Chapter 1:
The Real World

The ground was soft and quite smooth, it felt as if a million little rocks were crawling around me.
"HEY, are you ok?" Said a desperate voice. "Please be ok." The voice sounded desperate and there was constant panicking sounds as the sound of tears came out.
"UGH, whe-where am i?" Wondered Fire. "ARGH, and who are you?"
"Woah, woah chill out. I'm Luka." Gleefully said Luka.
"Umm, i don't know if this is weird but wh-what breed are you anyway?" Questioned Fire.
"Oh, don't worry, i get it all the time, im a Riolu." Spoke Luka. "I came from the Wigglytuff guild but i was a coward and ran." Then suddenly a thought came to Fire as she frantically searhed the area.
"Have you se-seen a Vulpix around named Shayna?" Panicked Fire. "S-she, i-i need to-"
"RELAX, i saw your friend, Shayna was it?" Explained Luka. "She was unconscious when i saw pelliper found her in the woods. She may have went to Treasure Town, its about half a kilometre away from here to the north-west. She'll have gone there."
Can you help me get there?" Asked Fire. "I REEEEEEEALY wanna see her again."
"Um sure, i guess." Mumbled Luka
"YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!" Gleefully said Fire as she skipped around in a circle. "Um, just exactly are we anyway?"
"You are in Nixtorm, the country known for it's ice stroms in Winter out in the mountains, it's quite sunny here though." Explained Luka. Fire and Luka began walking towards Treasure Town. Fire was looking at every small thing that came across her.
"OOOOOOH what's that?" Aksed Fire with extreme happiness.
"That's a huddle of Kakuna's, around 30 metres up ahead is a hudle of Metapod's." Said Luka as if trying to avoid questions that will come later on. "They are nesting, ready to become majestic creatures."
"I wanna be a majestic creature some day!" Said Fire bopping up and down everywhere like a spoink.
"You shouldn't be preparing for beauty, because you are already beautiful..." Said Luka with a lump in his throat. "Ummm so Treasure Town is just ahead." Luka and Fire walked silently the rest of the way to Treasure Town occasioanlly glancing each other. "You don't have anywhere to go, do you?" Asked Luka
"Well no." Said Fire with a droop in her voice. "Can i stay with you while i find a home... PLEEEEEEEASE?!"
"Fine, just please don't break stuff." Coughed Luka. "Those Vases cost so much Poke you wouldn't believe."
"HEY, LET ME GO!!!" Shouted a voice that sounded familiar.
"SHAYNA!" Shouted Fire. "I'm coming!"
"Woah, for jsut getting here you know how to run." Laughed Luka
"Awww are you gonna cry little baby girl." Laughed a flying purple sphere. "Go and cry to mommy, or do you not have one?"
"Gimme back my scarf i just bought it." Cried Shayna.
"And what are you gonna do?" Chuckled the purple ball. "Cry and run?" and without warnin a huge flame erupted out of no-where and burnt the sphere and their goons knocking all of them out.
"SHAYNA!" Cried Fire.
"Fire?!" Yelled Shayna. "I thought i would never see you again."
"Wooow, i didn't know your friend knew inferno, thats quiet a skilled move." Chuckled Luka.
"And who are you?" Asked Shayna looking sceptical at Luka.
"I'm Luka, i found your friend on shore, i saw Aunt Khan find you in the woods." Explained Luka
"Oh Aunt Khan, she's amazing, she gave me free oran berries and a nice scarf 80% off and i paid for it with Poke i found on the ground on the way, those theives nearly stole the scarf." Explained Shayna
"It seems they used an escape orb, the yellow bellied cowards!" Growled Luka. "we could have made easily 200 Poke with criminals like that." Luka was stamping the ground near where the criminals were and was inspecting thee ground thoroughly. "I think i know where they went, but to chase them we have to get explorors kits, we aren't allowed to chase criminals as civillians."
"It doesn't seem too hard, we just go and ask for kits." Said Shayna with a confident tone in her voice. "How hard can it be?"
"Do both of you have amnesia or something?" Asked Luka. "You realise you have to be approved by the Wigglytuff guild and pass their challenge on order to even get kits, let alone the danger in fighting criminals... and that's why i really badly want to join the guild, i want to explore, see new lands, find new pokemon... where did you 2 come from anyway?"
"Well we--" Said Fire before noticing that Shayna was giving a death stare that even top criminals would be scared of. "We um, came from a counrty overseas and we were travelling by ocean and got shipwrecked, i can't remember anything else."
"Say do you have anywhere to stay?" Asked Luka. "If not you can come with me to my house." Shayna and Fire looked at each other as if trying to decide a decision without speaking.
"Can you give us a minute." Asked Shayna as she walked behind some tree's just outside of the town. "I think we should do it, i mean where are we going to stay anyway?
"I mean... the last time i trusted someone they turned outt they didn't care about me, they only cared about winning." Said Fire in a sad tone.
"Yes but there is no winning now, it's just living and learning." Told Shayna.
"I mean... i guess we can trust him." Grudgingly said Fire. Fire and Shayna began walking back to Luka who was twiddling his thumbs.
"I guess we can go to your house." Said Shayna. "Please don't make me regret this."
"YAY." Cheered Luka. "It's finally good to know i can make friends. Come, i'll take you now." Luka, Shayna and Fire bagan walking towards Luka's house whch was apparently not too far away. "Here we are." Said Luka with a proud tone in his voice. "It isn't the richest of places but it get's the job done, make yourself at home."
"Speaking of making ourself at home where are the beds?" Asked Shayna.
"Go down the corridor, second last room to the right is the guest bedrooms." Told Luka. Shayna walked to the bedroom and in less than a minute some loud snoring began. "I wish i could fall asleep that fast."
"Hey, Luka." Asked Fire. "I have a question, where are your friends and family?" Luka fliched like he got hit with a fake out. The expression from happy to misery in an instant.
"My family... they, they left me at birth." Cried Luka. "When i was real young a criminal kidnapped them and i haven't heard of them since, Aunt Khan bought me in to her house until i was ok."
"Oh wow, i'm sorry." Said Fire with a worried feel in her voice. "Listen. i probabaly shouldn't tell you this but, Shayna lost someone close so don't ask about her."
"Ok... you should probably rest up, i'll have food ready for the morning." Explained Luka.
"WAIT, it's already night!?" Gasped Fire as she looked out the window and saw a black air fill the sky. "We came in and it was sunset!"
"Oh yeah, there are things called time gears, they control time but recently one's gone outta wack causing many natural disasters and other problems." Explained Luka. "Occasionally time speeds and slows down, our clocks have built in features for these events so don't be too worried."
"I should probabaly get some sleep." Yawned Fire as she rubbed her eyes. "Good night Luka."
"Good night." Said Luka as he flicked on the TV. Fire walked down the corridor to the guest room and saw Shayna completely kncoked out asleep.
"At least she isn't snoring anymore." Giggled Fire. As she lay in the bed and fell fast asleep.

