  1. I have been a long time user of ROBLOX. In the past (around 2012/2013), i have violated the ROBLOX rules and terms various times and have received bans accordingly - which i will be honest with, that was fair. Through all this time, i have decided to stay on ROBLOX and use their services - such as playing games, staying in touch with friends, and using their forum section. Over the years, the moderation team has become exceedingly harsh in their ways of banning me. I have received multiple IP bans, multiple poison bans (all accounts linked to one email adress get permanently banned), and even a game ban (where you cannot play games for a long time, this lasted for an entire year). Right now, i am at a point where once a moderator tracks down one of my accounts and verifies it is created by me, it gets terminated - even if i have done absolutely nothing on said account. Each time this happens, on my ban note, there is absolutely no content supplied as to why the account was deleted, only a text saying "Don't create accounts just to harass users or break rules.". Quite often when one account gets deleted, i create a new one, and during this time period the moderators are tracking my accounts down, so the next account gets deleted in a short time period as well. This time period is anywhere between 1 and 5 minutes most of the time, which is not nearly enough time to even try and break any rules or harass other users. The claim the moderation team uses to delete my accounts all of the time is completely false, and they have no reason to ACTUALLY ban me, but for some reason i've never been explained, they want to rid me from their site. I have video proof of this happening to me multiple times, where the video proves i did not actually break any rules.

  3. The thing is, that over the time, i have matured. I would like to use ROBLOX to it's fullest potential, and play games, have fun with friends and engage in discussions on the forums. I am not out to harm ROBLOX or any users on their website. I may have done this in the past, but i quit doing that a long time ago. I may break the rules on accident every now and then, but i stand by the fact that i do not do things so wrong that they need to result in a permanent ban. I am not the person i was in the past, i've grown up and i want to become a respected member of the ROBLOX community. But each time i get permanently banned, without any valid reason. To me, it feels like i'm being kicked while i'm already down. The way the moderator team and the rest of the ROBLOX staff has handled this issue is very immature and i do not like how this is going.

  5. I recently sent a really long heartfelt email to the ROBLOX customer service to try and get this banning to stop. I explained that i changed my behavior and that i expect them to do the same. What i got as a return, were only two lines, simply stating the following:

  7. "Thank you for contacting us. We do not have any kind of "poison ban" associated with your IP or accounts in our records."

  9. This is a complete lie, i even have video and photo proof of the fact that they poisonbanned me multiple times, and that they track my IP adress down to do this. I sent an email back providing photos of 28 different accounts of mine that had been deleted over the past months. This resulted in the following email:

  11. "Unfortunately, regardless of what you believe we do not have any special information to provide regarding your multiple account deletions, and are not able to assist you with this issue. If you are experiencing multiple account deletions, please re-evaluate your actions on Roblox that may be leading to these individual deletions."

  13. This email clearly states that they DO know of my account deletions, which in the previous email was lied about. They also state that i should re-evaluate my actions on ROBLOX - while the original email i wrote was actually about this topic, namely telling them that i have re-evaluated my actions a long time ago and i expect change. Thus, i sent another email, asking them to re-read my original email about this subject. It's been 9 days and i have not yet been replied to. 3 days ago, i sent another email to notify them once more, but to no result.

  15. I feel like they handled this issue in the worst way possible. ROBLOX' moderation team keeps deleting my accounts without any reason, while ROBLOX' customer service keeps replying with lies and ignores me. I want to handle this in a mature, responsible way, but instead i have to sit through this immature madness all the time. I want this problem to be solved in a normal, human manner, but nobody listens to me properly. Therefore, i decided to try and get this to happen via the BBB, by submitting a complaint. I hope something will change now.

  21. I would like that ROBLOX' customer service responds to my emails instead of ignoring them. I would also request them to stop deleting my accounts, as they have nothing to base this behavior on and are doing something i feel they have no reason to.
