This project is a study of a new technology  that is being developed at the moment in the top laboratories around the world and is a promising step forward to the future technology. The current researches are important because Organic Transistors have three main properties: low cost, easy manufacture and versatile applications. Our supervisor, Dr M Raja,  supplied us with a real set of collected data, which we used in further calculations and tried to understand and explain our vision over the subject.

To have a more basic understanding of the subject and the current issues of it, we used a organic capacitor (Metal Oxide Metal) and a Voltage sweep set of data to work out the possible current leakage on the oxide layer. Also our main goal was to indentify the leakage mechanisms present in different materials.

The development of Organic Transistors is of great interest to big Industries, so every little piece of work is of great importance, and we hope our will be too.