Chapter 2:
The Voice

"H-h-h-Help." Said the mysterious voice.
"H-hello, who is that?" Asked Fire in the bright world where noting was and no sound other then the crys for help could be heard.
"H-Help me!" Shouted the voice again. "HELP VAGUS."
"V-Vagus?" Gasped Fire and out of nowhere Vagus magically appeared in a white empty world.
"S-Shayna, thank god you're ok." Cried Vagus.
"Vagus watch out." Yelled Shayna as the sound of cracking bones became apparent, almost the same as when Vagsu really died and when the cracks were over the whole world went black. Vagus was crouched over Shayna, Angel, Jason and Pichu behind and the other Angel flying in the sky towards Pichu.
"N-no, why do i have to remember this, dreams... can we go somewhere nicer please?" Asked Fire to herself. Vagus slowly dissapeared, then Pichu slowly dissapeared, then Jason, then Angel and then the other Angel. Shayna still curled on the ground in agony, would never dissapear.
"I'm sorry for what i did to you." Said a familiar voice.
"The Unknown God!" Shouted Fire. "Who are you, what's your name, you can tell me that at least, you've done this to me so give me something back. An eerie silence in the black world was heard and Shayna was the only visible thing.
"I am Labrys, i cannot show myself but let it be known that i am sorry for what i did to your friends." Explained Labrys."I cannot explain anymore, you will wake up soon and you will see me tomorow sleep."
"Wait, i have questions!" Yelled Fire. As she said this the whole world went white, Shayna still curled in agony and visible and then suddenly the realisation of being back in a house came to her.
"YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWN!" Shouted Fire as she wakes up. Fire gets up and bumbles her way to the living room almost as if she's had a hangover.
"Well look who's finally woken up." Laughed Luka, Shayna sitting on the sofa chair next to him.
"Oh wait a sec... do you know somebody by the name of... ahhh what was it, Labrys?" Asked Fire. Shayna immediately as if something sparked in her.
"No, don;t think i've heard that one before." Told Luka. Shayna walked into the guest room whilst signalling Fire to come in.
"Did you have that dream too?" Whispered Shayna. "About the unknown god and stuff?"
"Yeah." Said Fire.
"HEY, if you're finished in there do you wanna go grab some lunch and go do training for being an exploration team?" Asked Luka.
"Yeah, ok." Said Shayna. The three walked through town towards the BnL restaurant which were famous for their burgers. The crew chowed down on Double Deluxe Chicken Burgers.
"Can we go do that exploring thing?" Asked Shayna. "I wanna help people in this world who suffer like i did."
"Sure, just remember, be as polite as possilbe to Guildmaster Wigglytuff, she'll give you the ol' hyper voice if you don't." Said Luka with a frightened expression.
"YOU DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARE." Shouted a large voice.
"ARGH, what was that?" Asked Shayna with her paws strapped tightly to her ears.
"That's Guildmaster Wigglytuff, somebody must have made her angry." Yelled Luka. And mad was Luka right as by the time Luka, Shayna and Fire got to the entrance of the guild it had 3 pokemon Sprinting away from the entrance crying as they ran.
"Wow, such pussies." Laughed Shayna.
"Ok, all we have to do is stand on this grate, if they accept us, we'll be allowed in." Explained Luka. "I'll be honest with you. I may have ran off the first time i was challenged with standing here." Luka acts confident as he stands on the plate.
"INTRUDER ALERT, INTRUDER ALERT. THE FOOTPRINT IS RIOLU, THE FOOTPRINT IS RIOLU!" Shouted a pokemon from below. There was no sound for a second and then another voice boomed, "THERE ARE MORE, THERE ARE MORE, OTHER'S STAND ON THE GRATE, OTHER'S STAND ON THE GRATE."
"Umm, i'm kinda scared." Said Fire as she stood on the grate.
"INTRUDER ALERT, INTRUDER ALERT." Shouted the voice once again. "THE FOOTPRINT IS TORCHIC, THE FOOTPRINT IS TORCHIC!" There was another voice and like before it spoke again. "THERE IS ONE MORE, THERE IS ONE MORE, STAND ON THE GRATE, STAND ON THE GRATE." Luka had noe begun tapping his foot impatiently at the repetitiveness of the voice.
"Here we go." Sighed Shayna as she stood on the grate.
"INTRUDER ALERT, INTRUDER ALERT." Shouted the voice hopefully for the last time. "THE FOOTPRINT IS... THE FOOTPRINT IS... MAYBE VULPIX, MAYBE VULPIX."
"MAYBE, MAYBE?" Shouted another voice. "WE HIRED YOU TO INSPECT FEET AND YOU CAN'T TELL A FOOT FROM ANOTHER?"
"YES IT'S VULPIX, YES IT'S VULPIX." Sayed the first voice again.'YOU MAY ENTER, YOU MAY ENTER."
"Finally." Sighed Luka who was slowly dying of boredom. "At least Shayna's was different otherwise i would have died over here."
"Ok, i'm Chatot and we don;t accept Salespeople, Merchants or any sort so if you don't mind i'm ve--" Continued Chatot before being inturupted.
"Actually, we want to become exploration team." Said Shayna.
"Oh, well sorry." Apologised Chatot."We'll report you to Guildmaster Wigglytuff for assesment."
"Thanks." Said Fire. The crew and Chatot began walking to the room that held the Guildmaster.
"Whatever you do, don't anger her, she's very sensitive." Warned Chatot.
"Hi, i'm Wigglytuff, Chatot told me you would be arriving." Laughed Wigglytuff.
"W-Wait, how did Chatot tell you, he's been with us?" Asked Shayna.
"That's not important, you want to be an exploration team don't you?" Asked Wigglytuff. "Well you must pass my test first.
"Um Wigglytuff, may i ask you something in private?" Asked Luka.
"Sure, may you all leave my room please." Asked Wigglytuff. Everybody except Luka left the room.
"So, Fire, the Torchic asked if i knew who Labrys is, do you know by any chance?" Asked Luka. "I wanted to ask you in private as i didn't want to trigger Fire or Shayna."
"Well, um..." Mumbled Wigglytuff. "Get your friends back in here again." Luka got Shayna and Fire back in the room. "Congratulations. you are now officially an exploration team."
"W-wait what?" Asked all three new explorors at once.
"Go off now, on your way." Asked Wiggltuff. After the room cleared out Wigglytuff spoke to herself. "Labrys, what an old name, i'll have to tell her about this."

Chapter 3:
Old Friends

"LABRYS!" Shouted Wigglytuff into a cavern entrance. "Are you there? It's urgent." There was an eerie silence that covered Earth.
"YAWN, do you really have to wake me up with hyper voice?" Asked Labrys exiting the cave.
"Why are you in Sky Shaymin form?" Asked Wigglytuff. "Isn't the meadow festival 4 months away?"
"I just cam eback to from the festival, i was in another dimension and there was a Giratina and an iceberg and a Reshiram and other cool shit." Laughed Labrys.
"I guess that makes sense." Giggled Wigglytuff. "Anyway, we have a serious problem, like you suspected the time gears have gone wack and a pokemon knew of you somehow. I think it's happening."
"Well, duh i was in her dream, of course i know what's happening." Explained Labrys. "Those 2 girls have had extremely dark past with Falcion so we shouldn't remind them with it. The Vulpix had his lover die and the Torchic's best friend betrayed her and made her uncomfortable."
"Any news on a Riolu?" Asked Wigglytuff. "Those 2 wanted to be in an exploration team with a Riolu and i want to know the correlation."
"Sadly my visions haven't forseen a Riolu in the battle of birth they had, i think he may have helped them into this world." Explained Labrys. "I personally don't feel comfortable with the Riolu but hey, i was wrong about you and Guildmaster Ampharos over in Violight."
"If you have any visions of future events with these 3 please contact me with this necklace." Pleaded Wigglytuff. "Wear it and i can hear everything you say."
"You got it." Laughed Labrys. "Oh hey. what did the Tentacool say to the Tentacruel?"
"I swear Labrys is know the time." Asked Wigglytuff.
"'Man, you used to be COOL..." Laughed Labrys as she hysterically falls on the floor slowly dying over her own jokes.
"I'm going now." Said Wigglytuff as she stared intensely at Labrys.
"Bye bye... oh wait, one more thing... you need to COOL off." Laughed Labrys literally digging herself a grave with how much she's squirming on the ground laughing.
*Back at Luka's house*
"Man, i can't believe we actually became an exploration team just like that." Laughed Shayna. "If only Vagus were here to see this." Shayna started looking upset and tried to hide it.
"Hey what's wrong?" Asked Fire.
"I-It's just i miss Vagus, mere hours after confessing he dies an-and it's just unfair." Cried Shayna.
"Hey, stop crying, remember what i said? A promise is a promise and i promise we'll find him and get him back." Pleaded Fire. And just saying this there was a knock at the door. Luka walked over to the door and opened it.
"Hello new explorors, your first day of duty is now and you must do as i say to stay in the guild." Explained Chatot. "Firstly you must go and take an assignment from the bulletin in the guild. The left bulletin has missions involving lost people and item request, the right is outlaws. Have fun and remember, 'Smiles Go For Miles.'"
"Ok, gals." Said Luka. "You ready to go kick some ass."
"YEAH LET'S FUCK EM UP." Shouted Shayna.
"Hey, hey." Whispered Luka to Shayna. "Don't say that when Fire's around, she looks young."
"Oh yeah." Giggled Shayna. Shayna and co walked to the guild whcih took them an hour to get there.
"Are we almost there?" Asked Fire.
"Nearly, it should be just over this hill from what i remember." Said Luka.
"There it is, the first time we can go into the guild and not be brutally yelled at." Said Shayna as she takes her first steps into the guild.
"We should probs go check out the bulletin." Said Fire. :We should probably go find an easy job first then work our way up."
"Screw that let's go take on some bad guys." Yelled Shayna with fury in her voice.
"Uh, Shayna." Said Luka. "We should probably do what Fire says, take it nice and slow first and then do the big task."
"FINE, you guys are such killjoys." Moaned Shayna.
"What about this one?" Said Fire pointing at a task. "It says Marill lost her little sister Azumarill in a cave, seems easy to help."
"Yeah sounds like a good idea." Agreed Luka,
"Well then what are we waiting for?" Asked Fire. "Let's GO!"

