FoE PNP Group 9 Session 12

[17:02] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  *** PnP Group Number Nine: Session 12 ***
[17:04] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  We find our ragtag group of misfits in the middle of a fight with Celestia knows what, a giant purple mass of devouring ooze. It's intentions are unknows, and it's power is great. How will our "heroes" deal with it? Let's find out shall we?
[17:06] * Cloudy_Breeze is on her way back toward the fight, carrying a new weapon of unimaginable power.
[17:06] * Strifer had just tackeled the giant thing to almost no effect. In a fit drugged up rage she keeps attacking the thing. Snarling and growling like a animal.
[17:06] <Challenger> "/me is following, carrying a similar weapon. "We need to get Strifer away from that thing before we fire off!"
[17:08] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  When we last left them, the mighty goo monster had lashed out it's mighty tentacles at Wraith's group of companions. The pegasus had taken to the skies, but was slammed to the ground and swallowed hole, as was his friend. Only Coal Car, the buck with the shotguns, is left. He gulps hard and fires away, only to be devoured as his friends were. Then, the monster turns to Strifer.
[17:10] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  With the same tentacles that slew Wraith's friends, the monster takes two jabs at Strifer.
[17:11] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Fortunately, both only pierce holes several feet deep in the concrete at Strifer's hooves. It continues to lumber slowly forward.
[17:13] * Strifer jumps back slightly and snarls at the creature. Tossing her head to the side  to avoid getting concrete in her face she then turns towards the ooze monster for another attack.
[17:16] * Desert_Eagle flies back towards the monster as well, brandishing his newly acquired Markspony Carbine.
[17:21] * Lollygag starts a little as she watches the monster devour the group of ponies. There was nothing she could do against something like that... no way to... Blinking back tears, she fires as rapidly as she can, letting off three shots with her laser rifle.
[17:29] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Lolly's first shot finds puchase, but the monster continues undaunted, scooping up a few street vendor carts (and the vendors) with it's tentacles and swallowing them whole. The second shot fizzles and glitches her weapon.
[17:30] * Strifer is drugged, not stupid. She keeps backing up as the smooze moves forward, keeping herself in melee range.
[17:31] * Lollygag flinches back from a shower of sparks as the rifle locks up. In the method passed down her family, she hit it against the stage and gives it a solid kick to get it working again.
[17:35] * Wraith focuses on the jackass that just at the group of ponies she'd come to consider a friend and fires off two more grenades
[17:40] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The monster rears back (sort of) as Wraith's grenades strike it, dropping a canned food cart onto the Tavern, scattering the ponies inside. They all flee without being gobbled up.
[17:42] * Grim is now known as Zen
[17:45] * Strifer lauches herself at the monster, clawing fiercly with her right and punching whith the powerhoof with her left. Screaming out as she swings and cackling madly. "Imma fuck you up so bad, yes, YOU ARE GOING TO DIEE!"
[17:54] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Strifer's prediction is only half right. With a devestating blow, one of it's tentacles comes clean off, wriggling on the ground and crawling around. The monster howls in pain and keeps crying an ear splitting screech. Purple hissing blood pours from it's wounds. Strifer is nimble enough to avod getting stuck in it again.
[17:55] * Strifer "Thats right, BLEED FOR ME YOU FUCKING CUNT!"
[17:55] <Wraith> "...OW! FUCKING THING IS LOUD."
[17:56] * Strifer just cackles madly as the creature shrieks.
[17:57] * Challenger nearly stumbles. "Sonova..."
[17:57] * Cloudy_Breeze doesn't really flinch at all. Steel resolve!
[17:58] * Desert_Eagle flattens his ears, and keeps on flying. "Sounds like somepony hit it!"
[17:59] * Lollygag drops her rifle as she clamps her hooves over her ears from the screeching.
[17:59] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The Monster passes The Rig, tearing down the towering mast of the building as it passes. It crushes the elevator and sparks fly. The building next to the bank and tavern slowly catches fire.
[18:04] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Shrieking down at Strifer, the monster rears it's head (or at least something that looks like a head) and vomits a large stream of purple goo at her. It smells horrifying, and I bet it tastes worse.
[18:08] * Strifer buckles down as she is covered in teh acid, she screams in pain as the stomach acid starts to eat at her skin. She rubs some of it off her face and lets out another scream as the acid starts to eat through her shot up hoodie.
[18:11] * Cloudy_Breeze finally makes it back to the scene of the battle. She lands back a good distance from the creature, and shouts, "Y'all might wanna clear out!" She braces the BEL and prepares to fire.
[18:11] * Wraith spots Cloudy_Breeze on his way in and shouts up with the pegasus the second she catches sight of the BEL, drooling slightly "Hey! Pegasus! You know how to use that thing?"
[18:13] <Wraith> on her way in*)
[18:14] * Cloudy_Breeze turns to look at the pony who'd just called her. "Just point an' fire! It's big enough ah ain't gonna need ta be a good shot, an' it won't matter if ah miss, with this!"
[18:16] * Wraith rolls her eyes "Would you rather hit something directly or just catch it in the explosion, because I can tell you right now" She telekinetically waves around her grenade rifle "Direct is better. more fun, too!"
[18:17] <Wraith> "Much more satifying."
[18:18] * Cloudy_Breeze sighs and hoofs the unicorn the BEL. "Fine! YOU hit it then!" She fires at it with her trusty rifle instead.
[18:21] * Cloudy_Breeze sets the BEL aside ** since she's not next to the unicorn.
[18:24] * Challenger slides to a stop on the scene. "Strifer, get the fuck back!"
[18:24] * Wraith salivates heavily at the prospect of playing with one of the most powerful explosive devices in the entire wasteland.
[18:25] * Desert_Eagle comes to a hover, surveying the scene below. "Well, this's fuckin' great." He mutters.
