We (L#) do not support the usage of Hotfix. They are always said to have a possibility to get you banned, although small.
That said we still provide them because making the user wait is one the things we don't want to happen.
For most major patches L# is updated before the patch is even live (this has some expection, like it just happened with 5.17).