Chapter 4:
The First Mission

"Where does the mission say for us to go?" Asked Shayna.
"It says the Drenched Bluff, it's 3 KM to the East." Said Luka pointing to the map. "I hope Azumarill is safe." Luka,Shayna and Fire began walking to the Drenched Bluff.
"H-HEY, are you the Explorers that accepted my request to help find my sister?" Asked Marill. "Sh- I really hope she's sa-safe."
"Hey don't cry, Shayna, Fire can you comfort Marill, i'll make sure the entrance is safe." Asked Luka.
"Yeah, sure." Said Fire. Luka walked into the entrance of the Drenched Bluff whilst Shayna and Fire tried to calm down Marill.
"YO LUKA, WASSUP." Shouted a voice from the Drenched Bluff.
"SHHHHHHHH, t--- d--t  -k-ow i'm ----------." Whispered Luka to someone.
"Let's go Fire." Said Shayna to Fire. "LUKA, WHO WAS THAT." Shayna said shouting into the cave.
"It's safe you can come in." Shouted Luka who was just past the entrance. Shayna and Fire stared at each other unconvinced for a second and then shrugged and decided to walk in.
"There's so much water, and it's so dark." Said Fire avoiding every puddle seen.
"Just casue your a fire type doesn't mean you'll die by touching water, it may hurt but it's not bad, i know." Said Shayna trailing off into thought. "We-Um what happened with you and Angel anyway during y'now." Shayna said whispering to Fire so Luka couldn't hear.
"She wanted me to kill, i just can't. She called me worthless." Cried Fire.
"Hey, Fire you ok?" Asked Luka looking confused over at Fire.
"Y-Yeah, just lost in thought." Mumbled Fire.
"Where do you think Azumarill is anyway?" Asked Shayna.
"If i were lost in a cave at a young age i probably would have kept exploring, so they're almost certainly on the last floor." Explained Luka.

*30 minutes of searching later*

"ARE WE THERE YET?" Groaned Shayna becoming impatient.
"Calm your farm, the end is literally right there." Laughed Luka pointing to a room. The 3 walked into the large open room and saw Azurill crying in the middle.
"Azurill!" Shouted Fire. "Are you ok." After saying this Azurill whistled and a large group of pokemon emerged from the nearby rocks.
"YOU, YOU'RE THE GUY WHO TRIED TO STEAL MY SCARF!" Shouted Shayna pointing to the crooks.
"Can you stop calling me names, my names Ghaslty for gods sake." Shouted Ghastly looking pissed off. "Ay Luka, get over here and help me for a sec."
"Wa-wait what?" Questioned Shayna who was watching Luka walk over to Ghastly. "Are you actually fucking kidding me?" Luka stood next to Ghastly and winked at Fire.
"Psst, Shayna, i think Luka's pretending." Whispered Fire to Shayna.
"Oh, yeah i see it, gotcha." Whispered Shayna back to Fire.
"This plan was brilliant, i get a friendly family to help me, then swoop in to get the riches." Laughed Ghastly maniacally. Ghastly began monolouging for about 3 minutes and everybody was yawning.
"NOW." Shouted Luka as he used Ice Punch on Ghastly killing him instantly.
"Take this!" Said Shayna using Flamethrower on one of the other pokemon. Then suddenly from out of nowhere a Honedge hidden in the shadows sneaks up on Fire.
"FIRE LOOK OUT." Shouted Shayna to Fire.
"ARGH." Shouted Fire as she was impaled by Honedge's Sacred Sword attack.
"NOOO!" Shouted Shayna as she charges up a powerful move. "DON'T EVER TOUCH MY FRIEND'S EVER AGAIN." Shouts Shayna as she uses Fire Blast. Killing Honedge.
"ARGH, Please, no i w-w-wanna se-see." Cried Fire as she was slowly bleeding out.
"Luka, where's the exploration bdge, we have to get out fast." Cried Shayna.
"P-please, te-tell Vagus when you g-get to hi- ARGH." Screamed Fire. "Remind him i was always he-here." Fire then went unconscious.
"LUKA HURRY." Shouted Shayna as Luka teleported them out of the Drenched Bluff with the Exploration Badge. Luka and Shayna picked up Fire and ran as fast as they could back to the guild.
"Re-remember when we got your scarf back... a-and how we got in the gu-guild an-." Cried Fire before going unconscious again.
"NO NO NO... LUKA CAN WE RUN FASTER?" Cried Shayna.
"I'm trying." Grunted Luka picking up speed. Luka and Shayna got Fire back to the guild.
"CHANSEY, CHANSEY IT'S URGENT." Shouted Luka. Within seconds a Chansey ran around the corner and pciked up Fire.
"Guildmaster Nurses we have a code 3 requesting imediant attention!" Shouted Chansey into her Walkie-talkie and before you knew it many more Chanseys could be seen running around the place.
"Please wait a second outside." Said another Chansey. "You can see her when we are finished... if she makes it."
"Please god help us now." Cried Shayna before blacking out under stress.

Chapter 5
A Lost Friend?

"W-What happened?" Asked Shayna waking up from being unconscious.
"You passed out after panicking too much." Explained Luka sitting on the chair next to her. "The Chansey say they're trying their best to help Fire."
"Oh shit, yeah." Said Shayna remembering about Fire. "Is she ok?"
"She was stabbed and lost a lot of blood, and she is quite young." Explained Luka. "The Chansey say it's hard but doable."

*2 hours later*

"UNO." Laughed Shayna. Luka grins and places down a special card.
"I change the colour to red, you pick up 4 and UNO." Grinned Luka.
"You are the rudest person i have ever met." Said Shayna annoyed with the result.
"I WIN." Laughed Luka. "That make's me UNO champion."
"Luka, Shayna?" Asked a Chansey. "You may see Fire now." Luka and Shayna stared each other as if frightened of what the result could be. "Fire is in room 37." Explained Chansey."
"F-Fire?" Asked Shayna and Luka entering the door at the same time.
"H-hey guys." Grinned Fire who was laying on a bed with wires hooked up to her everwhere. The heartbeat monitor on the left of her showing an extremely low BPM of 45.
"Excuse me Mr. Luka?" Asked a nearby Chansey. "May i see you in private quickly?"
"Sure." Responded Luka before walking out of the room with Chansey.
"So how did the operation go?" Asked Shayna.
"I thought Va... i mean Angel hurt me a lot but this." Mumbled Fire realising that she shouldn't bring Vagus up.
"I understand what Vagus did." Groaned Shayna. "Underneath that protective attitude was a real person, one with feelings and heart."
"Ok...." Said Luka walking back into the room. "Shayna can you come here?"
"Sure." Responded Shayna. Luka and Shayna walked into the corridor.
"Chansey just told me she won't live more than half an hour longer." Said Luka with a lump in his throat.
"So what do we do? Tell her she'll die soon?" Asked Shayna.
"No, she already knows." Mumbled Luka. "She said we should probably say our final words. Ok, let's gp back in."
"F-Fire." Cried Shayna. "I guess i'll never see you again. Thank you for... everything. Helping me with those crooks and even doing the unthinkable to get me through."
"I didn't know you for very long but let me say this, it was nice to stay with you for this short time." Cried Luka.
"Stop sounding so sad... you're gonna make me cry." Said Fire. "Hey Shayna. Remember what is said, a promise is a promise, we'll find him."
"And a promise is a promise, he can and will be found." Cried Shayna. The BPM meter started doing a loud continuous beep sound and with a quick glance from Shayna and Luka its said 0.
"Goodbye, new and old friend." Cried Luka.
"No, no please." Cried Shayna. "This happened once, why must it happen again."
"C'mon Shayna, we can't stay forever." Spoke Luka with a sad tone in his voice.
"You're right." Moaned Shayna. "Goodbye Fire." Shayna and Luka had left the building with tears in their eyes.
"Shayna just a question." Asked Luka. "What was this promise?"
"Well you see..." Started Shayna.
"No don't give me lies, i know you've been giving excuses." Snapped Luka still shed with tears. "JUST SAY THE TRUTH."
"Ok." Said Shayna taking a deep breath. "It all started when..."

Chapter 6:
Secrets

"I was Born in this world where there was this challenge thing, if you came last you weren't truly born, if you came 1st you were granted access to the real world and 2nd sometimes got real world privledge." Explained Shayna.
"So, wait who's this Vagus and this promise?" Asked Luka.
"I'll get to that." Said Shayna. "So i was put into the arena and mid-way through i heard yelling. It was Vagus holding Fire choking her and Vagus was going on about how he loved me and that this win was for me. I didn't know Vagus had feelings for me but i had feelings for him long before."
"So, you loved him?" Asked Luka. "And you just discovered that he loved you aswell?"
"Yeah." Said Shayna with a sad tone. "Anyway a little while later we got cornered by some goons and Vagus was injured so i decided to make a distraction so he could escape. After i ran as far as i could he came back after he heard me yelling after i was injured and left to die."
"What a hero." Said Luka trying to cheer up Shayna who looked like they were about to burst in tears.
"He came to me after both my legs were broken, held me in his arms and that's the last bit of life i felt, before THEY killed him." Cried Shayna who had burst into tears. "Fire and her partner, who betrayed her came to fight the 3 people who killed Vagus and after Fire's partner killed 2 of them she died and then Fire killed the last one."
"Wow, what a moment." Said Luka who had shed a tear.
"After that Fire killed herself to ensure i got 1st and saw the real world." Cried Shayna. "And when we saw each other just before getting on the beach in Limbo she made a promise. 'Don't worry Shayna, we'll bring him back, we'll get Vagus back, i promise.' and now she broke it as 'we'll' never find him but i'll find him."
"No, it's still we'll." Said Luka patting Shayna on the back. "I'm still here and we'll still find him, i promise."
"R-Really?" Asked Shayna wiping the rest of her tears.
"Yes, I promise." Repeated Luka.

