of course." Tamara nods. "We might need to notify Dr. Mooneye. We will need more medics if we are to rescue them."
[21:24]?	Firefly blows a raspberry at Sotho. "What's going on?"
[21:24]?	Firefly takes a big bite out of her sandwich. Mmm... snack...
[21:25]?	Sotho smiles. "Nothing much." He says happily. "You?"
[21:25]?	Royal_Lace nods and steps to Tamaras side, leaning forward she flares her horn and instantly teleports them back to the home with a pop.
[21:26]?	Firefly swallows the bite. "Is good. The bots charging, should be ready to go." She blinks at Royal_Lace's appearance. "Hi Miss Lace!"
[21:28]?	Royal_Lace smiles to Firefly, troting from the Tamaras side as she looks around, "Hello Firefly, is Ignis still about?"
[21:28]?	Sotho smiles a bit. "So you looking forward to babysitting soon?" He asks her
[21:29]?	Firefly waves to Tamara before looking back to Lace. The filly points over to where the dragon is sitting. "Uh-huh." She looks back to Sotho. "Ooooh! When?"
[21:30]?	Sotho taps his chin. "Hmm, when can you prove you can watch over our little Phoenix?"
[21:31]?	Firefly thinks for a bit. "Well, the griff-bot is all finished up, so I've got a lot of time. Why? Are you and Miss Lace and Miss Knack going somewhere?"
[21:31]<SpiritOfFate>	Tamara salutes the group and looks around for Ignis.
[21:31]?	Ignis was reading over the comm and scribling the signal he picked it up on the slip of paper
[21:32]?	Sotho shakes his head. "Not as far as I know, just you need to know watching over a baby unicorn is tiring."
[21:32]?	Ignis raises his head and notices the appearance of both Tamara and Lace, the dragon waves over to them, beckogning both mares to come closer
[21:33]?	Royal_Lace trots over to Sotho and Firefly, taping her chin with a forhoof in thought she mills over what to say, "Well not per say dear but I do have a.... project of sorts I am about to start soon that may keep me fairly busy, also it sounds as if from Ignis that we may have some work ahead of us, you may have chosen a good time to wrap up work on your own pet project".
[21:33]<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack nods to Sotho. "It really is!"
[21:34]?	Royal_Lace nods, "Pardon me though for a moment", turning she trots over with Tamara to Ignis.
[21:34]?	Sotho chuckles a bit to Knick Knack
[21:34]<SpiritOfFate>	Tamara trots closer to Ignis
[21:35]?	Ignis smirks to them and hands over the paper to Tamara. "I meant to have Lace bring it over to you, but she whisked away far too quickly."
[21:36]?	Firefly raises an eyebrow as she polishes of the sandwich. "She's only a foal. How bad could she be?"
[21:37]?	Sotho ughs and looks to Firefly very seriously. "Her magic flares up very randomly. Her telekinesis is ridiculously strong."
[21:38]<SpiritOfFate>	Tamara reads it. "Arriving tomorrow, guarded. Probably expecting us. We need to prepare fast if we are going to do this."
[21:38]?	Firefly nods. "So... she grabs stuff with her magic? Ok." Firefly nods. "That won't be too bad... I mean, she hasn't picked up random ponies, has she?"
[21:39]?	Sotho looks to Knick Knack, looking for help explaining to her that his daughter was a hooful
[21:40]<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack measures Firefly with her eyes. "Not yet, but I'd take care if I were you."
[21:40]?	Royal_Lace nods, "Of course, which is why I was in such a rush to alert you to this".
[21:41]?	Ignis meets Tamara's eyes. "If we do that, the Silver Anchor AND likely, the railroad, will be a serious threat from now on..."
[21:41]?	Sotho nods to Firefly. "I would as well." He says, starting to trot away. "Let's go check on her."
[21:41]?	Firefly smiles, dropping and doing push-ups with one wing. "Ah, that's not so bad. Besides, no pony can hold on to me!" The filly jumps to her feet and trots after Sotho.
[21:42]<Ignis>	"I mean, there's only so much ponies our gates can hold against..." He says. "They'll very probably attempt to overpower us in order to quell further...interventions..."
[21:44]<SpiritOfFate>	"If we take them before they get to the train, it's not the railroad's business." Tamara rubs her chin. "Unless you have another idea. It will be much more difficult when they are taken away. If you can think of a subler approach..." She looks at Royal_Lace
[21:44]?	Sotho trots to his Daughter's room, opening to door quietly and checking on her
[21:45]<Ignis>	"They said that they were expecting the all-clear from a quarry representative..." He glares at Lace. "Maybe..." A grin starts to take shape into the dragon's face.
