- (-) Lowered Harvester's health from 5600 to 5000.
- (-) Lowered Rocket Indoctrines' health from 350 to 280 and their damage from 350 to 240 (about same damage as normal militants).
- Increased aircraft damage bonus from 15% to 30%.
- (-) Lowered Scorpion Tank's autoloader reload time from 1.65 to 1.67.
- Lowered the initial damage of Consecrated Shells from 400 to 220. It still deals additional 155 damage over 1.8 seconds.
- It's still strong, and surpasses the Laser Capacitor's damage after the first two shots.
- (-) Scorcher Buggies cannot clear garrisons anymore. Decreased it's damage to 35 and 50 with the purifying flame upgrade.
- (·) Replaced Tiberium Core Missiles Upgrade with Thermobaric Rockets. No change in stats but it features different graphics.
- (+) Purifiers increase combat effectiveness of tanks as well. Increased health from 11000 to 13000.
- (+) Lowered the Siege Cadre's cost from 1100 $ to 1000 $ and their build time from 11s to 10s.
- (+) Aggressors receives 90% cannon damage (from 100%), 50% rocket damage (from 75%),
- 15% gun damage (from 25%) and 25% grenade damage (from 50%). Increased speed from 120 to 135.
- Lowered the Aggressor's buildcost from 1800 to 1600 and its build time from 18s to 16s. Lowered the Aggressor's health from 2400 to 1900.
- (+) Consecrated Shells require less time to deal their full damage (DPS increase).
- (+) Consecrated Shells raise the Spectre's DPS from 240 to 285.
- (+) Decreased build cost of Specters from 1500 $ to 1400 $ and their build time from 15s to 14s.
- (+) Increased damage of the Rocket Indoctrine from 225 to 240.
- [+] Added the Nighshard Plating Upgrade for Siege Cadres, Rocket Indoctrinators and Black Hand units.

- [+] Added the Hidden Explosives Upgrade. Allows Raider Buggies and Scorpion Tanks to charge for a target and detonate in an explosive charge.

- (-) Lowered health of The Awakened from 450 to 395.
- (-) Cyborgs require the Cyborg EMP Coil upgrade before they can use EMP Blasts.
- (-) Increased research cost for the Laser Matrix upgrade from 2000 $ to 2500 $. Increased build time from 60s to 75s.
- (-) Increased the cost for Disruption Towers from 500 $ to 1000 $ (it is now equal to Renegades' Disruption Pod).
- (·) Tweaked damage of the Mantis.
- (·) Increased the Speed of Tiberium Troopers from 35 to 42 and their damage from 14 to 18. Decreased their range from 190 to 170.
- (+) Deviator Neurotoxin lasts 7 seconds instead of 6 seconds. Affected units gain +10% fire of rate, +20% speed and -10% armor.
- The effect does not affect structures anymore.
- [+] Changed the Beamcannon into the Weaver Particle Cannon. It fires particle beams over great distances.
- It does not cause much damage but slows enemy vehicles and reduces their armor. Lowered costs from 1000 $ to 900 $.
- [+] Vinifera Tiberium Formula replaces Tiberium Infusion.
- On top of the Infusion Bonus, Tiberium Troopers will gain blue Tiberium streams for a better slow effect and additional damage.
- [+] Myrmidon replaces the Avatar. Myrmidon cannot commandeer technology, instead they can be upgraded with one out of three upgrades.

- (+) Lowered Planetary Assault Carrier's fighter respawn time from 30s to 20s.
- (+) Lowered the Storm Column's damage from 2400 to 2200 but changed damage type from rocket to cannon.
- In most cases this is a slight buff.
- (+) Changed the Shock Trooper's cost from 800$ to 700$ and the build time from 8s to 7s.
- (-) Changed the damage of Photon Cannons upgraded with "Dissolver Warpray Cannon" from 47 to 40.
- (-) Changed the Plasma Missile Battery's cost from 800$ to 900$ and increased its energy consumption from -7 to -9.

- (-) Decreased the teleport range of Annihilator Tripods from 375 to 325 when upgraded with Advanced Blink Packs.
- Annihilator Tripod has a one second delay before it can teleport.
- (-) Increased the cost for the Neural Network Reveal player power from 2000 $ to 2500 $. Increased its recharge time from 3m to 4m.
- (-) Increased the cost for the Prodigy from 2500 $ to 3000 $. Increased build time from 25s to 30s.
- (·) Lowered the Agonizer's build time from 1400 to 1300 and its build time from 14s to 13s.
- Raised its build requirements to the Stasis Chamber and a Nerve Center.
- [+] Added the Cascading Haze Upgrade. Cloaks all units close to the Storm Column.
- [+] Added the Ichor Aggultinogen Upgrade. Improves speed of all vehicles by 15% and heals them when not under attack.
- [+] Added the flying "Mindbreaker Swarm" anti Infantry squad. It's an areal squad, built from the portal.
- It costs 1000$, slows down infantry and requires a Gravity Stabilizer, as well as a Stasis Chamber.
- [-] Removed the Corruptive Systems Upgrade (it is now part of the Myrmidon upgrades).
