	I. Introduction:

Anyway, in this guide, I will be telling you guys how to Social engineer
companies that I myself have successfully SE'd to get free stuff such
as keyboards, mice, SPEAKER + SUBWOOFER SETS, And absolutely anything
from any food companies that have a "Contact us" number, just about. (I would
Stick with the ones that are major brands such as: Lays, Coke, Pepsi, Jack
Links, Etc.)



	II. MICROSOFT

In this portion of the guide, I will be telling you how to Social engineer
Microsoft for pretty much anything that you can get your hands on that
has a product number.

Now, Since I am nice, I will include a free Microsoft product And here it is:

Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000

	The excuse you use for the following products are foolproof and
	will work every time:
		Keyboard: " F1 through F6 keys are stuck and when i turn the
				Keyboard over they fall out like i can press them.

		Mouse: Right click button isn't working all of a sudden. I tried
			The mouse on multiple computers and it doesn't work.

		Webcams: Webcam light turns on but no video from webcam.

Now. All you are going to do is call microsoft. I suggest doing this on skype.

If your on skype go to contacts -> add contact. In the phone number portion,
type: 800-360-7561 and press +add contact. When the next screen comes up
press rename and rename it to Microsoft.

Now call them. When you get to the dialogue on the call just press 0 to get the
operator. Your going to tell them that you need a replacement on your microsoft arc
mouse, or whatever your trying to get from them. The agent will say:
"okay can i have the product number please" and they will tell you where it is.
Read them the product number listed above ^^.
Then WHEN they ask for how long ago you purchased it, make sure you say
april 2011. Then you should be fine, and they should ask for your address
and the agent should say "okay I will send you a conformation email and you will
receive your product in xx business days. Thank you" And that's it. Pretty much
any other question they ask that isn't covered in this guide, It takes pretty
much common sense to answer.




	III. Kensington

In this portion of the guide, I will be telling you how to Social engineer
Kensington, A third party computer accessory provider. Now, This company is
DEFINITELY the easiest tech company to "SE". All you have to do is provide
a product and serial number, and every once in a while, they ask whats wrong with
the product. Just use an excuse from the microsoft guide. Anyway, Again, Since I'm
such a nice person, I will include A products P/n and S/N just so you can use
one as an example.

Kensington Ci70 Desktop Set
P/N: K64392US
S/N: A0915A000100

Anyway, All you are going to do is call kensington (I recommend calling them
through skype again, Refer to the microsoft guide how to call 1800 numbers,
and Here is their number: 800-535-4242 . Now call them and they will ask
you for the product number and serial number. Then if they ask whats wrong,
BLAME THE KEYBOARD BEING BROKEN because its a desktop set. Then they will be
like alright give me your info and I will mail it to you free of charge. That's
pretty much it, You can SE any product from kensington that you can get your
hands on with a p/n and s/n.



	IV. Old Spice Deodorant stuff

This one is just like all the other food companies, except its not a food
company. It has the same requirements as any other companies.
You need a product from the company. Go out and buy yourself a
can of old spice after hours body spray, or whatever you like. Then call them
up. All you have to do is say the can stopped spraying after a day of use.
you can feel liquid in there but it wont spray. The agent will tell you to
give him/her the code on the bottom of the can (THIS WILL ALSO WORK IF YOU GO TO WALMART
AND COPY THE CODE OFF THE BOTTOM OF THE CAN!) Then the agent will ask whats your
address, We're gonna send you a free voucher to get any 4.0oz (or how ever big
your can was, mine was 4.0oz) and you can take it to a store to get a free one.

	V. Logitech

Now, I know, Logitech. When some of you experienced SE'ers think of this company,
you probably think of how they wont let any excuse through + let you get anything
for free. Well think again my friends. Today, I successfully social engineered
them for a free speaker set: Logitech Speaker System Z323.
I'm not going to give out the P/N for these speakers but I will give you one
to some lower quality ones.

Logitech LS11 Speakers
P/N: CP047
Model Number: 980-000048

(Make sure you read this over before calling them so you know what to do.)

Alright so, This one is going to take some work.

Make sure you have about an
hour of time on your hands, and have a cell phone because they only have a
non-toll-free number.

Here it is: 1-646-454-3200

(The "1" in the beginning is
the USA country code.) so call them, press 1 then at the second prompt press
1 then at the third prompt press 2. You should be connected with an agent.

