  12.             <p><strong>Kirsty Lowe</strong>, Director of Psychology Solutions UK, is a Consultant Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, qualifying as an Applied Psychologist in 1993.  Kirsty is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, both as a Clinical Psychologist and a Forensic Psychologist. She prides herself on providing highly professional, efficient, specialist services and most importantly, meeting your needs.</p>

  16.             <p>Kirsty has held lead psychology posts in the NHS and has worked with complex cases throughout her career.  She is well experienced in service development and consultation. Examples include being the lead psychologist for the development of a large NHS Trust’s Pathway for Offenders with a Learning Disability.  She was also the Applied Psychologist on a team providing an External Review of Rampton Hospital’s Learning Disability Service. She has also been an Academic Tutor and Honorary Lecturer on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology course at the University of Teesside.   Kirsty has also provided evidence for County, Crown, and High Courts, and more recently provided evidence for the Appeal Court and has extensive experience as an expert witness.She also regularly contributes to the dissemination of psychological knowledge through the media.  She has appeared as a guest contributor on the BBC 1 &#8220;Big Questions” television programme on several occasions and on Channel 5 Live in Studio 5 news programme.</p>

  28.             <p><strong>Jenni Blandford</strong>, is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Chartered Psychologist, Chartered Scientist, and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She is also registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical Psychologist).  Jenni has extensive experience in working with adults with a range of psychological problems, across a wide variety of settings. Since 1999, she has held several professional clinical positions, and she has combined independent practice with ongoing work as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist for the NHS.  In 2009 she established Blandford Consultancy, and since then, she has worked full time as an independent Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Chartered Psychologist.</p>

  44.                 <p><strong>David Glasgow </strong>is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked for over 30 years in clinical and forensic settings with offenders and victims of offences. His experience includes high, medium and low secure NHS settings, as well as community forensic services. Whilst a lecturer at Liverpool University he developed and taught the SAGE special needs forensic interviewing system. He was also a founding co-director of the Forensic Behavioural Studies programme at Liverpool University. Subsequently he was a course director of the Child Forensic Studies programme at Leeds University and also the Forensic Issues programme at the (now) University of Cumbria.</p>

  48.                 <p>In 2005 he left academic and NHS work for independent forensic practice.He has developed or contributed to developing a number of computer based forensic assessments, including the In My Shoes interviewing system, a preparedness for change tool, an interactive visual analogue scale tool, the Affinity assessment of paedophile sexual interest, a revision of the Laws Sexual Deviance Sort, a computerisation of Blackburn&#8217;s interpersonal CIRCLE, and also ISOPS, a procedure for assessing internet offenders.He has worked as an expert witness in criminal and civil proceedings for over 25 years, often in complex, highly contested or high profile cases.</p>

  52.                 <p>His risk assessment work is primarily focused on complex cases, involving multiple, difficult to evaluate or historical risk factors. He also undertakes investigative interviews of children and adults with a learning disability. These may focus on investigation of alleged or suspected abuse, the assessment of familial relationships and attachments, or the identification of wishes and needs when both are difficult to establish.</p>

  60.                 <p><strong>Neill Thompson</strong> is an Occupational Psychologist and a lecturer for the MSc Occupational Psychology and Organisational Psychology programmers’ at the University of Teesside. His main research interest is around workplace bullying, with other interests in stress in junior doctors, selection, and medical education. He also has a growing interest in the use of discourse analysis within organisational research. Previously Neill has worked as an in-house Occupational Psychology Consultant in the NHS and held a number of Human Resource Management roles across different sectors. These roles predominantly involved providing expertise in employee relations and selection. He continues to engage as a practicing occupational psychologist and consultant to external organisations in these areas.</p>
