“This sucks” Macha signed as she blasted another Terror Bird from it's branch with a psychic bolt of

power. She continued her walk to the destination of an ruined Temple complex built by an ancient

civilisation on this planet aeons ago. It wasn't far to walk abut Macha was taking her usual time in

everybody!” she continued smashing the undergrowth into a fine mush “Why?” she said smashing down

“Won't” she continued her assault “Anybody” she began to tear up “FUCK ME?” the emotion she felt as she

smashed down cause a minor Eldtrich Storm to erupt around her, searing branches and leaves alike and

setting them on fire. Macha huffed and puffed as she calmed down, wiped the tears from her eyes,

straightened herself as if she was meeting with respected Eldars and headed towards her usual sitting

spot. The seat, or rather, a large stone slab, carved from the nearby mountainside, was covered in moss

and vines climbing up it's side, the only clear view of the stone itself was where her butt had been in

the many times she had come here to mope. She sat down again in the spot, it no longer made her clothes

wet with the moisture captured by the moss, and she looked down the stairs which once led to a chamber

in front of her. The chamber had become flooded ages ago, by rainfall or a under-ground river flooding,

Macha didn't know or didn't care, but she found the water covering a once lavish Temple complex with

into the pool below. It was soon after this she heard a branch snap.

brain recognised it as something unlikely to be heard in the jungle due to no large creatures inhabiting

this deeply in is a question only Macha would be able to answer. It was only when another branch

snapped, followed by what she thought was “Blast!” coming from behind her, did Macha turn around, her

psyker abilities kicked in and while she could not see anybody, she could definitely feel both anger and

annoyance emanating from some sentient creature. Macha reached for her staff and stood up, making her

way into the overgrown once courtyard, her mind raced as she thought about the planet, there was no

conflict here, no surviving sentient life as far as she knew, but she could definitely sense somebody,

or something, was there. “Who's there?” Macha asked, quickly wiping the tears from her face with the

sleeve of her robe “Show yourself! I am in no mood for games!” she sterlingly said, pointing her staff

outwards, ready to release a bolt of lightning out on anybody foolish enough to confront a sexually

frustrated Eldar Farseer “I'm warning you, come out now and maybe I'll let you live” she said as she

reached the end of the courtyard, where a large Mongov tree had burst through the cobbled floor, it's

Terran Mangrove like roots making a light clear bolt hole for any small animal trying to escape the

Terror Birds that preyed on them, the emotion of whoever was nearby had been replaced with nothingness,

but before it went, Macha was sure it was coming from this tree. Macha slowly bent down, her knees

pressing tightly against the fabric of her robe as she aimed her staff into the darkness beyond; with a

deep breath, she stabbed her staff into the blackness, expecting a cry of pain to emit before she

blasted it's owner off the face of this planet, but nothing came. Macha stood back up, annoyed and

confused, but more annoyed her crying session had been disturbed by her own mind “Get it together Macha”

she whispered to herself as she turned around to head back to her crying seat “You'll never get laid if

they think you're possessed by Daemons” as she walked away she heard what sounded like a bundle of

leaves falling to the floor. Her mind was not able to read anything until it was too late, at which

point she felt a sharp jab in her neck, followed by a male voice of “Nighty Night” before she blacked out.




When Macha awoke, she found herself tied to the tree she had just been at, with what felt like a metal

bar around her waste. As she slowly came too, her vision blurred, she noticed it wasn't a bar, but a

robe, this did little to help her loosen herself from it, but at least she knew she couldn't escape.

“Ah, you're awake” came the male voice, deep, but no at all unpleasant “I thought you had me there for a

minute, this damn moss makes branches much more slippery than it would seem” it continued, by now Macha

had full sight, with the occasional hard blink to try and ease the heavy ache her eyes seemed to have,

she was staring at a man, a human male, in skin-tight black clothing covering him. He kicked out at the

moss while he spoke and made his way over to her “Untie me now Mon'keigh and I may let your vermin race

find your remains” she said as anger took over her wearynesand her displeasure at being made a Harlequin

of. “Hm? No, I can't do that I'm afraid, Eldar” he said looking deep into her eyes, they were a deep

azure blue, like sapphires, made his stunningly beautiful face all the more stunning. Macha hesitated

slightly at his appearance and her heart skipped a beat when he looked at her in her eyes, but she had

enough anger to launch a bolt of lightning at him, as it arced through the air, he didn't even try to

avoid it as it collided straight into his chest, the smoke began to clear and Macha wanted to see his

corpse before she tried to free herself, but instead, there he was, alive and standing definitively in

front of her, her mouth fell open and was about to ask how when he spoke “Now now, Eldar, that's not

very nice, I've been the epitome of kindness, I've not called you Witch or Xeno, while you've called me

Mon'keigh and tried to blow me up” he continued his way towards her before he was mere feet away, Macha

was still taken back by his lack of deadness but she managed a “How? How Mon'k, I mean, how human?” she

spoke, her mouth extremely dry for some reason “Oh, it's a little thing the Tech Priests cooked up,

makes you immune to psyker powers, so, don't waste energy doing that again” he continued pacing from

side-to-side “Well then” she composed herself “Since we're on good terms, why don't you let me go and we

forget this ever happened?” she smiled her prettiest smile and fluttered her eyes hoping that this alone

would work “I'm afraid that is also a no, you see, I was on my way to Xenan Prime when our ship came out

of the Warp too early, we collided with an asteroid field and the ship I was in, ready to transport to

Xenan Prime, fell out of the mother ship and plummeted toward Xenan Secondus, the pilot died, but I

survived, not knowing what was here, I took my Polymorphine, took the vox-caster and started making my

way to higher ground, that was until I heard your little storm, followed by weeping for some reason, I

climbed this tree and watched” he said smiling as if he knew something Macha didn't about the situation

“I was going to head straight to the nearest mountain, but after I heard your little anger fit, I felt

like I couldn't pass up the opportunity” he continued, his smile widening until his pearl white teeth

showed “What opportunity?” Macha asked, confused at what this man, or what he was saying meant, it was

at this point the human stopped pacing and said “Where are my manners? You can call me Kilos” he didn't

wait for a reply before he reached out and held Macha's ears “Eldar have fantastic ears, don't they? For

xeno scum, that is” he continued, pressing the ears between his fingers “Let go! How dare you touch me

Mon'keigh!” Macha shouted as she wriggled in her binds, her ears flicking as an animal would if

bothersome insects were trying to make their home on them “Come on now” he said tightening his grip on

her ears so they could not struggle any more “I thought we were past the name calling?” he continued

before moving his fingers up and down her right ear “Stop! I said stop!” Macha shouted as she continued

to struggle but the rope was still as tight as ever, she could move enough, but not enough to escape

this intrusion “I don't think so, it's very rare to get an opportunity to study a Eldar, a female no

less, in such detail without a lot of paper work” he continued as he pressed firmer into her ears flesh

conventional, us Assassins rarely are” this was followed by a lazy wave before the black clothed human

disappeared into the jungle. Macha closed her eyes, utterly exhausted over the events that transpired, but she couldn't help to think “Maybe I will”.