*An hour later back at Luka's house*

"Maybe we should ask Guildmaster Wigglytuff about these events." Asked Luka.
"No, they'll think im crazy and stuff." Moaned Shayna.
"True, actually there is one thing i can think of to bring Vagus back." Explained Luka.
"REALLY, PLEASE WXPLAIN QUICKLY." Giggled Shayna.
"Sometimes there are missions on the bulletin that reward Max Revive's, a legendary item spoken of the trainer days that could revive pokemon to the fullest health." Explained Luka.
"Please tell me if you see soemthing like this on the bulletin, it may be our only shot." Said Shayna calming down slowly from everything that happened to her today.
"If i see anything of interest i will give you notice." Explained Luka. "Also if we are to do these high reward missions we have to train up,"
"Cool, when can we start?" Asked Shayna getting giddy.
"Whenever you want, we can start now, tommorow or next week if you want." Said Luka,
"Let's start now!" Shouted Shayna in anticipation.

Chapter 7:
Living in Peace

Life continued as normal for Shayna and Luka, they both did small quest to get rewards like get someones item or escort someone and both of which watched eachothers backs in case the worst happened.
"Where are we going today?" Asked Shayna. Both of their lives were going well in Nixtorm and the payout was good for them to live.
"We'll be heading to the mountains today, hope you have a coat because it will be snowy and cold." Explained Luka. "An Eevee got trapped in a cave trying to find something."
"Sounds COOL, let's go there and go help this lost Eevee." Laughed Shayna remarking her pun. Shayna continued to be the one who made everyone laugh.
"Y'now i really hate you." Laughed Luka towards Shaynas pun. And Luka being the one that made everyone smile.
"Ok, whatever, i'll go grab the berries." Laughed Shayna still thinking of her pun. The riches also made it safer for the pair as berries meant less damage to them.
"I hope this Eevee isn't hurt and hopefully just a little lost." Wondered Luka talking about the quest.
"They will be fine, i brought extra berries in case they're hurt." Explained Shayna.
"Let's head off then." Laughed Luka pointing to the mountain which was a far ways away.

*2 hours of walking*

"Are we there yet?" Moaned Shayna who was rubbing her eyes.
"Nearly, remember we don't have to walk back thanks to our badges." Said Luka.
"Where did this Eevee say they were again?" Asked Shayna looking at the mission sheet. "Apparently they're at the Side Cave to the East from here."
"Yeah, i remember where we are, it should be a few hundred metres at most." Said Luka thinking of the mission details. Shayna and Luka got to the East Cave and saw that the entrance was caved in.
"Don't worry, it's rocks made of ice and snow, should be easy." Exclaimed Shayna as she lauched a Flamethrower at it. The snow covered rock melted almost immediately.
"Thank you!" Yelled a voice from the inside. "I'm Eevee and i have some questions."
"Wait, wait slow down." Said Shayna looking really confused =. "Are you the Eevee we were meant to rescue?"
"Yes, i thought you would get here a little later so as a gift for helping me so quickly have this." Exclamed Eevee holding something else.
"A-A Fire Stone?" Said Shayna looking at it in confusion.
"I don't wanna be a Flareon, i actually came here for this." Said Eevee looking at a rock a few metres outside the entrance. "I was about to do what i was gonna do but i saw something shiny and got sidetracked."
"What's so special?" Asked Luka looking at the snow covered rock.
"Oh that?" Asked Eevee giggling with excitement. "I'll show you but first, can i join your exploration team? My Dad was an exploror before he passed away and i always wanted to be one."
"Welllllll, i dunno." Began Luka. "It's just we don't REALLY need a third member."
"Pleeeeeeease?" Begged Eevee who was getting teary. Shayna turned and noded at Luka.
"Well, ok." Groaned Luka.
"YAAAAAAY." Exclaimed Eevee who was prancing about. "I'll show you something cool."
"Like what?" Asked Shayna curious.
"THIS." Shouted the Eevee who touched the rock and began to glow. The air became bright with colour similar to pink and cream and Eevee began to slowly turn into something.
"Oh wait, it's the mythical Ice Rock." Exclaimed Luka looking at the rock and back at the Eevee. The bright colour slowly left the air and a silhouette bega nto emerge through the smoke that was created.
"YAY, I'M FINALLY A GLACEON!" Shouted the Glaceon with joy. "And by the way my name is Sapphire."
"I'm Luka." Greeted Luka giving Sapphire a paw shake.
"I'm Shayna." Greeted Shayna also giving a claw shake.
"Yay, i'm finally apart of a team!" Gleamed Sapphire.
"We should probably get out of here, it's almost night." Explained Luka looking at the sunset. "Sapphire, get over here so you can come as well." And with that the three dissapeared back to Luka's house.

Chapter 8:
Forsaken 3

"Today has been really busy." Moaned Wigglytuff in her seat. "Hopefully i can finally relax and sleep... wait huh, what's that." Wigglytuff grabbed her necklace and saw it glowing. "Labrys!"
"C'mon pickup already." Yawned Labrys who was looking at the necklace with anticipatiion.
"H-hello, is this thing on?" Asked Wigglytuff with confusion.
"Finally, it took a while for you to answer." Groaned Labrys. "Anyway, i found something out, the group that lost the Torchic found a new member in a Glaceon named Sapphire."
"Yeah, so?" Asked Wigglytuff with confusion.
"Read Chapter 78 Verse 7 of the Historical Fact's and Discoveries book." Yawned Labrys clearly tired.
"Uh, lets see here, uh here it is." Said Wigglytuff finding the book. "In the year 20XX, 3 unknown heroes will lose and gain to ensure peace to the world, only one thing is known about these heroes and that is that they will and must not fail, if so, disaster shall spread the land." Wigglytuff had read out the line. "You think these 3 are the heroes?"
"Positive." Shouted Labrys with excitement. "These 3 fit the description well, lost some friends, gained a new one and... hang on a sec, WHO THE HELL ARE YOU AND HOW DID YOU GET HERE." Labrys was shouting at someone.
"We are the Mountain Gang and we were sent here with one goal, eliminate you!" Said a member of the gang in a harsh tone.
"Labrys!  Labrys what's happening?" Asked Wigglytuff over the call.
"WIGGLYTUFF, SEND HELP, THESE GUYS AREN'T PUSHOVERS!" Exclaimed Labrys.
"L-LABRYS!" Shouted Wigglytuff in the necklace but the call had dropped. "Shit, ok, calm down, find someone to help. Team Power Raiders, i need help it's urgent."

*An hour later at Labrys' home*

"Tyranitar search the area, Houndoom find Labrys, Aggron, keep an eye out for anything suspicious that may come." Explained Wigglytuff to team Power Raiders.
"Yo, Wigglytuff, you there." Coughed Labrys over the necklace. "Look in the cave at a wall with a Ruby and Emerald, the Ruby has a switch in it, please hurry."
"Ok, just hold on." Begged Wigglytuff. Wigglytuff ran through the cave searching for the wall with an Emerald and Ruby. "Ah, here it is." *Click* and the wall opened up.
"Yo, a little help?" Asked Labrys who was coughing in a pool of blood on the floor.
"LABRYS!" Shouted Wigglytuff who had ran over to Labrys. "TYRANITAR, GRAB THE CITRUS BERRIES!"
"Yes Guildmaster Wigglytuff." Boomed Tyrnitar who came stomping in with a basket in hand.
"What happened?" Asked Wigglytuff feeding Labrys some Citrus Berries.
"A group came, names the Mountain Gang and they were sent by someone." Coughed Labrys recovering from her injury.
"How were you injured?" Asked Wigglytuff.
"A couple of Houndoom bit into me and left me to die." Moaned Labrys now able to walk. "I hid in here when their boss asked them to go outside for a pep-talk of sorts."
"Did any other pokemon show up." Asked Wigglytuff dressing Labrys' wound.
"Not that i could see, i heard more but didn't see more." Explained Labrys cringing from the pain of the dressing. "Can you be a little more gentle with that."
"Oh no." Mumbled Wigglytuff. "TYRANITAR, DID YOU BRING ANY PECHA BERRIES?"
"No, why?" Asked Tyranitar
"Oh shit one of them used Poison Fang." Panicked Wigglytuff.
"Relax dude." Laughed Labrys. "I have some Pecha's right here, this is a secret hiding bunker after all, just couldn't crawl to the berries in the first place."
"Oh, ok." Laughed Wigglytuff glad at the result. "Nevermind Tyranitar, she's good."
"Sweet." Roared Tyranitar at the front of the cave.
"Come, we'll take you to the guild, it isn't safe here." Explained Wigglytuff.
"Ok, just one thing, DON'T TELL ANYONE MY NAME!" Explained Labrys being very specific. "My cover may be blown."
"Gotcha." Laughed Wigglytuff.

