personality; Jisoo is probably one of the kindest and most gentle people you will ever meet. She very selfless, always putting the needs of other people before hers. She doesn't speak much, but when she does, Her voice is very soft. she prefers to stay in the background and let someone else shine. She has a case of resting bitch face and rarely ever smiles, but it's very obvious when she's happy. However if she is very comfortable with you, she can be quite humorous and witty. She sort of has an compliment allergy and turns the color of a tomato when someone compliments her and she always tries to give credit to anyone but herself. Because of her kind and docile nature, many people take advantage of it. This is one of Jisoo's weakest points. She is very trusting towards people and always sees the best in them, even if said person was known to be a notorious liar. She is also extremely stubborn, even though that can be good, it is bad in her case. She hates the fact that people in her school kiss up to the rich kids, and since she hates attention of any kind, she pretends she comes from an average family.

background info; When she was little, her family was very close and happy family. They were wealthy thanks to her grandfather’s company, but that all changed when her grandfather had a stroke and passed away. The company went to her dad, because he was his first son. Her family had to move from Daegu to Seoul. Ever since that, she saw her parents less and less, and she was always left home alone. She always prayed for older siblings in order for them to take over the company, while she could go live life the way she wanted. She was walking to the library from her house, and she saw a mural on the wall. Ever since that she had a passion for drawing. Once she tried drawing, she realized she had a talent for it and that she was really good. She told her parents that she wanted to become a artist, but her parents strongly disagreed with it and said that she’s the only heir so she has to take the company. Ever since that, she started eating lunch in the art room, and worked on her artwork there, instead of her house, where her parents could go and see her artwork and give her a lecture.

- Toward the end of the book, Wonwoo finds out that Jisoo is from a rich family, and they got into an argument. The argument on Wonwoo’s point of view was how she was lying to him about being from an average house. Jisoo’s point of view was that she kept the fact from him because she hated the fact that she was rich. Wonwoo said that she should be grateful to come from a rich background and not a poor one, where you would have to do work and earn money. After that argument they break up and don’t get back together, because they're still pissed at each other, and no one else knew about their relationship.