[18:26] * Strifer skids to a stop with her swinging, she turns her head back as she hears her name, wincing as the acid burns her she screams in frustration. The drugs had done its job and where now dying down in her system, glancing back up at the monster, and noticing the weapon in Challegners hoofs.. "FUCK THIS SHIT!" She screams and turns, galloping as fast she can back towards the others
[18:28] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Cloudy_Breeze shoots the Monster and inflicts pretty sizable wounds that drip with purple acid.
[18:30] * Lollygag keeps clutching her hooves at her ears as she leans forward, grabbing her rifle back up and aiming at the monster, firing two more times.
[18:35] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Lollygag's first shot connects. She's getting better. The monster howls in pain and stops completely. Pieces of itself from the ground slowly crawl back towards it as the blood pouring from its wounds hardens.
[18:37] * Wraith picks up the BEL with her telekinesis and aims it at the encroaching monster. She spots the chunks of it crawling back towards the body and roars "OH NO YOU FUCKING DON'T!" and fires the egg loaded in the launcher
[18:39] * Challenger quickly closes his eyes.
[18:39] * Wraith watches the arc of the egg and the clenches her eyes shut
[18:39] <Wraith> then*)
[18:39] * Desert_Eagle puts a hoof over his eyes.
[18:39] * Strifer is running towards  the group. Galloping as hard as she can.
[18:40] * Cloudy_Breeze hears the BEL fire and ducks toward the ground.
[18:42] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  There's a flash of white light and /very/ loud noise. The pavement shakes, concrete evaporates, and the monster belts out another horrendous screech.
[18:46] * Cloudy_Breeze 's ears are hurting this time. Ow. Much louder closer up.
[18:46] * Strifer cries out something as she gallops. It is all deafened by the loud explosion. Luckely she wasnt looking at the monster as the balefire egg hit it. She winces as the burn hurts even more when she runs.
[18:46] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  But, it's still very much alive, and very, very angry. It moves even faster, trashing Pennyworth's in it's wake. It's making a beeline for the Gardens, so it seems.
[18:47] * Lollygag was staring at the monster's reaction to her shot when the bomb went off. She'd never experienced anything like that before, and barely manages to clench her eyes shut before the light could sear them out.
[18:47] <Desert_Eagle> "How th' /FUCK/ 's it still alive!"
[18:47] * Challenger lines up his balefire. "SUCK EGG!!" Pulls the trigger.
[18:48] <Challenger> [redact...]
[18:51] * Desert_Eagle snaps his Markspony Carbine up, lining up the giant mass of ooze in it's sights and firing three times.
[18:54] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Desert_Eagle's aim is ture, and he connects all three times. The monster persists.

[18:58] <Challenger> [all that stuff I said earlier goes here]
[19:00] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Challenger's BEL jams and the trigger mechanism snaps.
[19:01] <Challenger> "..."
[19:04] <Challenger> "Typical."
[19:06] <Desert_Eagle> "Well fuck, looks like good ol' fashioned bullet's 'r gonna have t' do it!"
[19:07] * LeatherDuster ([email protected]) has joined #FruityRumpusAssholeFactory
[19:07] * Challenger drops the launcher. "Piece of shit."
[19:07] * Wraith looks over her shoulder at Challenger "Hey! You! Bring the Egg over here!"
[19:08] * Strifer keeps running as the balefire egg rains over her, not looking back at the creature she had just moments ago been knocking the smooze off. She cant help but grin slightly, this was probebly the most fun she has had in a good while.
[19:19] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The monster lumbers forward, flinging a pair of tentacle strikes at Lollygag, while devouring the stage in a pool of acid.
[19:22] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  It's tentacles lash out, giving Lolly two nasty looking gashes on her chest.
[19:22] * Lollygag is caught completely by surprise, with her eyes clenched shut from the explosion. She cries out in pain, dropping her rifle as the acid eats into her flesh.
[19:25] * Cloudy_Breeze is hovering just off the ground, still firing at the beast.
[19:27] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The monster doesn't seem to notice. It moves slowly towards the Gardens.
[19:27] * Strifer must have galloped past Lollygag and the stage at some point. Hearing the cry she screams. "FUCK IT!" Turning around she grins wide and stares at the creature and glances at Lollygag.
[19:30] * Lollygag turns away from the monster, trying to run to the side, out of its path. She blindly falls from the platform, crying out again as she tumbles off it, trying all she can to get away.
[19:45] * Wraith just sets the BEL she was using and just fires two grenades from her Grenade Launcher
[19:48] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The grenades explode and the monster staggers, flailing it's tentacles out and destroying buildings. Concrete chunks fly everywhere and acidic blood pours from the monster's wounds.
[19:50] <Desert_Eagle> "Oh, fuck this!"
[19:52] * Desert_Eagle slings his rifle. "YAHHHHH!" He cries, diving towards the monster, executing a Buccaneer Blaze and rocking the immediate area with small explosions.
[19:55] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Oddly enough, Desert_Eagle's move doesn't seem to phase the Monster in the slightest.
[19:56] * Challenger whips out his rifle. "I REALLY wish I had my fucking armor." Lines up two shots and pulls the trigger.
[19:58] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Both of Challenger's shots connect, but the Monster continues towards the Gardens regardless.
[20:00] * Strifer charges towards Lolly to help her get her the fuck out of there. "Oi Smallstuff. FUCKING MOVE!"
[20:02] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The monster that totally isn't smooze thrashes its tentacles at Desert_Eagle, annoyed by his little explosions. It howls as more of its acid blood erodes the concrete.
[20:05] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  It connects, striking Deagle's hind legs. Even though injured, he manages to stay airborne.
[20:14] * Desert_Eagle cries out in pain, gritting his teeth as he gained altitude away from the monster. "Fuck that hurts!"
[20:15] * Cloudy_Breeze mutters under her breath, "Why won't this thing go down?" She fires again, and reloads.
[20:16] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Cloudy_Breeze connects, but nothing they do can seem to slow this thing down.
