- I agree it was my irresponsibility and very poor show of dedication. I am honored you took your personal time as a busy CEO to address my appeal personally.
- Can we never work together again, even if time were to pass and I were to hold another job and prove my attendance discipline has improved? Not to pry, but is there some other issue with my work conduct I was not informed of? As far as I was lead to believe I was a highly valued worker.
- I envy your contributions to the industry, and want to be part of it myself. XXXXXX is like a family to me; Gerard, Andy, Emery, Simon, Eric, Ashley, most have been my friends way before even working at XXXXX. I know we have a great team and I can be part of that team and a valuable employee.
- I've seen a degree of misconduct I felt was slept under the rug where a coworker at XXXXXX was harassing a female coworker and intimidating any other workers who talked to her. I did what I could to help her avoid him stalking her. He had to get escorted out of the building. I just would like to know how his case gets a slap on the wrist, an ultimatum, for sexual harassment, but my, still a mistake, but far minor of poor conduct doesn't get me the same? With said employee they are a relative of management, it feels like nepotism and also not the kind of integrity you Mr. XXXX, or I promote for this company.
- I can understand firing someone daming them to never be rehired for something as garish as stalking an employee, but I feel it would be to your companies benefit, I could even get a petition of works, supervisors, and management willing to vouch for my ability to show this company I've learned from my past mistakes.
- I would like to just know if there any possible future windows for negotiation at some point, is really my main concern.
- PS perhaps if I should find my words on the silver screen one day, I'd be honored to provide Emagine exclusive screenings!
