Twilight and Anon - Anons Are Taking Over

>Look concerned when Twilight starts ranting
>Kneel down in front of her while nodding and going "Mm-hmm"
>Inch forward towards while agreeing and saying "You have a point"
>Twilight keeps on ranting while you reach her side
>Slowly you slip an arm behind her flank
>You cup her behind in her arm while she keeps talking about irresponsibility, rudeness, and personal space
>You reach your other arm below her front legs and hoist her up
>She reflexively places her front hooves over your shoulder and nestles her head atop them
>"And furthermore, I don't see how it's proper that - etc. etc."
>You slowly walk on while hugging and carrying Twilight in your arms

>You walk outside with Twilight, having quieted her complains with a firm ear skritching.
>With all of her complaining she was probably going to be hungry for dinner soon.
>You eventually approach a cart where a pony is selling carrots.
>Next to her is another Anonymous holding Lyra.
"She being a handful?"
>You ask him, engaging in pleasant conversation as you pick out a few carrots, checking with Twilight to see which ones she thought were best.
"No, she's quite calm. At least, when she isn't going crazy about hands"
"Right right, I forgot about that with her. She got Bon-Bon convinced yet?"
"Bons tries to bite me any time I try anything, so that's a no go."
"Pity. Well, we better be headed off, see ya later!"
>You give Lyra a parting ruffle before finishing your shopping with Twilight, being sure to keep hugging and petting her as necessary.
>As you headed home you gave nods and waves to the other Anons that walked around with ponies.
>Rainbow Dash in particular seemed to have taken to her holder.
>As you enter the library you set Twilight down only to see her giving you a pouty face.

"Don't worry, we can not-cuddle up with a book after dinner."