[20:21] * Lollygag hears Strifer calling to her, and scrambles towards her voice, gasping for breath as blood pours from the gouges in her chest.
[20:23] * Wraith fires a single grenade at the monster then moves towards Lollygag and Strifer
[20:26] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The monster persists still. Making it's way towards the Gardens. Slowly, but surely.
[20:38] * Desert_Eagle grunts, firing off one shot at the monster and executing a second Blaze over it. "Fuckin' die already!"
[20:41] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The monster does not fuckin' die already. It just keeps moving, the Gardens in sight. Ponies are freaking out left and right, closing their windows and doors, only for the beast to smash them to pieces.
[20:42] * Challenger fires off the last round in the chamber and reloads. "Fuck this noise. Strifer, grab Lolly! D, Breezy, We're leaving!"
[20:45] * Cloudy_Breeze shouts back, "This thing ain't stoppin' unless somepony stops it! How far ya think y'all can run?"
[20:45] <Challenger> "Far enough that we aren't in it's way!"
[20:46] <Desert_Eagle> "Well, that ain't gonna be far 'nough!"
[20:47] * Strifer glares at Wraith as she comes charging. "You! Fucking help her!" She snarls as she charge back towards the monster again. Rushing up to it and delivering three hits into its body.
[20:48] <Wraith> "No I just thought I'd come over for a cup of tea. Of fucking course I'm coming to help!"
[20:52] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Strifer's swings tear more bits from the monster it shrieks again, wrapping a smaller tentacle and pulling Strifer's leg inside it's outer membrane. Acid burns her leg as the beast pulls her in closer.
[20:52] * Strifer acks and falls slightly, flailing. "FUCK!" She screams in frustration and tries to pull back.
[20:56] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The monster's lone eye scans it's surroundings and spots Wraith charging towards Lolly. It spits a glob of noxious acid at her and shrieks loudly.
[21:01] * Wraith shrieks as the acid splashes her and starts burning her skin and stumbles but keeps heading towards Lollygag
[21:03] * Cloudy_Breeze is still going at it. She fires two more times (not bothering to reload the second)...

[21:11] <~SpencerDespenser|GM> The monster falters, larger portions of itself slopping off onto the pier. Despite all this, it crawls on, tentacles lashing flinging acid in all directions.
[21:11] * Cloudy_Breeze ... and when that's done she shouts, "Close yer eyes!" and follows it up with a Filly Flash, right toward the front of the beast.
[21:14] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The creature shrieks and closes it's eye in pain, flailing its noodly appendages around wildly.
[21:19] * Lollygag turns to watch Strifer run back towards the creature, freezing in her tracks and reaching out with a hoof. Her vision blurred with tears, no words come when she tries to call out.
[21:26] * Wraith skids to a stop beside Lollygag, gritting her teeth and fighting past the pain of the acid as her horn begins to glow with a grey sheen, a similar sheen surrounding Lollygag's wounds as they start closing
[21:29] * Lollygag gasps as the warmth of the magic flows into her wounds, she staggers, barely catching herself from falling, "N-not me... help... mo..."
[21:31] * Desert_Eagle grits his teeth. He scopes in on the monster's eye, and fires twice.
[21:36] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Desert_Eagle's first shot strikes the monster in the eye, casuing it to writhe in pain, flailing desperatly to smash the source of the damage. However, while taking the second shot, Desert_Eagle's borrowed Markspony Carbine jams.
[21:38] <Desert_Eagle> "Fuck!"
[21:38] * Challenger throws down his rifle angrily. "Alright you know what, FUCK IT! LETS THROW SHIT AT IT AND MAYBE IT'LL GET TOO FAT TO MOVE! STARTING WITH THIS PIECE OF SHIT!" Picks up the broken BEL and chucks it full force.
[21:40] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The BEL bounces off the Monster's membrane and clatters to the ground near Strifer, still stuck in the monster.
[21:42] <Challenger> "Yep. Fuck this."
[21:43] * Strifer groans as she get pulled in further. The acid burning her hoof, the pain almost blinding. Hearing the clatter of the gun and Challengers scream she leans down, stretching towards the gun. She picks it up with her mouth and places it at the smooz's body. PUshing it inside. "Eat this you fucking cunt!" She screams as she pulls herself back from the monster.
[21:45] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Strifer pulls herself clear of the monster, but the BEL is forced back out at her.
[21:48] * Strifer "NO, YOU FUCKING EAT THIS RIGHT NOW!" She pushes the BEL with both her hooves towards the monster.
[21:49] * Strifer gives up that idea and desides to punch the fuck out of the monster instead.
[21:52] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The Monster screeches one last time, reels back and deflates into a gelatinous puddle of slime. The ooze stirrs a little, but doesn't move.
[21:52] * Challenger sighs and sits down.
[21:52] * Wraith lets out a sigh of relief
[21:54] * Strifer sways and flops down to her side. Breathing heavily. "Thank.. Fuck.."
[21:54] * Challenger picks up his rifle and puts it away, then heads over to strifer. "You alive?"
[21:55] * Cloudy_Breeze lands on top of one of the nearby buildings, a good distance away from the remains of the creature, trying to collect herself. She takes a deep breath.
[21:55] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Something in the puddle stirs, and a small tentacle reaches out towards Strifer. Before it slips back into the puddle, she can swear she hears a faint whisper...
[21:55] * Wraith casts clean on herself to get rid of the acid then points at Strifer "You. Punchy McPunchster. Get your flank over here."
[21:56] * Desert_Eagle flies slowly down to the ground, landing softly. He grunts, before falling onto his side. "Fuuuuuuuck." He groans.
[21:57] * Lollygag races as fast as she can over to Strifer, stumbling as she gallops.
