[15:11] * Green_Field needs a drink. He heads straight for the bar and sits down. "Three shots of Wild Pegasus."
[15:11] <TenMihara|GM> Barkeep happily pours them for him and takes his caps
[15:12] * Proverb is sobbing into Daisy's coat.
[15:12] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy strokes her back and coos softly
[15:13] * Razor is with PurpleKay and Priest, at the cemetary. She joins PurpleKay in digging.
[15:13] <LG> Tarpone had enough of Green bein' sad. Tarpone gonna handle that. Tarpone go up and start sneaking up (badly) behind Green_Fields. Supposing he gets close, he starts batting at Green's tail as if Tarpone were a cat.
[15:14] <Proverb> "Wh-why..." She sobs out to Daisy "Why d-d-does everyone I love and care for always leave!" She shouts through her tears.
[15:14] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy frowns, shaking her head. She had no answer for her friend
[15:15] * PurpleKay has talked to Amber and Copper. He digs with Razor.
[15:15] <Proverb> "A-Am I just not good enough!?" Her sadness turns to anger as she punches the bed. "A-Am I t-too small... are my wings to big, is it b-because I only have one eye!?"
[15:16] <TenMihara|GM> Amber and Copper show up a few minutes after they start digging. Amber is wearing the pretty dress that had been her birthday present months ago, and Copper is wearing a black neckercheif.
[15:17] * Green_Field downs his shots, finding some comfort in the return of the oddly soothing burn as he hears shuffling behind him. He turns to see his tail start being played with. He blinks. He'd just downed them. Also, alchohol isn't supposed to make you see things.
[15:17] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy takes her arms from around Proverb, frowning.
[15:19] * Proverb sniffs, her ears and tail drooping again. "I j-just want to b-be happy... is that t-too much to ask for?" She says quietly, curling up in a little ball on the bed, sniffling quietly.
[15:19] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy pats her on the shoulder. "So do we all. I was a slave for my whole life before I got to be here, with you and Green."
[15:20] <LG> Tarpone shuffles around. If Tarpone were a pone, he'd probably look like he'd be looking up at Green. Tarpone gonna get that butt.
[15:21] <Proverb> "B-But at least Green is s-still here..."
[15:21] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy shakes her head, "What I mean is... I was sad and alone for a really long time, but I get to be happy now with friends and a lover."
[15:21] * LG tries to swish around to get behind Green, slowly, but with persistence.
[15:22] * Green_Field stares at the moving tarp, blinking some more. He considers then tries to lift the tarp with his magic.
[15:24] * Razor is quiet as she digs. It's mindless work, and it helps distract her.
[15:24] * Proverb sniffles more. "Y-Yeah... at... at l-least all my f-friends are still here..." She nuzzles Daisy, shuddering. "B-But... she left... d-didn't even s-say goodbye to me...."
[15:25] <LG> Tarpone get lifted up, tarp and nottarp. Tarpone go and boop Green pony.
[15:28] <LG> Right on the snoot.
[15:28] <TenMihara|GM> Priest waits until Razor finishes digging, then lowers the two bodies into the adjacent holes, keeping them covered.
[15:29] * Green_Field blinks and wiggles his noes. This is very really for a hallucination. He moves it back while keeping it raised in his magic. He turns to the barkeep. "Another."
[15:30] <Green_Field> real*
[15:30] <TenMihara|GM> Barkeep looks at the floating tarp as he pours the shot. "The hell is that thing?"
[15:31] * Green_Field downs it. "So, you see it too. I don't know." He tries to lift the tarp off whatever is likely underneath it.
[15:32] * PK shakes his head. He says a short phrase under his breath. His foreleg comes up absentmindedly to drape over Razor's withers in voiceless support.
[15:33] <LG> Tarpone gets lifted up higher! Tarpone starts makin' sounds like a distressed llama.
[15:34] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy shakes her head at Proverb, "Then maybe she wasn't as good a friend as you thought. I need to go find Green, will you be alright?"
[15:35] <Green_Field> "What the fuck? Who the hell are you?"
[15:35] * Proverb whines, nodding to Daisy. "Y-Yes..." She buries her face into a pillow, shuddering.
[15:36] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy nods and slips off to find Green
[15:36] <LG> Tarpone keep trying to boop Green on the schnozzle. It's good for his lumpucus.
[15:37] * LG quietly, stealthily, sneaks up on the barstool, tarp and all, then makes a shooshing motion to the bartender.
[15:37] * Green_Field watches the tarp move while held aloft. He takes another shot. "Some fucking pranker."
[15:48] <TenMihara|GM> Barkeep shrugs and polishes some glasses
[15:53] * Green_Field drops it with a shake of his head and turns around. He puts his newely aching head into his hooves.
[15:54] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy eventually makes her war to the bar, remembering one enjoyable evening they had there back when they were all together, and trots up to Green
[15:55] * Green_Field doesn't seem to take notice and takes another shot.
[15:56] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy trots up to him and seats herself at the barstool next to him. She glances at him, then at the glass in front of him. "What are you drinking?" She asks, "I think I might want one after all this."
[15:57] * Green_Field looks at her, a little surprised. "Wild Pegasus. I... I needed something."
[15:58] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy nods, "I'll have one too." Barkeep pours it for her and she tosses it back, then gags and sputters a bit
[16:02] * Green_Field chuckles and pats her back lightly before his smile faulters. "I don't know if I can keep doing this."
[16:03] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy tilts her head at him, "Doing what? Drinking?"
[16:04] <Green_Field> "No, going out and working in the field. The losses just continue piling up and they're going to continue."
[16:05] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy frowns, "But you've saved a lot of lives too. Some more than once."
[16:06] <Green_Field> "But, for how long? Proverb is going right back out there."
[16:07] * LG raspberries.
[16:08] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy glances at the tarp once, then focuses back on Green, "Yeah but... um..." She frowns, ears drooping
[16:11] <Green_Field> "Harmony is a good pony. Losing her hurt. She in a way reminded me of my sister. I miss her too."
[16:18] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy blinks, "You... have a sister?"
[16:21] * Green_Field nods. "Did. Lost her many years ago. She was always supportive of me. Her death caused me to take more responsibility for my medicine. I was diligent, but losing her taught me to save all that I could. I never wanted others to go through the same loss."
[16:22] <TenMihara|GM> Daisy frowns, looking even more saddened now. She slumps forward onto the bar counter with a sigh
[16:25] * Green_Field rubs her back. "I don't want you to live the life I have. I want you to live somewhere peaceful."
[16:25] * LG seems more than a tad frustrated. He sighs, then dismisses the simulacrum and removes his own tarp. "Celestia damnit." Try to make someone forget their troubles without drinking themselves into a stupor or rooting around in their heads, wind up getting depressed. Utter fail.
