  1. Arthur Stephens ( Trevor’s Father )
  2. - An archeologist by trade, he travels all around the world on a consistent basis. When Trevor was younger, he brought him with on trips, but not so far as to actually approach the sites of the archeological digs and expeditions.
  3. - His wife, uninterested in travelling about herself, elected to simply stay home and watch over the house. But the constant trips away put immense strain on their relationship, and when Arthur did come home, all he’d ever talk about were the rarities and treasure that he’d come across, showing them off and displaying each and every one of them with more pride than he had ever shown in her. Even when she was in labor and Arthur was home, he had decided instead that attending a conference and reporting his finds from his recent expedition to be more important. Needless to say, she got fed up and left afterwards. Arthur had won custody of a still infant Trevor solely due to being able to afford caring for him, as his wife had no occupation or advanced education.
  4. - Arthur’s general apathy for others continued well on into his care of Trevor. Sure, he had hired a professional sitter to watch over and tutor Trevor, but neither he nor the sitter took any substantial amount of interest in Trevor’s emotional growth and development. Not that Trevor noticed, because he was too highly distracted and amazed by the things that Arthur brought back from his expeditions when he actually did come around, but he never sat down to play with or show any affection to Trevor.
  5. - When Trevor had his arm lopped off in the Desert Resort pyramids trying to save his father’s life, Arthur… Merely brought Trevor back out to the pyramid and told someone to bring him to the nearest hospital. He didn’t accompany Trevor, despite many others urging him to do so. In fact, he simply went back into the ruins to explore as if nothing had even happened. Not once while Trevor was in the hospital did Arthur stop in to visit; he didn’t call the now thoroughly nightmare-scarred Trevor, who as a result of the nightmares had become absolutely terrified of falling asleep, to make sure he was alright. He just continued his explorations until they were resolved, and even managed to leave Trevor there, who had to be flown afterwards to Orre with the sitter.
