As you arrive at the Global Trade Tower in Red Blade City, a secretary at the front takes your name and leads you to a small office room containing a computer, and a few holograph displays.  She explains the process, you insert the ball for the Pokemon in question into an auxiliary device, enter some information about it, and wait for offers.  After that she leaves to allow you to your own business.

A bit after entering Curie's information, one of the holograph displays pops to life with the image of a salaryman, glasses, scrawny, in a suit.  "Hey!  I see ya got a Lillipup up for trade!" He's speaking in English.  Unovan you think.  "The kids have been begging me to get them one but they don't live anywhere near me.  I'm not really a trainer myself but I could see if I could get something locally if you are interested."

After that comes two more follow.  The second's avatar appears with a pop as a Whimsicott dances around some.  "Hi hi!" This seems to be some prerecorded animation of sorts, a very chirpy English.  "The Moe Moe Farms Corporation of Kanto is seeking sugoi Gardie-sans, Deribiru-sans, and Yooterii-chans to look after poor helpless Maripu-chans!  In exchange we have kawaii new friends who will make your dokidoki -" it cuts off as the third one seems to but in.

The third is a...coat of arms of sorts.  More an emblem than an avatar.  A shield bearing a crowned dragon with red eyes, behind it a spear with feathers and skulls adorned is crossed with a rifle.  "Good day." Speaks a woman in English with a Visiwan accent. "I noticed you had a Lillipup for exchange, and a bitch at that.  I represent House Fauxicore as a licensed, private breeder in the Eastern Isles.  Our House specializes in canines and felines, and I am currently in need of a bitch such as yours for a private dealing.  I do see the records indicate it is wild, which might hurt its pedigree but help in other facets.  I can think of a couple of pups I have on hand that might be of interest to you."