*Elsewhere*

"Talk, or we'll do a 5,000 Volt Shock." Shouted a voice.
"N-never." Groaned another voice. "ARGHHHHHHHHHH."
"That was 5,500 Volts." Shouted the voice. "Tell us of them."
"Never." Grinned someone in the darkness.
"Raichu, do it." Said the voice again.
"FU-ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH." Panted the victim.
"That was 6,500 Volts of pure Electricity... TALK" Shouted the voice again.
"N-NEVER." Shouted the victim again. "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-ARRRGH, *pant*." The Electrcity emited from the victim. "Fuck me." Whispered the victim to themselves.
"I'M SORRY, SPEAK UP." Shouted the voice again. "Raichu, 7,000 volts."
"ARGHHHHHHH!" Shouted the victim.

Chapter 9:
The Dream

"ARGHHHHHH" Screamed the victim again.
"This can all be over, just tell us where they are." Said the Interogator with a savage tone in their voice.
"A-and why should i?" Asked the victim panting heavily from all the shocks.
"Because if you do, we'll let you see them again." Laughed the Interogator bringing out a sphere with a vision in it. "If i could i would zoom it out to find out exactly where they are but it's too far out of my reach."
"I-i-No, i can't let you know where they are, even to see them again" Cried the victim in pain and sadness.
"Raichu, do it." Snickered the Interagator.
"ARGHHHHH." Screamed the victim.
"Wa-what where am i?" Asked Shayna waking up in Lukas home. "Oh, oh thank god it was a dream."
"You ok Shayna?" Asked Sapphire who was sitting across the guest room. "You randomly started panicking and it freaked me out."
"Oh, it was just a bad dream." Panted Shayna still recovering from the panicked frenzy.
"What was it about?" Questioned Sapphire looking concerned.
"It was weird, it was too dark to see but all i could see was a pokemon strapped to a chair and wires to what i assumed was a Raichu." Said Shayna. "And there was a sort of interogation. They were trying to find out where someone was. It was too bright the sphere to see who they were trying to find."
"Hey calm down, you're hyperventilating." Said Sapphire trying to calm down Shayna.
"Hey, what's the comotion about?" Asked Luka entering the room with abag of berries. "I just came back from the market and heard you two panicking or something."
"Shayna had a bad dream." Explained Sapphire looking at Shayna.
"Can we not talk about it?" Asked Shayna to Luka.
"If you don't wanna talk about it that's fine, it's just i brought back some good news." Smiled Luka staring at Shayna. "We have a BIG mission and the reward is apparently a Max Revive."
"N-no, no way, don't trick me please i'm not in the mood." Cried Shayna.
"I'm not joking, look!" Said Luka holding out a piece of paper.
"This expedition requires an exploration team to travel to far off land to explore the Mystifying Jungle, at the end is the Time Gear which is said to be just slightly misplaced ruining time in the area, an exploration team is asked to fix the Time Gear. It is also said that near the Time Gear is a Max Revive that magically appeared there as a reward." Explained Shayna reading out the paper.
"This is your chance to get Vagus back laughes Sapphire who was told a few days ago of Vagus.
"Quiet an oppurtunity to say the least." Laughed Luka.
"How long until we go?" Asked Shayna.
"Whenever we want." Said Luka.
"We go in 3 days, for physical and emotional preperations." Said Shayna.
"Right on ya." Laughed Sapphire.
"I'll go inform the Wigglytuff guild of us acepting the quest immediately." Grinned Luka.
"Great, we'll do basic house stuff and wait for your arrival." Said Shayna. "Wait, what time is it?"
"It's 3:00 in the afternoon and you woke up an hour ago, you overslept a lot." Laughed Sapphire.
"Well, lets start the day." Said Shayna inspirationally.

*3 Hours Later*

"I'm back." Yelled Luka entering the house.
"SHHHHHHH." Hushed Shayna. "Sapphire passed out from walking and i had to drag her to bed."
"Ok, can i sit next to you and watch TV?" Asked Luka pacing around.
"Yeah sure." Laughed Shayna. Luka sat next to Shayna and started watching TV. They watched the comedy show for hours.
"YAAAAAAWN." Yawned Shayna who fell asleep and started leaning on Luka.
"Oh, Shayna, what will you be like when he's back?" Wondered Luka to himself as he slowly started petting Shayna's neck. "All i know is that you will be happy, and that's what i hope for you."

*The Next Morning*

Shayna had woken up to Luka leaning and herself leaning on each other.
"Oh Luka." Smiled Shayna. As she began to lean heavier into Luka's side.
"HEY GUY'S GUESS WHAT?" Shouted Sapphire entering the room.
"Huh, what." Groaned Luka waking up from a deep sleep.
"I WON A SCRATCH TICKET AND GOT 500 POKE!" Shouted Sapphire laughing and jumping around the house.
"Hey, that's ppretty good, now we can buy those Status Scarfs." Said Luka waking up. "We should probably start the day now."
"Right on ya." Said Shayna mocking Sapphires tone. "Nah, i'm just jokign with you, let's begin some training."

Chapter 10:
Interogations

"Yo, Wigglytuff, you there?" Asked Labrys talking into her necklace. "I got some pretty big news you might be interested in."
"What did you find out?" Asked Wigglytuff speaking into the necklace.
"Come to my place, we need privacy incase Chatot walks in on this conversation." Explained Labrys.
"Ok, i'll be over in a bit." Replied Wigglytuff.

*Other side of town*

"How many berries did you buy Sapphire?" Asked Shayna looking at the basket that was nearly overflowing.
"Umm, i think i may have bought... enough?" Replied Sapphire giggling a little.
"*sigh* never mind, it's better to over-prepare rether then under-prepare." Laughed Shayna.
"What are you two laughing about?" Asked Luka who had just entered the room.
"Oh, nothing." Laughed Shayna pointing to the basket.
"Well, that's something, i guess." Laughed Luka.

*Back at Labrys'*

"YAWN." Yawned Labrys. "Why do you Wigglytuffs have such slow speed?"
"Because we substitute speed for health." Explained Wigglytuff.
"Bruh, it's a joke, i don't need to go to school or anything." Laughed Labrys. "But anyway, about this news."
"Yes, what did you find out?" Questioned Wigglytuff.
"Well if you come into this room." Said Labrys. "You may realise i may have interogated this poor Mightyena from the Mountain Gang."
"Kill yourself." Spat the Mightyena.
"Isn't he cute?" Laughed Labrys. "Anyway, he said some shit about world domination blah blah blah."
"And?" Questioned Wigglytuff. "Isn't that everyones motive?"
"Then he mentioned project XD001 and it's failure." Explained Labrys.
"I swear to got you mis heard me, that's just a myth." Spat Mightyena.
"Hush child." Laughed Labrys. "We think this may be linked to the time gears malfunction and the sudden spike of bad pokemon."
"The legends do say of a powerhungry group, Cypher wanting to make every pokemon Shadow types but those were the human days, that was over 500 years ago." Explained Wigglytuff.
"Then we may have a problem." Said Labrys.
"You can't beat them, they're too strong." Lauged the Mightyena.
"Where did i put the toxic barb anyway?" Asked Labrys. "Ah, here we are."
"N-no, you wouldn't stoop this low." Cried Mightyena.
"And what makes you think i won't?" Laughed Labrys. "I'll ask you one more time, where is Project XD001 happening?"
"North, past the Mystifying Jungle." Cried Mightyena bracing themselves for the barb.
"Well that wasn't so hard now was it?" Said Labrys. "But sadly for you, i was gonna do it anyway." Labrys stabbed Mightyena in the leg with the barb.
"ARGH." Shouted Mightyena. "W-why not the head or heart? I would have less suffering."
"That's the fun bit." Laughed Labrys.
"Jesus Labrys, was that necasery?" Asked Wigglytuff who was staring at the Mightyena.
"Yeah, definetly." Smiled Labrys.

*Elsewhere*

"NOW I SWEAR TO FUCKING GOD, TELL ME WHERE THEY ARE!" Shouted the interagator.
"Thankfully, i had an electrical friend who was good with teaching me at dealing with electriciy." Smirked the victim.
"Charmander, come here." Shouted the interagator.
"One sec." Said Charmander.
"W-well, y-you see i have experience with burns as well." Laughed the victim. "This won't work."
"Was that a stutter?" Asked the interagator who had a large grin.
"Ok, i'm here, who do i have to bu-." Began Charmander before looking at the victim.
"W-wait, is that actually you?" Asked the victim.
"It has been some time." Laughed Charmander.

