so if i went over to my enemy's bases i can scout them without fear of being killed?  and if they tell me to leave i dont have to, and they cannot kill me?    i just want to be clear.

When prox is down the standard rule is type interaction.  They are a group decided to have agreement to not kill.  Clearly they are not going to stick to that.(edited)

The official server rules is yes.  They as server agreed to an unofficial truce.  Which they don't appear to be sticking to.

I also feel like if its an unnoficial truce admins shouldnt be broadcasting saying the server is pve
