SnowStorm
Commands: /SnowStorm gives you weapon (Ops Only Able To Use Command)
Weapon: Diamond Sword, with Sharpness 5, unbreaking 5, Smite 5, Looting 5, FireAspect 5, Bane 5.
Special Enchantment: Right Click the Enemy and it Freezes them for 3 seconds, 10 sec cool down to use effect again, also when you freeze someone it tells them who froze them and it tells you who you froze. The person who gets frozen in his chat it says, "You Have Been Frozen by (Name) you will be un-frozen in 3 seconds", and for the person who froze the enemy it tells them, "You Have Froze This Person for 3 Seconds."
Things To Add: When trying to use the weapon while you on the cool down you gotta make it say &cYou can use this ability Again in &c&l10 &cSeconds. and counts down as you keep trying to use it every time. Also when you right click someone it makes the noise as if you were breaking ice, and it causes the snow effect.
Lore: When doing /snowstorm it gives the sword, the name should be &b&lSnowStorm, and it has all the enchantments and the 2 lore lines are &7Freeze I and the second lore line is &8Right Click your Enemy To Freeze Them.