[21:57] * Strifer is looking like shit. Half her mane and tail has been acided away, her hoodie is burned into her skin and the fur on one of her legs have been completely cleaned. She looks up at the tentacle, looking confused, then fucking pissed. She screams and goes back onto her hooves. Kicking and punching the ooze. "FUCK YOU, FUCK YOU, FUCK YOU!"
[21:58] <Strifer> "I TOLD YOU NOT TO CALL ME THAT YOU FUCKING CUNT!"
[21:58] * Challenger sighs and pulls strifer away by her tail. "Yer fine..."
[21:59] * Strifer sits down after her fit of rage. Just glaring at the monster.. She slumps completely as Challenger pulls her way, the drugs, teh fight itself and the damage she had taken was taking a toll on her.
[21:59] * Wraith gives Lollygag another casting of her healing before just trotting over to Strifer
[21:59] <Challenger> "Come on, filly. Lets get you patched up..."
[21:59] * Strifer gets dragged back to Wraith. Meeting her halfway.
[22:00] * Wraith 's horn lights up again and cleans off Strifer, looking at the hoodie
[22:01] * Challenger sets Strifer's tail down and nuzzles her as he walks toward Deagle.
[22:02] * Lollygag finaly gets to Strifer and clings to her tight, sobbing and babbling incoherently.
[22:02] * Challenger lightly*
[22:02] * Wraith closes an eye...OH GOD SHE'S BLIND! Oh wait the eyepatch was over her other eye. Right. Forgot about that. what was she doing? Oh! "I'm going to have to cut the hoodie out of you, mare."
[22:03] * Challenger pulls out 2 healing pots and offers them to Deagle.
[22:03] * Strifer sighs with releif as the acid is cleaned away. She grunts a respons.. "Med-X in my backpack.. Fucking use it." She suddenly looks very tired as she lets Lollygag cling to her. Not comforting her, but not pushing her away either.
[22:05] * Strifer is laying down on the ground by the way.
[22:05] * Cloudy_Breeze watches the others for a moment, but instead of going to them, goes back toward the Stronghold.
[22:05] * Wraith nods "I'm not doing it out here, either. I'd need to at least get you on a table or something. Where's that pegasus that got hit at?"
[22:05] * Desert_Eagle accepts them. "Thanks Chal." He mutters, drinking them.
[22:06] * Wraith spots the pegasus drinking the potion. "Nevermind then. Easier on me."
[22:06] * Lollygag whips around digging hurriedly through her pack to pull out her own needle of Med-X, very carefully giving Strifer the shot.
[22:07] <Challenger> "My pleasure."
[22:07] * Strifer twitches and one of her ears flops. She gets a mad grin on her face and giggles as the Med-X takes effect on her body.
[22:08] * Wraith shrugs "Fuck it." She just casts clean on the area around strifer since she already cast it on Strifer herself and pulls out her scalpel, getting to work cutting the hoodie free
[22:10] * Lollygag very reluctantly lets go of Strifer, backing up to make room for the stranger to take care of her, but watching intently, through her tearful eyes.
[22:10] * Challenger looks around. "Where's Breezy?"
[22:10] * Strifer grunts and grits her teeth, the drug was helping but it still hurt as fuck. By the time Wraith is done she is shaking and sweating. Glaring intently at a spot on the ground. Her left hindleg shaking violently.
[22:10] * Desert_Eagle grunts and gets to his hooves, reloading his 'borrowed' DMR. "Dunno."
[22:11] <Challenger> "I'mma try and find her. If you can, would you look for her from above?"
[22:12] * Wraith winces as she finishes "This'll help a little more." Her horn lights up again as she casts a series of spells on Strifer (Pain relief and then two healing spells)
[22:12] * Desert_Eagle nods. "Sure, ah'm headin' back t' th' Stronghold t' see if Miss Herald's alright. She might'a headed back there too."
[22:13] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Radiance is waiting outside the Strongold, slumped up against a wall. She looks up wearily at Breezy as the pegasus arrives.
[22:13] * Challenger eyes the broken BEL. "Yeah, sure."
[22:13] * Desert_Eagle nods, and takes off for the Stronghold as well.
[22:15] * Cloudy_Breeze lands, and nods at her. "It's dead. Or... dissolved, at least."
[22:15] * SpencerDespenser|GM nods back. "I saw... so what do you want?" she asks, gritting her teeth a little.
[22:16] * Strifer sits up slowly. Both med-x and pain relief in her body made  her very dizzy. She shakes her head to get the fuzz out. Turning  towards the Unicorn she grins halfheartedly. "Thanks."
[22:16] * Challenger walks over to the broken BEL, looking at it intently.
[22:17] * Wraith nods
[22:17] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Radiance does that*
[22:17] <Wraith> wearily*)
[22:17] * Lollygag looks between Strifer and Wraith, "Are you... Is she going to be okay?"
[22:17] * Cloudy_Breeze just looks blankly at Radiance. "Was just... reporting in. Thought ya might like ta know."
[22:18] * Wraith sighs, pushing up her eyepatch and rubbing her eye. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it. Well it's a little dilated but it's still there "She'll be fine. Ish. Probably."
[22:18] * Strifer sways lightly and giggles quietly. She turns her head towards the ooze and just shakes her head. Grinning wide.
[22:18] * Challenger comes to a decision and picks up the weapon, putting it on his back.
[22:19] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Radiance frowns. "I.Saw. By the way... I'm going to need those BELs back."
[22:21] * Desert_Eagle arrives at the Stronghold, landing next to Breeze, the DMR strapped around his back. "Miss Herald still inside?" He asks.
[22:21] * Strifer then looks at her left foreleg. It looked wierd with the fur completely burned away. Shrugging she rocks forward and drags herself to her hooves.
[22:21] * Wraith helps Strifer stand
[22:21] * Challenger looks out over the dead leavings of the whatever-the-fuck-it-was
[22:22] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Challenger, Strifer, and Wraith see something that looks a little out of place. Something bright in the see of purple muck.
