  14. The spell deals 20d6 damage to one target creature when that creature casts any Conjuration (Teleportation) spell, including epic spells developed using the transport seed. The damage is of no particular type or energy. If the target creature is reduced to -10 hit points or less (or 0 hit points in the case of constructs and undead), it is utterly destroyed as if disintegrated, leaving behind only a trace of fine dust.