Chapter 11
The Journey

"Ok Wigglytuff, we'll be heading off to the Mystifying Forest to hopefully fix the time gears." Explained Shayna.
"Well ok, but please be careful of... 'Shady' Pokemon, i've encountered some recently." Said Wigglytuff.
"We'll keep and eye out." Said Luka. Luka, Sapphire and Shayna had walked out of the Guild in high spirits ready for the adventure and hope that awaited them.
"Welp Shayna, today is the day." Gleefully said Sapphire. "You can finally see him."
"Yeah... i mean, i guess thats pretty cool." Groaned Luka.
"What's wrong Luka?" Asked Shayna.
"Oh, um, just a stomach ache is all, i'll be fine." Laughed Luka.
"Tell us if you need helped." Giggled Sapphire.
"What are you so cheerful about anyway?" Asked Luka.
"Oh, just that the berries i bought recently had a 30% discount and i saved like 200 Poke." Laughed Sapphire.
"W-how many berries did you buy?" Asked Shayna and Luka at the same time.
"Wellllll, i may have bought a large backpack as well and filled it to the top." Giggled Sapphire.
"Jesus Sapphire, i think you went overboard." Laughed Luka.
"Nope, not far enough." Replied Sapphire.

*Elsewhere*

"W-wait, you know this guy?" Asked the interagator.
"Yeah, i've known him for ages, last time we met it didn't end up... well. Yeah." Laughed the Charmander.
"Bravo to your smarts tho." Laughed the victim. "Haven't seen that in years."
"So, do you want us to keep interogating this person?" Asked the interagator.
"Yes, yes please." Maniacally laughed Charmander.
"Heh, still like your old self aren't you Charmander?" Said the victim.
"Oh i feel more alive ever since." Said Charmander. "And when project XD001 is done, i'll make sure you're the first to suffer it."
"Classic Charmander." Laughed the victim.

*Meanwhile with Luka, Shayna and Sapphire*

"Ahhh, the air is so fresh on this trail." Smiled Shayna.
"It's Eirinikós Road after all." Laughed Luka.
"Is that English?" Asked Shayna.
"No, it's Greek or something." Replied Luka.
"I think i can nearly see the Forest from here guys." Said Sapphire pointing at a large amount of trees.
"Well would you look at that." Said Luka. "That was quicker then i thought."
"I guess know i can truly find him." Said Shayna almost crying in the process.
"One step at a time we're closer." Said Luka. "And there you go, we're at the entrance."
"W-wait what?" Asked Sapphire doing a double take and turning around.
"I know, time is weird, and it will get more weird the further in th Forest we are." Explained Luka.
"Well what are we waiting for?" Asked Sapphire. "Let's go already!"
"Wait Sapphire." Said Luka halting Sapphire. "We have to double-check everything and make sure we are ACTUALLY ready."
"But i don't wanna wait, it's boring out here." Groaned Sapphire.
"Just wait like one more sec." Repeated Luka.
"Come on Luka, even i can't wait." Groaned Shayna.
"Ok, we're all good." Said Luka.
"YAY, LET'S GO." Shouted Sapphire in enthusiasim.

Chapter 12:
Mystifying Forest

"So, where is the time piece at anyway?" Asked Shayna staring in amazement at the trees.
"It's deep in the forest where Historical Pokemon were to try and seal them off from others." Explained Luka. "The spell however didn't last as long as expected."
"And so other Pokemon started messing around with them?" Asked Sapphire.
"Precisely!" Replied Luka.
"How long do you reckon we'll have to walk for?" Asked Shayna.
"Maybe... 2 hours at worst." Explained Luka.
"2 HOURS!?" Groaned Sapphire and Shayna in synq.
"Hey, at least yo--." Began Luka before trailing off.
"At least we what?" Asked Shayna and Sapphire.
"Nevermind." Said Luka. The three began walking for what seemed like hours, Shayna and Sapphire constantly groaning about how long they were walking and Luka patiently walking trying to ignore Shayna and Sapphire.

*Elsewhere*

"Master, you may want to see this." Said an unknown voice.
"Yes Medichan, what have you found?" Asked the interagator walking into a different room.
"They have drawn close enough, i can sense them... in the Mytifying Forest." Explained Medichan.
"Hmm, i see, we shall comense Operation V!" Shouted the interagator.
"*panting* You did all this, what's the motive out of curiousity." Asked the victim still coughing and panting after days of torture.
"Oh, we just needed to see these particular people to commence XD001." Explained the interagator.
"What IS XD001?" Asked the victim.
"Your worst nightmare!" Said the interagator. "Skiploom, sleep powder him."
"Yes, master." Said Skiploom before putting the victim to sleep.
"You won't get.. away...... with.........zzzzzzzzzz." Said the victim dozing off to the sleep powder.

*Back in Mystifying Forest*

"Are we there yet?" Yawned Sapphire.
"Nearly, i can sense it's power." Explained Luka.
"How?" Asked Shayna.
"Aura, only Riolu, Lucario and some myths said humans can have it." Explained luka.
"Oh shit guys, i just realised i dropped my bag a ways, way." Said Sapphire. "I'll be right back, just wait a sec." With that she ran off into the trees.
"Hey, Shayna, i've been meaning to tell you something." Said Luka.
"What's that?" Asked Shayna.
"Vagus was apparently with you all the way, he even gave his life to make sure you were safe." Said Luka who was beggining to shed tears.
"Yeah, i know." Moped Shayna.
"I just wanted to let you know that, if i were in a life or death situation with you, i would of came for you." Said Luka blushing a little.
"Awww, how sweet." Said Shaya also bluffing.
"I guess what i'm really trying to say is... I love you." Cried Luka.
"Awwww, that's cute." Said Shayna hugging Luka. Luka began to blush like crazy and even have a faint smile.
"HEY GUYS I'M BACK." Shouted Sapphire who just bursted through the treeline as Luka and Shayna stopped cuddling.
"I have a feeling we're close." Said Luka. "I can sense it's power, it's so vivid."
"Hey, is this it?" Asked Sapphire pointing to a smll dint in the ground shaped like a gear.
"Yes, that's it." Laughed Luka. "There's the Max Revive as well... wait." Luka began to flich as he remembered what the mission was for.
"Well, well, well." Said a voice. "Quite an act of friendship."
"W-who's there?" Asked Luka frantically searching the area.
"I'm above you, please don't shoot the messanger." Said the voice.
"Who are you?" Asked Luka.
"I am on a holographic TV, i will reveal myself in a sec." Said the voice. "(C'mon Skype why do your videos take so long to load.) Ah, here we go."
"A Victini?" Questioned Luka.
"I know i'm not common but i think you should know that i have someone dear to you." Laughed Victini turning the camera around."
"Hey, Shayna, it's me *cough* Vagus." Laughed Vagus as he began spitting blood. "It's been a while huh?"
"V-V-VAGUS?" Questioned Shayna.
"Labrys may have been the one coordinating the arena fights, but i started them." Laughe Victini. "I needed test subjects this year and this was going to be the last year, so i thought. 'All bottom people get sent here, and top 2 go to the real world, sounds great'."
"Why do you have Vagus?" Questioned Shayna. "What are you doing to him."
"Well he knew where you are just before getting here so we tried to get him to talk, that didn't work out well so we... overdid it." Laughed Victini with no remorse."
"You monsters!" Shouted Shayna.
"You know that Max Revive you have?" Said Victini. "I'm giving you a choice, save Vagus, or save HER." Victini points the camera at a cage.
"H-help Shayna." Cried Fire.
"All the dead go here in case you're wondering, i can just go in and out of this world whenever." Laughed Victini.
"Hey Shayna, i saw what you did with Luka, stay with him ,he's a nice Riolu and he's better than me." Said Vagus almost bursting into tears.
"N-no, i lost you once i can't lose you again." Cried Shayna.
"It's either him, or me." Said Vagus.
"Why not both." Asked Shayna.
"One of us will be sad, and miserable after being dumbed, don't do it to him." Said Vagus. "Promise me something, you'll choose Fire."
"O-OK, EVERYONE, PLEASE BE QUIET." Snapped Shayna. "I-I Choose..."