[22:23] * Wraith catches sight of something out of the corner of her eye and picks it up with telekinesis
[22:23] * Challenger tilts his head and heads towards it.
[22:24] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Wraith lifts what looks like a tattered, white coat from the slop. There's someting weighing it down, pulling it back down into the puddle.
[22:24] * Strifer ignores the fuck out of it and just stares at the point where the tentacle had grabbed her. She slowly starts to stumble her way towards it. Whispering. "So you didnt run away after, did ya. Cunt."
[22:25] * Challenger apparently didn't head toward it...
[22:25] * Lollygag trots uneasily after Strifer, with hesitant steps.
[22:25] * Wraith frowns and tries to jerk it out of the goo
[22:26] * Cloudy_Breeze sighs, and flies off. Fine. Don't thank me, then.
[22:26] * Strifer moves up to the tentacle and kicks it once. "I still have the dress if you want it." She says with a wide grin. "Oh way, I dont think it will fucking fit now will it."
[22:26] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Sheesh Wraith, don't break the thing. The coat eventually gives way and floats to Wraith's side. There's something in the pockets. Radiance looks to Desert_Eagle as Cloudy_Breeze flies away. "Yes."
[22:27] * Challenger suddenly doesn't care and heads over to whats left of the elevator.
[22:27] * Cloudy_Breeze heads back toward the creature to retrieve the borrowed weapons.
[22:27] * Wraith sets the coat down and pulls the object out of the pocket
[22:28] * Desert_Eagle nods. "Thanks." He says, trotting into the Stronghold to the armory, where he had left Herald.
[22:28] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  It's actually two objects. One is a rather heavy, golden ball, about the size of an apple. The other appears to be a scalpel.
[22:29] * Wraith ooooooo's at both. because one's gold and one's a medical implement! She uses those!
[22:29] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Princess Herald is waiting with a few members of her personal guard, who look very embarrassed. "Knight Eagle! You're alive! You killed it, no?"
[22:31] * Desert_Eagle smiles. He looks pretty beat up. "Yes m'lady, we killed it." He says. "I's jus' a big puddle o' purple goo now."
[22:32] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Herald leaps at Desert_Eagle and wraps him in a tight hug. "Thank you, my knight!" She looks at him with bright, shiny eyes. "How may I ever repay you?"
[22:33] * Lollygag reaches out hesitantly for Strifer, "Wha- w-who are you talking to... m- Strifer?"
[22:33] * Wraith pockets the scalpel and starts examining the ball
[22:34] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Wraith can make out a symbol she hasn't seen before. It's the head of a dragon, etched with a fine tool, no doubt.
[22:34] * Strifer groans and kicks the creature once again before sitting down infront of it. Rummaging through her saddlebags she finds a botle of wine. Uncorking it with her teeth and taking a long drag, taking a third of the bottle in one go. She grins as she hooves the bottle to Lollygag. "Ya gonna need this Smallstuff. This big fucking useless blob is Nuke. Remember him? The shithead that ran away from us?"
[22:34] * Wraith frowns and shrugs. Pocket that too. Now she examins the labcoat
[22:35] * Cloudy_Breeze doesn't really pay much attention to the others as she returns. She just goes to pick up the borrowed weapons from where they'd been left.
[22:35] <Strifer> "He got himself all messed up!" She giggles and kicks at it again.
[22:36] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  It's a labcoat. There are a lot of holes in it. Wraith can make out a few vaguely familiar symbols on it.
[22:36] * Challenger has the broke BEL
[22:36] * Lollygag clings to the bottle, her hooves shaking, "D-Doctor? H-how... that... it can't..."
[22:36] * Challenger has wandered off somewhere, if anypony noticed.
[22:36] * Desert_Eagle chuckles, returning the hug. "Yer welcome m'lady." He lifts his Aviators, smiling down at Herald. "Well, ah'd much appreciate it if ah could keep this 'ere rifle." He pats the borrowed Markspony Carbine slung on his back.
[22:36] * Wraith noticed Challenger heading to the elevator but she doesn't know him and has something more immediately interesting
[22:37] * Wraith examines the symbols a little more closely
[22:37] * Strifer snicker. "Oohhh but it is, the fucker even used his dying breath to taunt me. You know what it said? You want to know what this shithead said to me with his dying fucking breath?!"
[22:37] * Strifer twitches and glares at the ooze. If she could she would kill it again.
[22:38] * Cloudy_Breeze grabs the one Wraith had dropped when it was empty, but can't find the other. She curses under her breath. "Where's the other one?"
[22:39] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The princess tips her head a little. "I... guess? I'm just glad that you're alive... can you take me to survey the damage?" She asks, still hugging tight.
[22:40] * Lollygag clutches her legs so tightly against the bottle that it shatters in her grasp, but she doesn't notice, "How... how could he? W-what did he say..."
[22:40] <Strifer> "He called me.. Lady. LADY! With his last breath, can you fucking believe that shit!" She spits at the corpse.
[22:40] * Desert_Eagle nods. "Of course." He says.
[22:40] * Wraith grumbles "Enclave, huh?" she shakes off a speck of goo she missed and stufs that in her saddlebags too. Yay vaccuum cleaner Wraith!
[22:41] * Strifer looks down at the broken bottle and shrugs. She pulls out another one and hooves it to Lollygag.
[22:42] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Princess Herald trots out of the Stronghold. Radiance follows just behind her, limping slightly.
[22:42] * Desert_Eagle trots alongside them.
[22:43] * Lollygag lifts her trembling legs towards Strifer, trickles of blood running from numerous cuts, she struggles to try and say Strifer's name but can't get it to come out.
[22:43] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  When Challenger arrives at the remains of the elevator, he can hear a familiar set of voices calling up. "Hello? Is somepony up there? What's going on?"
[22:43] * Challenger calls back down. "Monster attack. Smashed the elevator up here. Everypony okay down there?"
