  1. Be Anon
  2. >In Pony asylum
  3. >You thought it would be funny to try to ride luna like a pony
  4. >It was totally funny
  5. >But she didn't think so
  6. >She sent you to an asylum
  7. >She could have sent you to prison, but she sent you to an asylum
  8. >Everyone there thought you were crazy
  9. >After all, why else would you think it was a good idea to treat a princess like the magic horse she is?
  10. >It's pretty ok in here actually
  11. >The food's nice
  12. >The guards are nice
  13. >Most of the patients are nice too
  14. >Keyword: most
  15. >Mane-iac
  16. >She was annoying to say the least
  17. >She'd sit behind you at lunch, and would lightly whip you with her hair and call you "monkey boy".
  18. >What was this, elementary school?
  19. >The guards always tried to tie her hair up in what looked like a turban but she was always able to get a few stands free
  20. >Today isn't any different
  21. >Wack
  22. >"What's the matter monkey boy?"
  23. >Wack
  24. >"Aren't you going to do anything monkey boy?"
  25. >It didn't really hurt, but damn it was annoying
  26. >Wack
  27. >Yup, today's the day
  28. >She's about to hit you again but you grab her hair before it can make contact
  29. >You slam her face against the floor, and knock her out
  30. >Some guards run at you but you bolt towards the door with Mane-iac in tow
  31. >The guards are long gone by the time you make it to your destination
  32. >The Asylum's barber shop
  33. >You get in and lock the door
  34. >The barber's not there
  35. >Good, you don't want any interruptions
  36. >Mane-iac is slowly coming to her senses
  37. >She looks around and realizes where she is
  38. >She gasps
  39. >"Oh no no n-!"
  40. >You put her in a headlock and start cutting get mane through her makeshift turban
  41. >Some of her mane is still trapped in it which makes it difficult for her to fight back
  42. >Crying, begging pleading
  43. >You think she's having a panic
  44. >In less than a minute, you're finished
  45. >The super villain is a bawling heap on the floor
  46. >Though you're not sure you can call her a super villain without any super powers
  47. >Suddenly the door is kicked open
  48. >"Freeze Anonymous!"
  49.
  50. Be Anon
  51. >You're in a padded cell
  52. >In a strait jacket
  53. >The guards had no trouble putting you in here since you didn't put up a fight
  54. >They didn't deserve that, they were always such nice guards
  55. >And besides, you'd already gotten your revenge
  56. >And who knows, with her powers gone, maybe the villain formerly known as Mane-iac would turn over a new leaf
  57. >Maybe she'd finally give up her old ways
  58. >Maybe what you did was the best thing anyone's ever done for her
  59. >You were like Batman
  60. >If Batman had the balls to lobotomize The Joker
  61. >What you did to her was kind of like lobotomy wasn't it?
  62. >Before you can ponder your actions further you hear your cell door open
  63. >It was a guard mare
  64. >”Hello Mr. Anonymous, my name is Cookies, Cookies n' Cream.”
  65. >You smile and greet her
  66. “Hello Cookies.”
  67. >”So, I heard about what you did to Mane-iac.”
  68. >You break eye contact and look to the floor, expecting a lecture
  69. >”I'm really impressed.”
  70. >Wait, what did she just say?
  71. >”You were able to change that mare in a way that no doctor in here could. I've always wanted to help these patients, but these doctors just wont let me. I think that with your help I could change this hospital, and maybe even all of psychiatry, for the better.”
  72. >She leans in closer to you
  73. >”Won't you help me Anon? Won't you help my patients?”
  74. >Is she serious?
  75. >Does she really think that the two of you could change the way this hospital is run?
  76. >You think about it for a second
  77. >If it worked for Mane-iac...
  78. “Sure.”
  79. >She smiles and hugs you
  80. >”Thank you so much Anon.”
  81.
  82. Be Anon
  83. >You're finally out of that padded cell
  84. >Cookies had apparently convinced the doctors that you were safe enough to be allowed back in your room
  85. >The first thing you do when you get there is jump into your bed
  86. >It was always nice to lay down in your bed
  87. >You stare into the ceiling and think about what happened today
  88. >You got your revenge on some Joker wannabe
  89. >You were stuffed into a strait jacket and thrown into a cell
  90. >Then Cookies came into your cell, and she asked for your help
  91. >A kind of help that the rest of this hospital's staff didn't seem to want
  92. >Help in curing these patients
  93. >You'd never really thought about the rest of the patients in this hospital
  94. >They all seemed nice
  95. >But what could be going on in their minds?
  96. >You'd been to a mental hospital once as a teen because if your depression and anxiety
  97. >You remember what all those other kids were like
  98. >What they had give through
  99. >What could these guys be going through?
  100. >This may have been. Magical Horse Land, but that didn't mean that the people who lived here couldn't have serious problems
  101. > Could there be schizophrenics in here?
  102. >Child abuse victims?
  103. >War vets?
  104. >All without a chance to be cured because some doctors were scared to take their treatments too far
  105. >You weren't a psychologist, but Cookies did say that you had changed Mane-iac in a way no other doctor could
  106. >And maybe that would be good enough for these patients
  107.
  108. Be Cookies
  109. >Ever since you started working here, you knew that something was missing, something that was essential to your patients recovery
  110. >They needed an extra push, they needed tough love.
  111. >They needed you, and they needed Anon
  112. >You've seen patients who stayed here longer than they had to
  113. >You've seen patients who ended up coming back because they weren't actually cured
  114. >Not anymore
  115. >You were going to change things around here with Anon's help
  116. >You decide to look for Anon's next patient
  117. >You open your file cabinet
  118. >So many patients
  119. >After a while, one of them catches you eye
  120.