Chapter 13:

Goodbye

"Hang on just a second, Shayna was it?" Smirked Victini. "How about i make a new offer?"
"O-ok." Said Shayna trembling at the thought.
"I can bring back either Fire AND Vagus..." Said Victini slowling making the biggest grin. "But if you bring them back, i'll kill your two little friends. Sapphire and Luka." Shayna flinched and nearly passed out.
"How can you kill them, they are ready for anything." Said Shayna with a confident look nodding at Luka and Sapphire.
"Like THIS." Laughed Victini before giant purple orbs engulfed Sapphire and Luka.
"N-no, stop this please." Cried Shayna.
"They will die in five minutes, i suggest you act quickly." Laughed Victini.
"Hey, Shayna." Said Vagus still bruised, cut and coughing. "Save them, we'll be alright, she never said she'll kill us. I think she'll use us more."
"B-but you'll keep suffering, you look like you've been through enough." Cried Shayna.
"My worst experiencing was hearing you scream in the arena." Said Vagus. "This is nothing compared to that, and seeing people you've been with for months die, seeing your friends die. That would be the new worst thing to happen to me."
"V-Vagus?" Said Shayna shocked at Vagus' well spoken words.
"Please, do this for me." Said Vagus.
"N-NO, i can't let you suffer more." Cried Shayna. "The arena was bad enough but beign tortured?"
"Hey, please stop crying." Said Vagus.
"WHY SHOULD I STOP?" Asked Shayna. "I SUFFERED SO MUCH WHEN ANGEL DID THAT. AND YOU'RE ASKING ME TO STOP CRYING WHEN IT MAY HAPPEN AGAIN?"
"Yes, i know it's hard but what you're feeling, i'm suffering more." Said Vagus.
"P-please stop." Cried Shayna.
"There was once a family of four." Began Vagus.
"No, you told me this before, way before any of this happened." Cried Shayna.
"There was conflict between the four." Continued Vagus.
"Please... Please don't tell me this story again." Cried Shayna.
"However, as time went on, one of the family members had loved someone else." Continued Vagus.
"No, no, no." Cried Shayna.
"However their family didn't condome their love." Continued Vagus.
"Why are you telling me this?" Asked Shayna.
"So the two confessed their feelings in private, and they planned to run away." Continued Vagus.
"PLEASE STOP!" Asked Shayna bursting into emotion.
"So they ran away leaving the family a single letter explaining everything." Ended Vagus. "Me and Fire are the family, and Sapphire, especially Luka, are the loved ones."
"I-I-I." Began Shayna.
"Run away with them, forget about us, we're holding you three lovers back."
"I, understand now..." Said Shayna who went into deep thought.
"Run away, and never remember us again, for me." Said Vagus.
"Is this really what you want?" Asked Shayna. "To never see me again and for you to suffer?"
"Yes." Said Vagus. Shayna began to think heavily and after a while finally said.
"VICTINI, LET GO OF MY FRIENDS, YOU CAN HAVE VAGUS AND FIRE." Asked Shayna.
"Thank you." Whispered Vagus to himself.
"That was quiet emotional i must say, but i don't really give a shit about romance." Laughed Victini.
"I'm sorry, Vagus and Fire." Cried Shayna.
"Don't mention it." Smiled Fire who agreed with Vagus' statements.
"Well, see you later hopefully said Victini making the projection of Vagus and Fire dissapear and releasing Luka and Sapphire.
"W-what happened?" Asked Sapphire and Luka who were freed from the giant orbs.
"Let's just say, we may never see Fire or Vagus ever again." Cried Shayna.
"C'mon, let's go home and forget about this." Said Luka who burst into tears.
"I agree." Cried Sapphire who also burst into tears.
"I'm sorry Vagus, hopefully i can see you again." Whispered Shayna to herself.

Chapter 14:

The Destruction of The World?

"Yo Wigglytuff, we have a problem." Said Labrys talking through the necklace to Wigglytuff.
"Because i know i'm slow i put a secret teleporter in your house only i can use, your welcome." Smiled Wigglytuff who instantly teleported to Labrys' home.
"Wow, your speed went from slower then a Slaking to Vigiroth." Laughed Labrys.
"Just tell me what's happened." Groaned Wigglytuff rubbing her eyes.
"I found out about the time gears." Explained Labrys.
"And?" Asked Wigglytuff.
"Somebody tried to steal them to put them in Temperol Tower to restore the future which is slowly being destroyed." Explained Labrys.
"So that's why the Time Gear was slightly shifted in the Mystifying Forest." Explained Wigglytuff.
"Thankfully for this thief, they did steal the Time Gears right after Shayna and CO fixed it." Said Labrys giigling.
"That girls been through a lot, losing two of her best friends, one she lost twice." Mourned Wigglytuff. "And then Luka was abandoned at birth."
"The Glaceon, Sapphire is the only one who hasn't been through too much emotional hell." Said Labrys. "Oh, and give them these, i saw what happened to them in Mystifying Forest and this will stop Victinis spells n' shit."
"Nice." Said Wigglytuff.
"I suggest sending a team out to Temporal Tower to meet this person with the Time Gears and help them." Said Labrys.
"Sounds like a plan." Said Wigglytuff.
"I'll keep you posted on news." Said Labrys.
"Please do." Said Wigglytuff.

*Back At Luka's House*

"I just... can't save anyone." Cried Shayna.
"Hey calm down." Said Luka trying desperately to stop Shayna from sobbing anymore. "You saved Sapphire, and me."
"But i haven't saved 3 people." Cried Shayna.
"I thought you only lost two." Said Luka confused.
"I've lost Vagus, Fire and myself." Creid Shayna.
"But you haven't lost me." Said Luka. Shayna looked up at Luka and with wide eyes just stared at him.
"Where's Sapphire anyway?" Asked Shayna wiping away her tears.
"She went shopping... again." Groaned Luka.
"Thanks for trying to make me laugh, but i didn't work." Groaned Shayna.
"Y'now i never noticed how bright your eyes are." Said Luka.
"I've never looked in the miror, what colour are they?" Asked Shayna.
"They are an attractive brown." Said Luka blushing a little.
"Thay can't look THAT good." Said Shayna also blushing a little.
"They would only look good on you." Said Luka. "Small question, what colour are my eyes, i've forgotten since last time i checked."
"That are an orangey-redish colour." Said Shayna.
"Look closer, i want to know what it's true colour is." Asked Luka. Shayna moved in closer to see exactly what eye colour Luka had. Suddenly Shayna felt arms around her body and a felt warm on the inside.
"I think it looked more orange then red." Smiled Shayna before pasionately kissing him.
"Hey i'm back what did i mi--." Began Sapphire looking at the two love birds making out on the couch. "I'll be in the guest room." Shayna and Luka had stopped kissing for a second and looked deeply into each others eyes.
"I love you." Spoke Luka staring at Shayna.
"I love you too!" Laughed Shayna kissing him one more time. "I'm gonna get some sleep."
"See you later." Smiled Luka waving Shayna off into the guest room.

Chapter 15:

Love Bug

Shayna had walked into the guest room and was greeted by Sapphire.
"OOOOOOOOOO." Giggled Sapphire pointing at Shayna.
"What?" Asked Shayna.
"You loooooooove him." Smirked Sapphire.
"You got that right." Smiled Shayna.
"So how long have you had feelings for him?" Smiled Sapphire.
"When.. Fire died... We played a game of UNO and that's really how it started." Said Shayna. "When you went to get your bag in the Mystifying Forest is when he actually confessed."
"I thought i saw you two all snugled up in the woods when i came back." Laughed Sapphire.
"He just said he loved me and i gave him a hug and now after all taht happened it's evolved into something more." Said Shayna
"It's getting pretty late, we should probably go to sleep." Said Sapphire.
"Good idea, it's been a pretty.. busy day." Mumbled Shayna.

*Later that night*

"Fshvvvv." Said somebodies voice through the house.
"Huh." Said Shayna waking up from a deep sleep. Shayna got out of bed and went into the hallway.
"Vzzzzzz." Made the sound again this time coming from Luka's room.
"Luka, you ok?" Asked Shayna walking into Luka's room. Shayna saw Luka huddled into a ball shivering. "Luka!"
"S-Shayna." Mumbled Luka.
"W-What happened." Asked Shayna.
"T-the tempareture just dropped suddenly." Said Luka who was shriveling in pain. "A-and the nightmares too."
"Maybe this will help." Said Shayna hopping into the bed with him.
"Y-your so warm." Said Luka who wasn't shivering as much.
"I AM a fire type after all." Laughed Shayna. "You still cold?"
"Y-yeah, a little." Said Luka.
"I think i can solve that too." Smiled Shayna who started cuddling Luka from the side.
"It's so warm." Smiled Luka who also began holding Shayna. "Please don't ever let go."
"Never will i let go, even if we are across the universe i'll never let go." Laughed Shayna. "I'll stretch my arms out as far as they need to go to never let go,"
"You're so good with words." Smiled Luka. Luka kissed Shayna and stared into her eyes.
"Thank you for everything, thank you for telling Pelliper where i was." Cried Shayna. "Thank you for helping me through thick and thin, thank you for everything."
"Don't cry, just keep holding on and nothing will happen." Said Luka who had held Shayna tighter. Very soon Shayna had fallen asleep in Luka's clutches.
"You can't hear me now but just know that whilst your holding me from the other end of the world, i'll be holding on as well." Cried Luka who fell asleep also holding Shayna.

*Later on*

Sapphire had just woken up.
"Hey Luka how is th--" Began Sapphire before opening the door and seeing Luka and Shayna hugging each other in their sleep. "They're gonna make me cry with how they look." Sapphire closed the door and walked to the kitchen. Suddenly there was a knock at the door.
"Hello Sapphire." Gleefully said Wigglytuff. "I brought these necklaces that will protect you from Victini's spells so you won't be put in a dangeorous situation again."
"oh, cool thanks." Said Sapphire.
"Where's Luka and Shayna anyway?" Asked Wigglytuff looking into the house.
"They're still asleep." Said Sapphire trying to hide the couples relationship.
"Oh, ok." Laughed Wigglytuff. "Good luck on your adventures."
"You too with your... paperwork n' stuff." Laughed Sapphire back to Wigglytuff. After Wigglytuff had left Sapphire walked back to Luka's room. "Oh you two. i hope you stay together forever."