[22:43] * Wraith plops down on her plot staring into nothing, ignoring the sounds of the broken bottle for entirely meta reasons. Her team was just killed, and she has no clue what to do anymore.
[22:46] * Challenger ([email protected]) Quit ( Quit: I cna ytpe 300 wrods pre mniuet!!! )
[22:48] * Strifer nooks straight into Lollygags eyes. She grins slightly. "Remember what I said in the tavern? That still fucking applies, so dont you fucking dare break now. I need you alive."
[22:48] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Radiance, Herald, and Desert_Eagle arrive eventually.
[22:49] * Wraith groans and flops on her back "...Fuck."
[22:49] * Cloudy_Breeze is still looking for that other BEL
[22:50] <Desert_Eagle> "...an' as yah c'n see 'ere, this's where th' monster fell, and most o' th' damage 's at."
[22:51] * Strifer 's eye twitches slightly and her ear drops again.
[22:51] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The Princess looks horrified. "Wh-what? Where did Fester get all of this?" She looks hopefully to Radiance, but the unicorn just shakes her head.
[22:53] * Lollygag looks back at Strifer, tears still pouring down her cheeks. She keeps reaching forward, her cut up hooves barely brushing against Strifer, her voice is barely audible between sobs, "I need... I need you too... momma..."
[22:55] <Desert_Eagle> "Ah'm 'fraid exact number o' casualties 'll be hard t' figure out, cause those swallowed were dissolved completely, but it was pretty bad."
[22:55] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The Princess sniffs a little, trying not to look at the monster.
[22:57] * Strifer snorts and giggles. "Momma, really? I aint your fucking mom Smallstuff." She grins slightly and glances at Wraith. "Unless. Nah, fuck it, you are way to old. Now go and see if that medic cunt can fix your hooves up. Gonna need you trottin." With another cackle she opens the new bottle, spits the cork on the ground next to her and drinks.
[22:58] * Wraith 's ear flicks "Call me a cunt again and I'll shove chunky here up yours." She pats her grenade rifle.
[22:58] * Strifer snorts. "Id like to see you fucking try." She grins tauntingly at Wraith.
[23:00] <Wraith> "Maybe later." She grins back. She's also looking at you two upside down. She /is/ laying on her back after all.
[23:00] * Lollygag just stares at Strifer, the light slowly fading from her eyes, "... Y-yes... of course... of course you aren't..." She carefully gets to her hooves and starts trotting away.
[23:01] * Strifer smirks. "Can't wait." She takes another swig of her drink. Giving Lollygags flank a gentle nudge as she walks away.
[23:01] * Wraith points at Lollygag "C'mere. Lets see those cuts of yours."
[23:02] * Strifer twitches and stares intently at the dead creature.
[23:02] * Lollygag turns her head slowly to look at Wraith, "... I'm fine... there...s others hurt... more..." She turns back away and looks around, slowly heading back towards the stage.
[23:03] * Desert_Eagle looks over at Herald. "Yah gonna be alright Miss Herald?"
[23:03] * Wraith shrugs and grumbles "Whatever. Try and be nice to a pony and they give you the cold shoulder. Now I remember why I start cutting strangers open instead of talking to them.
[23:04] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The stage is pretty wrecked at this point, the monster made sure of that. Princess Herald nods slowly. "Yes... but... I fear the Pier will never fully recover."
[23:05] * Strifer pulls out another winebottle, where does she even keeps them all. She places it next to herself. "So you fucking want some of this or what?" She gestures  at the wine and taps the ground nexto her.
[23:05] * Cloudy_Breeze sighs. No BEL. It's just gone. She goes to fly back to the Stronghold, but sees Radiance followed back here. She walks over to her. "Dunno where the other one went... Can't find it anywhere."
[23:05] * Lollygag thought there was something important here... but she can't seem to recall what it was. She searches carefully through the debris, aimlessly looking.
[23:06] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Radiance blanches. "Oh son of a- Really? Well... thank you... what's left of my army will find it eventually..."
[23:07] * Cloudy_Breeze nods. "Ah'll go bring this one back, at least..."
[23:08] * Cloudy_Breeze takes off for the Stronghold.
[23:08] * Wraith goes back to staring up into the sky
[23:08] * Desert_Eagle nods. "Ah'm sorry Miss Herald, but ah don't know what ah c'n do t' help yah with that."

[23:09] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Radiance follows Breezy back to the fort while Herald remains with Deagle. "That's alright, my Knight. You've done enough."
[23:11] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The ponies at the bottom of the shaft call up. One is a little louder and more familiar than the others. "Oi! Challenger! Is that you? Grand! Help us out here, mate!"
[23:11] <Challenger> "I'd love to Nautilus, only I don't know how. What you need?"
[23:11] * Strifer shrugs. "Well fuck you too then." She places the wine back into her backpack. Rocking forward to stand up she trots towards Wraith. "The fuck are you doing down there, lets find the rest and see if there is some reward for this shit we just pulled off." She twitches and her left hindleg shakes.
[23:12] * Desert_Eagle nods. "Thank yah Miss Herald. Anything else?"
[23:13] * Lollygag nearly trips over her rifle as she finds it sticking out amongst some of the debris. It takes a minute of staring before she finally recognizes it, and with the last of her warmth, she pulls it from the wreckage, slinging its familiar weight across her back.
[23:13] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Nautilus converses with some other ponies at the bottom. "Is there any way for you to clear some of the debris off the top? The lift is still working, we just can't raise it!"
[23:13] * Wraith cocks an eyebrow "You really are an inconsistant mare, you know that?" She rolls back to her hooves
[23:14] * Challenger looks at the wreckage. "I'll give it a shot."
[23:15] * Challenger grabs on to a chunk and pulls hard.
[23:15] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Challenger manages to tear the piece loose.
[23:16] * Strifer grins at Wraith. "It has worked so far, so why fucking change, right?" Her eyes keeps glancing towards a dark corner of one of the ruined buildings.