Now, Here is where the action starts.You tell him your name, Then he will
ask if he hasn't already about what product you are calling about. Tell him
Ls11 speakers, of course. He will say, alright whats the problem? say something like
"I came home today and my speakers just decided to crap out on me". He will say
 alright can i have the product number please? Tell him the P/n.
Then he will ask for the model number. Tell him. Then he will try to go through
a troubleshooting the speakers. Explain to him that you have unplugged and
replugged everything and have went in the sound settings in windows 7 and
set it as the default device. He will still try to go through troubleshooting
so just go with it. Now, He will be like alright since we cant find the problem
we will have to have you send it in to get a replacement. Say you have to
talk to your dad about it because your dad is the one your getting the replacement for,
because he doesn't like talking to these companies on the phone. He will be like
okay tell your dad we're going to have to have you send it in. Act like he just
called you on the other phone.

Now you have to pull the agents phone away from
your face, just far enough so it sounds like your on the phone and at the same
time the agent can hear you talking. make it sound believable, Say things like
"Dad your gonna get new speakers", and "Dad, seriously, I didn't break it, please don't
ground me" and such. Explain to the agent your dad doesn't get mad very often and
its a bad situation when he does get mad.

Explain that your dad went
through a hard time as a child, because his dad was in WWII and died or something
Like that and he likes to save everything. Now by this point you should have
explained to the agent that hes very mad and wants to keep his old "Product your
SE'ing here" because he paid for it. Explain that he specifically asked for at
the store that he had a warranty on it so he could get a replacement if anything
went wrong. By now, the agent should feel pity for you if you pulled it off
correctly, He will try to get the item sent to you FIRST -- THEN YOU SEND THE BROKEN
one back. Explain to him that that isn't the problem, the problem is, is your dad
wants to keep it. Emply that you are very loyal to your dad and you don't want to
go against his word (About not wanting to send it in,) And repeat what you said
about him not getting mad very often but when he does its a very bad situation.
Apologize that you cant break your dads word AND MAKE SURE YOU MAKE IT LEGIT WHEN
YOUR APOLOGIZING. If your agent has a heart whatsoever, he will say he can request
to make an exception for your case. "Which means he will, just he has to "talk
to his supervisor".

Now all you have to do is give him your address, and out
of excitement make sure you thank him 1000 times and make sure you say thanks
for clearing up this situation with my father! And then finish the call.

Now. The call should go like this. If not, Well then I mean try again. practice
makes perfect. but most likely this will work.


	VI. HP -- Webcam

Alright, So this part of the guide isn't actually teaching you how to SE free stuff
from hp, It's more so getting a free webcam just by following  these easy steps:

First, Go to:

2. Select Installation and Setup
3. Select current month and year
4. Enter this as your serial: CNB1161176
5. Enter your operating system (obviously).
6. Don't fill in anything in the error message box.
7. Put this in the description box:

	"I recently purchased one of these webcams
	 and it didn't work straight out of the box.
	 I've tried troubleshooting everything and am 100%
	 the device is broken"
8. Fill out your REAL information. They will email you within 1 Hour or so confirming it.
	Follow the instructions they give you. Good luck :)

	VII. OtterBox

First, Email their customer support (email)([email protected])
stating something along the lines of:

"A few months ago I purchased one of your defender series cases.
Yesterday, I dropped my iPhone in the case, and the case broke, and the
iPhone's screen cracked. The damage is right in the middle of the screen,
and this is upsetting,as i heard these cases are supposed to make the
iPhones unbreakable. Hope to hear from you about this issue"

2. They'll respond asking for your name, address, phone model, case model,
vendor code, and a picture of the damage.

3. Fill in your name, address, phone, and case desired accurately.
For the vendor code, the first two numbers are 64, and the last two
can be any.

(FYI: 64XX MEANS ITS AN iPod Touch CASE!! You can do some research to find the
	exact case you would want. Just go on EBay and google some random otterbox
	case and the key will be there either in the title or in the product description.)

EX; 6496 (I Used this one) You can use any random one.

4. For the picture, tell them that when your phone dropped the camera was
also Broke and you don't own another camera.

That's it! Just wait, and they'll say they just requested your replacement.