Chapter 16:

Nightmares

A little while later Luka and Shayna both woke up.
"How'd you two sleep?" Said Sapphire.
"Oh um..... pretty well." Said Luka who blushed and looked at Shayna.
"Don't try and hide it, i saw the aftermath." Laughed Sapphire.
"Oh yeah well... it's true whatever you're thinking." Said Luka.
"Oh who cares how awkward this just was." Giggled Sapphire. "I'm going to go out for a little bit."
"Ok, see you later." Said Shayna waving off Sapphire.
"Look Shayna i need to tell you." Started Luka. "Y'now how last night i said i was having nightmares."
"Yeah... so?" Asked Shayna.
"They weren't just nightmares, it was the worst thing to ever happen to me." Said Luka who was turning a little white.
"Then what happened?" Asked Shayna looking concerned.
"They were nightmares... of losing you." Said Luka who looked like they were about to cry.
"Luka..." Said Shayna.
"It was awful, t-there were..." Began Luka before breaking out into tears.
"Hey, calm down and look at me." Said Shayna. Luka slowly looked up at Shayna. "I'm still here aren't I?"
"Y-yes." Said Luka calming down.
"Well as long as you hold onto me, nothing bad will happen." Said Shayna. Shayna grabbed Luka's hands.
"Shayna..." Said Luka before letting go and then hugging her instead. "I don't want to hold on, i want to be stuck to you."
"What do you mean?" Asked Shayna.
"If i hold on i'll eventually get tired and have to let go." Said Luka bursting into tears." But if i'm stuck to you then even when i let go i'll still be there with you."
"I couldn't agree more." Said Shayna who also got teary. Shayna and Luka calmed down and went back to daily chores.
"Hey i had to come back just to give you something." Said Sapphire who was running through the house.
"Umm, what just happened?" Asked Shayna confused by Sapphire sudenly entering and sprinting.
"Wigglytuff told me to give you these so you'll be protected from Victini." Said Sapphire handing out two necklaces. "Maybe you can wear them under your scarf so she doesn't notice."
"Seems legit." Said Shayna.
"Yo wassup with that lingo yo?" Giggled Luka.
"Yo 'bout to hit up da shop to go grab some nice ol' berries." Laughed Sapphire. Suddenly there was a knock at the door.
"One second." Shouted Luka as he went to get the door. Luka opened the door and looked around to see no-one.
"Yo bruda wassup." Laughed a small green pokemon who copied Luka's accent.
"Hello, and who are you." Asked Luka laughing a little from the joke.
"I'm Labrys." Said Labrys. "I am of Shaymin species and i know Shayna." Shayna suddenly came outside to see who said her name.
"You sound familiar." Said Shayna. "Come inside and have a chat."
"That's what i came here to do." Laughed Labrys. Labrys walked inside.
"Make yourself feel at home." Said Luka inviteingly.
"Shayna, have you told these other two about what happened... before you got here." Said Labrys.
"Yes... how do you know about that?" Asked Shayna looking suspiciously at Labrys.
"Because i was the Unknown God." Said Labrys almost looking ashamed of herself.
"S-so everything that happened was because of you?" Asked Shayna looking shot.
"N-no, at the time i was kidnapped and forced to do it by... Victini." Said Labrys looking a little down.
"Oh... that one..." Said Shayna.
"I went into hiding after i escaped but her Gang found me or i presume it's her Gang." Said Labrys. "I just wanted to come to say that i'm horribly sorry for what i did to you. They didn't tell me why they made me do it but i think it has something to do with 'XD001' which is a hidden project."
"I... I forgive you for doing all of that." Said Shayna looking shocked, mad and sad. "So what do we do with this 'XD001?" Asked Shayna.
"Nothing yet, just wanted to give you a heads up." Said Labrys. "Ask Wigglytuff for my adress and if she says no then say 'XD001' which is our code word for trustworthy."
"Got it." Said Shayna.
"Well i better head off." Said Labrys sending goodbyes to everyone.
"Hey Labrys." Said Shayna halting her from leaving.
"Yeah?" Asked Labrys who was getting a little impatient.
"I just want to say... thank you for telling me." Said Shayna.
"Don't thank me, thank Wigglytuff for saving me so i could tell you." Laughed Labrys. "Seeya soon hopefully."
"Seeya." Said Luka. When Labrys left Sapphire went up to Shayna.
"She's quiet the personallity." Laughed Sapphire. "Maybe a little too hyper?"
"Nah, she's alright." Said Shayna. "I just know i can trust her."

Chapter 17:

The Past

"Hey Luka." Said Sapphire who had just woken up and saw Luka in the kitchen. "Is it ok if i can choose this weeks exploration mission?"
"Sure, we could use some variety in choice." Said Luka.
"I'll be back later tonight." Said Sapphire who was leaving the house. "Shayna's still asleep so try not to wake her."
"I'll keep note of that." Said Luka waving goodbye to Sapphire.

*Elswhere*

"Wow, you are actually the worst at torturing people." Laughed Vagus who was glaring at Charmander.
"Hey does anyone have a knife?" Asked Charmander looking into the other torture rooms.
"Yeah, over here." Said a voice coming from the other room.
"Hey thanks man." Said Charmander entering the room again with a large knife in hand.
"This is suppose to be torture not a murder." Smirked Vagus.
"This isn't murder." Laughed Charmander who put the knife in a magma pool next to him. "Now THIS is torture."
"Good torture? More like torture for the knife!" Laughed Vagus.
"You are actually so arrogant." Smiled Charmander before putting the knife against Vagus' chest.
"OH FUCK!" Shouted Vagus nearly crying in the pain.
"Why aren't you crying yet?" Asked Charmander taking the knife off of Vagus."Maybe if i..." Charmander cut a small line in Vagus' chest.
"That didn't hurt as much as the last one, you're actually shit at your job." Laughed Vagus. Charmander went back to the magma. "Oh no, don't hurt the knife please, i can't bear seeing it hurt." Vagus was pissing himself laughing.
"I swear to god you are actually so annoying." Said Charmander placing the knife inside of the groove where he had cut before.
"HOLY SHIT." Screamed Vagus this time crying in pain.
"I forgot to ask you but where is Shayna hiding?" Aksed Charmander.
"Hey look it says gullible on the ceiling." Said Vagus pointing up. Charmander looked up and was then greeted by a howl of laughter. "BAHAHAHAHA, y-you are actually so fucking st--." Charmander had cut slightly deeper into Vagus' skin with the knife. "JESUS CHRIST."
"Just tell me so this can stop." Said Charmander with a lump in his throat.
"Yo dude, are you crying?" Asked Vagus who was giggling a little at Charmander. "ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH:" Charmander had cut even deeper into Vagus after hearing this.
"I'll leave this knife stuck in you over night." Said Charmander cutting a bit of Vagus' arm and sticking the knife in. "Just please make this stop tomorow."

*Back At Luka's House.*

"Hey guys i'm back." Said Sapphire entering the house and seeing Luka and Shayna snuggled up together on the couch.
"Oh, hey Sapphire." Said Luka turning around and staring at the piece of paper Sapphire was holding. "What mission did you grab?"
"Well this one is kinda personel so when i saw it i HAD to grab it." Said Sapphire.
"So what is it?" Asked Luka.
"We have to help someone in a nearby city named Solaceon Town to do a daily berry run." Said Sapphire. "They have a berry shortage and local citizens aren't helping."
"Who needs help?" Asked Luka who was looking curiously at the paper again.
"Well... it's... my family." Said Sapphire. "My brother and sisters: Ruby, Emerald, Quartz, Gold, Topaz, Obsidion and Lapis."
"Oh, it would be nice to see them for you." Said Luka looking delighted.
"Well, not really." Said Sapphire looking a little down. "When i was young i was.... seperated from them, i thought i would never see them again as when i got back they had moved city."
"Oh, i'm sorry to hear that." Said Shayna looking a little upset at the news.
"They don't even know i'm alive so im really scared to do this." Said Sapphire staring to look frightened.
"Hey don't worry about it." Said Shayna. "If you want we can leave tomorow morning to see them."
"I'd love to do that." Said Sapphire starting to smile.
"Well we should probably sleep for tomorow." Smiled Shayna.
"G'night everyone." Said Luka who had begun to walk to his room.
"Wait Luka." Said Shayna running to catch up.
"Yeah what is it?" Asked Luka.
"Can i sleep with you tonight?" Asked Shayna blushing a little.
"Sure." Said Luka almost beaming at what Shayna had asked.
"YAY!" Yelled Shayna bopping up and down with excitement.
"Well, sweet dreams you two." Said Sapphire walking into the guest room.
"Y'now, i feel kinda bad for Sapphire." Said Shayna. "She was seperated from like what... eight or so siblings at a young age."
"Well she'll be fine, she get's to see them tomorow." Said Luka. "C'mon, let's get some sleep."
"Yeah." Said Shayna walking into the room with Luka.