[23:16] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Princess Herald shakes her head. "That will be all, my Knight. My guards will take me home."
[23:16] * Wraith shrugs "Don't fix what's not broken."
[23:16] * Cloudy_Breeze goes to put the BEL back in the armory.
[23:16] * Challenger continues to clear the wreckage away as best he can. He wasn't much use to anypony else today, he can at least help them out.
[23:17] * Desert_Eagle nods, bowing. "Farewell then Miss Herald."
[23:19] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The Princess heads off with her guards, back to Prahv. Slowly, survivng citizens of the attack begin to crawl out of their hiding spots, staring in awe of the dead monster. A familiar looking, hoodie-sporting stallion approaches the group.
[23:19] * Strifer snorts. "Something like that, whatever. Lets just fucking find the others and collect."
[23:20] * Wraith keeps her eyebrow cocked but follows Strifer nonetheless.
[23:20] * Lollygag is just wandering aimlessly. If the others needed her they'd get her... right?...
[23:22] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  There's a loud hiss and the rickety lift ascends slowly. "Many thanks, Challenger!" Nautilus shouts up.
[23:22] * Strifer shouts at Lollygag as she trots towards Challenger. "Oi, Smallstuff. We are moving!" She keeps glancing at the dark corner, twitchign nervously.
[23:22] * Challenger steps back as the lift ascends.
[23:23] * Desert_Eagle trots over towards Strifer. "What'r we doin'?" He asks.
[23:24] * Lollygag cringes a little as she hears the shout. Keeping her eyes down, she slowly makes her way back over to the others.
[23:24] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  After several minutes, the lift arrives and Nautilus beams at Challenger, but frowns a little when she sees the slime puddle. "Oh, you blokes killed it?"
[23:24] * Strifer grins at Desert_Eagle. "Why collecting a reward of course, town better have some really nice shit in store for us for killing that fucking monster."
[23:24] * Challenger looks back at the corpse. "Well, it's dead."
[23:25] * Desert_Eagle nods. "Of course."
[23:25] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Nautilus frowns a little. "Well, that's a shame. How are we going to study it now?"
[23:26] * Strifer trots up to Challenger with the others in tow.
[23:26] <Challenger> "There's still bits of it everywhere. Plenty of samples."
[23:26] * SpencerDespenser|GM remains, staring at the puddle with a frown. "But... it's all dead and stuff..."
[23:27] <Challenger> "Well, things are tough all over, Nautilus. Work with what you got."
[23:28] * Strifer just grins and shifts her gaze between the two talking.
[23:28] * Wraith snorts "Dead things are easier to study. They don't scream and curse you when you stab them."
[23:28] <Challenger> "There is that."
[23:28] * SpencerDespenser|GM blinks. "Oh! Right, Mr. Fang wanted me to give you this." She says, hoofing Challenger a small slip of paper. It's adorned with Mr. Fang's crest.
[23:28] * Challenger takes it and reads the note.
[23:29] <Wraith> "No screaming, no begging, no crying, just wonderful SCIENCE!"
[23:29] <Desert_Eagle> "Wha's it say Chal?"
[23:29] * Desert_Eagle chuckles at Wraith.
[23:30] * Strifer smirks. "But they talk.. Oh they fucking talk.." Her grin widening.
[23:30] * Lollygag just stands there when she finally reaches the group.
[23:31] * Strifer glances back at the dark corners of the fallen building. Twitching and shaking her head, as if to clear it. Blinking twice before slowly, reluctently turning her gaze to a fixed spot between Challenger and Nautilus.
[23:32] * Challenger reads the note... twice... "We gotta leave. Now."
[23:32] * Strifer blinks, still standing there.
[23:33] <Desert_Eagle> "What? Why?"
[23:33] * Challenger hoofs the note to Deagle.
[23:33] * Desert_Eagle reads it.
[23:35] <Desert_Eagle> "Well fuck. We gotta get outta 'ere, o' there's gonna be one pissed off dragon comin' after us."
[23:35] <Challenger> "Like I said.
[23:35] <Wraith> "...Dragon?"
[23:35] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Nautilus returns to the lift, after giving Challenger a nod. "See you all... whenever! Have a nice day!"
[23:35] * Cloudy_Breeze sits somewhere in the Stronghold. She's just kinda tired. That thing... Bleh!
[23:35] * Strifer shakes herself and glares at the paper. "Dragon?! What about our fucking reward?!"
[23:36] <Desert_Eagle> "Ah'll go grab Breezy, ya'll get ready t' leave."
[23:36] <Challenger> "Our reward is we owe 700 thousand caps and an favor."
[23:37] * Lollygag just stares at the ground. There wasn't even a need to sigh.
[23:37] <Wraith> "...Y'all have fun with that."
[23:38] <Strifer> "We dont owe that cunt shit.. Fuck ass.." She twitches again. "Whatever, how the fuck do we leave then?"
[23:38] * Desert_Eagle hoofs Chal the note back before taking off towards the Stronghold.
[23:39] * Challenger stuffs it away in his bag.
[23:39] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Radiance is outside again, keeping guard herself.
[23:39] <Challenger> "Any direction we can as fast as we can, before he notices."
[23:40] * Strifer smirks at Wraith. "Ohhh, I dont know. Im pretty sure Mr Fang has put you on his list of who owes him. Isnt that right, Chal?"
[23:41] * Desert_Eagle comes to a hover above Radiance. "Breezy still 'ere?"
[23:41] <Challenger> "Most likely."
[23:41] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The unicorn nods and points a hoof inside. "You seen any BEL's lying around? We're missing one."
[23:42] <Strifer> "Welcome to our hell!" She grins even wider as she stretches out her powerhoof encased leg towards Wraith.
[23:42] * Wraith just groans
[23:42] * Desert_Eagle shrugs. "No time." He races in side. "Breezy! We gotta go! Get out 'ere!"