[21:46]?	Royal_Lace humms, "I agree that we should handel this as quickly as possible, definately long before the Rail line if at all possible it would be best to beat Silver anchor there even. At most then we would be putting the Slave trader and the Quarry out caps, but I dont see how we could stage it in a light that dosent put us at least unders suspicion... unless we can shift the blame ellswhere".
[21:47]<SpiritOfFate>	Peppermint Phoenix is still sound asleep
[21:47]?	Royal_Lace looks to Ignis, "That... is actually rather ingenious, but im not sure we could gather the intel to pull that off effectivly. Besides that plan may require caps up front, something we cannot manage again, though it could get a hoof in the door if we need it"
[21:47]?	Firefly peeks in, looking over at Sotho. "See? She's a little angel." The filly looks... smug.
[21:48]?	Sotho lets out a soft sigh and smiles, moving and lightly petting her mane. "Only when she's sleeping."He smiles.
[21:49]<Ignis>	"Maybe we could hitch their boat and drive it off..." The dragon says. "As long as we infiltrate there swiftly enough, we might as well beat their mook squads to it,"
[21:49]<SpiritOfFate>	Minty opens her eyes, blinks and starts crying.
[21:50]?	Sotho sighs a bit and picks her up, lightly rocking her and shhing her.
[21:51]<SpiritOfFate>	"Regardless of means, we should call Doctor Mooneye for her help." Tamara says
[21:51]?	Firefly blinks at the little filly. "Awe... I'm sorry Minty... I didn't mean to make you sad..." Firefly makes a silly face at the filly.
[21:52]?	Royal_Lace rubs her chin, "The boat would provide us a means to transport them quickly but we would stiff have to find some way to spirit them off the waterway fairly quickly since its not exactly a dificult coarse to track. The better question is where to take them..."
[21:54]?	Peppermint Phoenix stops crying after a bit of rocking, then she looks at Firefly and laughs.
[21:55]?	Sotho smiles to Firefly happily. "You seem to be rather good with fillies. You just need to understand we're warning you."
[21:55]?	Ignis grins. "Also, driving a boat wouldn't exactly be a walk in the park either."
[21:56]?	Firefly giggles back at the filly, gently booping her on the nose. "Uh-huh. And she's gonna grow up big and strong and beat up all the bad ponies."
[21:56]?	Sotho chuckles and smiles. "I hope when she grows up there won't be bad ponies anymore."
[21:56]?	Royal_Lace frowns, "Not to mention not a plesant experiance for those on the vessle if it is at all like the one I and the others were brought here with... Maybe we could use it as a staging point to evacuate slaves? Im still unsure on what is to be done with them, thoughts Tamara?"
[21:57]<SpiritOfFate>	"How strong is your teleportation?" Tamara asks Royal_Lace
[21:57]?	Firefly wrinkles her nose. "Ooooh. Yeah. Batmare needs to make them go away. I like that idea."
[21:59]?	Sotho smiles and lightly nuzzles Firefly while his hooves are full. "You've got a good heart Firefly."
[22:00]?	Firefly looks up at Sotho with wide-eyed innocence. "Who, me? I'm just talking about things Batmare should do. Its a pity I could never tell that masked mare just how much help she is."
[22:00]?	Sotho rolls his eyes. "Yeah what a shame."
[22:00]?	Royal_Lace thinks for a moment, "I think I can manage up to four at a time with myself, I doubt I could manage the strain of making enough trips though to take everypony with me that way".
[22:00]<SpiritOfFate>	Tamara looks out through the window. "They could be carried over air as well." Tamara frowns. "But no matter our approach it must be done soon. Rescuing them from the enemy territory would be both more dangerous and more damaging to our reputation."
[22:01]?	Firefly nods. "Yeah... oh well. Ooooh, I've got some solid work done on that Sky Wagon. Just needs an air talisman, and I can take you back to see your tribe!
[22:02]<Firefly>	"
[22:03]?	Sotho smiles happily. "That's great!" He says. "I'll have to work on making one."
[22:04]?	Royal_Lace nods, "The air approuch would have many advantages... Im not sure if either my research or Fireflys work is far enough along to rapidly deploy it for this though", Lace thinks over possibilities.