  121. Be Anon
  122. >You're at breakfast right now, eating some bacon and eggs
  123. >It sure is nice of this place to serve meat
  124. >You're lucky that cookies was able to convince the doctors that you were sane, otherwise you'd probably have a bunch of guards surrounding you
  125. >Mane-iac is nowhere to be seen. She probably decided to have breakfast in her room
  126. >You don't blame her, you'd probably the same thing in her position
  127. >You begin to wonder how many other patients know about what happened between you and that mare
  128. >You knocked her out and dragged her out of the mess hall pretty quickly. Most of them probably didn't even notice that anything was going on until the guards stared running out the door
  129. >"Good morning Anon."
  130. >Looks like our employer's here
  131. "Good morning Cookies."
  132. >After taking a few bites of her oatmeal she speaks again
  133. >"Anon, Look over there."
  134. >You turn your head to look at the direction of that her hoof is pointing
  135. "What should I be looking at?
  136. >"Do you see that colt?"
  137. "The one eating the strawberry sundae?"
  138. >"Yes, his name is Sherbet Sandwich, and he's a pyromaniac."
  139. >You almost do a spit take
  140. >A pyromaniac?!
  141. >Well this is a surprise, you expected to meet patients with serious problems but nothing like this. The guy looked like he wass only in his teens!
  142. >"Oh dear he's doing it again."
  143. >Cookies looks visibly distressed
  144. >What could he possibly be doing?
  145. >You dare to look at the colt once more and see that he's...
  146. >Dipping his nose into the strawberry syrup. >And now he seems to be drawing something on the table with his nose
  147. >"He's...He's drawing fire Anon."
  148. >You have no words
  149. >Is this what passes for pyromania in this world?
  150. "Just imagine what would happen if he was let out before he was cured. He could end up playing with matches without adult supervision!"
  151. >Ok, that does actually sound kind of dangerous
  152. "Alright, so what are we gonna do?"
  153. >Cookies calms herself down and whispers her plan into your ear
  154. >...
  155. >It sounded crazy
  156. >But it's not like you could think of anything better
  157. "Alright, we'll do it tonight."
  158. >"Thank you Anon, you're a big help."
  159.
  160. Bedtime
  161. >You're inside a janitor's mop bucket
  162. >Cookies is disguised as a janitor and is rolling you towards Sherbet Sandwich's room
  163. >It's a little cramped in here, but it's nothing you can't handle
  164. >And at least it's empty
  165. >After a few minutes you hear a door open slowly
  166. >Cookies wheels you inside, closes the door behind her, and walks towards the bed
  167. >"Sherbet, Sherbet wake up."
  168. >He slowly opens his eyes and looks up at cookies
  169. >"Ms. Cookies? What are you doing in my room, and why are you dressed as a janitor?"
  170. >"It's a long story, but my friend Anon and I are here to help you."
  171. >"Anon?"
  172. >"Yes, now just lay still and let us move on to the procedure. You can come out now Anon"
  173. >You climb out of the mop bucket
  174. "Are you sure this isn't some sort of weird dream?"
  175. >Cookies giggles
  176. "Of course not, we're as real as the mane on your head."
  177. >Cookies looks back to you
  178. >"Alright, grab the supplies."
  179. >You reach into the mop bucket and pull out what look like a few thick belts and some matches
  180. >"Wait, what are those for?"
  181. >"Sherbet, please trust me when I say that what we"re about to do is going to help you, go ahead Anon."
  182. >You do as your told and use the thick belts to restrain Sherbet to his bed
  183. >Now he"s struggling to break free
  184. >"Wait, is it really necessary to tie me up?!"
  185. >"It's for your own sake Sherbet. I swear that I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't think it was absolutely necessary."
  186. >Wow, she actually sounds kind of motherly right now
  187. >Cookies looks at you and nods
  188. >That's your cue
  189. >You go to the bottom of his bed and take out a box of matches from your pocket
  190. >Sherbet's eyes grow wide, but not in fear
  191. >"Woah, what are you gonna do with those?"
  192. >He sounds kind of mesmerized
  193. >Cookies nods again, ands you light one up.
  194. >Sherbet is completely entranced by the flame
  195. >"Now Anon."
  196. >She covers up Sherbet's mouth
  197. >You light the match and touch the bottom of his hoof with the flame
  198. >He let's out a muffled yelp of pain
  199. >You notice Cookies wince, almost as if she were being burnt too
  200. >She releases her hoof from the colts mouth and after a moment he speaks up again
  201. >"Wh-what's going on, fire doesn't hurt."
  202. >Did he really believe that?
  203. >Must be more delusional than you thought
  204. >"Fire is good, you can't make me hate fire."
  205. >Cookies covers his mouth again
  206. >"Please Anon, do it quickly."
  207. >You hope for her sake that this will be over soon
  208. >...
  209. >You've lost track of how many times you've to repeat this process
  210. >Cookies looks like she's about to keel over and die
  211. >This is definitely hurting her more than it's hurting Sherbet
  212. >Cookies' hoof shakily hovers above Sherbet's mouth, but before she can cover it again he mutters something
  213. >You're about to light another match when suddenly
  214. >"W-Wait..."
  215. >You pause, and listen to what he has to say
  216. >"I understand, I understand now, fire is..."
  217. >Come on
  218. >"Fire is..."
  219. >Say it, say it
  220. >"Bad."
  221. >Finally
  222. >You let out a sigh of relief, put out the match, and undo his restraints
  223. >As soon as he sits up Cookies leaps on to Sherbet and wraps him in a tight hug
  224. >"You're life can only get better after today Sherbet, you'll see."