[23:43] * Cloudy_Breeze looks up, slightly annoyed. "Th' hell did ya do this time?"
[23:44] * Strifer puts the hoof down after a while. Still smirking.
[23:44] <Challenger> "Gather up anything you need to take with you, miss. You're on our team now."
[23:44] <Desert_Eagle> "Le's jus' say that there'll be one pissed off dragon after us if we don't get outta 'ere soon."
[23:45] <Wraith> "My last team got eaten by a lovecraftian horror. I've got a sterling track record."
[23:45] <Challenger> "Vunderbar. You'll fit in perfectly."
[23:45] * Strifer freezes in place as she stares at the shadows under the fallen building again. What remains of her epic tail twitches.
[23:46] * Cloudy_Breeze stares blankly. "Ah repeat. Th' hell did ya do this time?"
[23:47] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  The hoodie pony, Grapevine, trots over to the ground ponies after a while of watching. "Sounds like you guys pissed off Ol' Sulphur Breath."
[23:47] <Wraith> "And since I'm a part of this..." She glances at Strifer "Dysfunctional family, what the hell is this about a damned dragon?"
[23:47] <Desert_Eagle> "Mr. Fang claims we owe 'im 700,000 caps an' a favor fer killin' his 'experiment'."
[23:47] <Challenger> "No, the giant slime thing pissed him off. We're just taking the flak for it."
[23:48] * Lollygag looks up just barely at the voice she recognizes.
[23:48] * Cloudy_Breeze just continues staring. "...who?"
[23:48] <Desert_Eagle> "Th' dragon who runs th' Boilerworks."
[23:49] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Grapvine tilts his head. "Mr. Fang? Is that what he's calling himself? Whatever. I can't thank you guys enough for stopping this thing... If had gotten to us, well... we don't exactly carry weapons. You have the Chorus' thanks. Is Lollygag around?" He asks looking around for her, but not seeing her.
[23:50] * Challenger steps aside, letting him see Lolly.
[23:51] * Wraith grumbles "At least that answered my question. Sort of." She stalks off a couple feet
[23:51] * Lollygag was being called for... she looks up at Grapvine, giving him a huge smile. Possibly one of the most fake smiles he'd ever seen, "Oh, hello! Do you need something?"
[23:51] <Desert_Eagle> "Look, we ain't got time fer this Breezy, we gotta go!"
[23:51] * Challenger steps next to strifer. "You ok?"
[23:52] * Cloudy_Breeze keeps staring. "So... new question. Th' hell did y'all do /last/ time?"
[23:52] * Strifer blinks and nods slowly. Not letting her gaze leave the shhadows under the building.
[23:52] * SpencerDespenser|GM raises a brow. "I just wanted to say thank you... But, you don't look too good yourself. Looks like you guys could use a little R&R."
[23:52] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Grapvine does that*
[23:53] <Challenger> "YOu don't look like you're gonna be okay."
[23:53] <Desert_Eagle> "Ah jus' said we ain't got time fer this! Yah wanna be roasted pony meat 'r not?"
[23:54] * Strifer points a hoof at the shadows, twitching again. "Is there a pony right there?"
[23:54] * Lollygag keeps smiling, "Oh you're very welcome sir! They did all the hard work though... I just... Yes! We're going to get out of the city and have a nice trip, everything will be just fine. Really."
[23:54] * Challenger looks. "Don't see one."
[23:55] * Cloudy_Breeze sighs and stands up to follow. "Y'all need ta stop bein' dumb. It's hazardous t' yer health."
[23:55] <Wraith> "No.
[23:55] <Desert_Eagle> "Yah c'n say that again. Le's go."
[23:56] * Desert_Eagle heads out of the Stronghold, and flies back towards the others.
[23:56] * Strifer 's head jerks and she looks away slowly. "Right..."
[23:56] * Challenger sighs. "Come on, lets get moving."
[23:57] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Grapevine doesn't buy it. "Well, I know a place that might help, if you'd like to check it out. Not too far from here. Just follow the edge of the lake until you see this dock, right? Follow the path up to a nice little log cabin. It's got all the comforts of home." He claps Lolly on the shoulder. "You stay with them, little lady. You've got a gift. I'd hate to see it gone."
[23:58] * Wraith curses under hear breath as she realizes something
[23:58] * Strifer twitches again. She slumps slightly and just stares, horrified  at the darkness.
[23:58] <Wraith> (her*)
[23:58] * Challenger nudges Strifer lightly. "There's nothing there. Promise."
[23:59] * Lollygag lets her smile drop just a little, "Yeah... I'll keep an eye out for it... thank you, Grapevine."
[23:59] * Desert_Eagle arrives back to the others shortly with Breezy. "Yo Chal, we good t' go?"
[23:59] * Strifer flinches and takes a step a way from Challenger. "D-dont hurt me!"
[00:00] * Challenger stays calm. "I won't." Looks at Deagle. "As we'll ever be."
[00:00] * Wraith cocks an eyebrow at Strifer. She doesn't know if this is noremal or not so she just ignores it."
[00:00] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  Grapevine gives Lolly a nod and leaves. At some point, he had laid something down at her hooves. It's a brown paper package tied up with string.
[00:00] <Desert_Eagle> "Le's get th' fuck outta 'ere then."
[00:01] * Challenger takes one last look around. "Lets."
[00:02] * Wraith mutters "Coal had all my caps..."
[00:03] * Strifer twitches again and mumbles under her breath. "S-stay away.. Please.." She keeps her gaze locked on the ground and seems almost frozen in place.
[00:03] * Cloudy_Breeze doesn't say anything, but is pretty much ready to go.
[00:03] * Challenger sighs. This is gonna take a while...
[00:03] <~SpencerDespenser|GM>  With Experiment KRAJ defeated and the fate of Nuke uncovered, our heroes will decide a course of action before departing from Pier 37. With no clear direction, who knows what they will find?
