  1. Tsukuda Ryouta
  2.
  3. Attributes:
  4. STR: D
  5. END: D
  6. AGI: C
  7. SPI: D
  8. REIA: D (D)
  9.
  10. STR - Strength. Affects hit chance and hit power.
  11. END - Endurance. Lowers damage from attacks.
  12. AGI - Agility. Affects hit chance and evasion.
  13. SPI - Spirit. Control and power over spiritual attacks and abilities, as well as spiritual capacity and stamina.
  14. REIA - Reiatsu. The constant spiritual output of a being. An attribute that acts as the multiplier to all other attributes. Past a certain point (the potential), this attribute ceases to increase with training. The modifiers of the REIA attribute are as follows, starting from E rank: x1.5, x3, x5, x7, x10.
  15. All other attributes try to default to the rating of this attribute's potential; this includes the REIA attribute as well.
  16.
  17. 1 is the average for human beings.
  18. Each Rank is worth 1 point, and is then multiplied by the REIA attribute.
  19.
  20.
  21.
  22. Skills:
  23. Analytical Mind: C+
  24. Allows the user to accurately measure the capabilities of their opponent. This is an uncommon skill, as this level of high-speed and accurate analysis requires a very specific mindset.
  25.
  26. At this level, the user determines the value of all of an enemy's attributes at the start of combat, regardless of whether they are using them or not. Skills and special abilities are also revealed, if at all discernible, at a glance; for example, released Zanpakuto of the Shinigami have their properties revealed to the user, while sealed Zanpakuto do not.
  27.
  28. The effects of illusionary techniques is halved after one turn. The user learns how to counteract them to some extent.
  29.
  30. When used in conjunction with Ryouta's Shikai, the resulting Zanpakuto loses only one Rank of its power compared to the original. This penalty may be circumvented for a single action, but the Zanpakuto is then destroyed and must be created again.
  31.
  32. By dedicating additional mental processes to raw analysis, this skill may be increased up to A-Rank. However, reverse conversion is a much more complicated process than that, as beginning from B-Rank, the user loses the ability to pinpoint what's absent in the first place.

  34. Ryouta's Armory: http://pastebin.com/9ntre2iJ
  35.
  36.
  37. Demon Magic: C
  38. The user possesses enough proficiency to learn Kido spells up to #60, and has the skill to reliably use Kido of those ranks.
  39.
  40. Using Kido requires their full incantation, which takes a full turn. The spell is then used on the next turn. During the incantation, the user may defend themselves using any skill at their disposal.
  41.
  42. Kido ranging from #1 to #40 may have their incantation dropped in exchange for reducing the Rank of the spell by one. This may not reduce the Rank of a spell below E.
  43.
  44.
  45. Presence Concealment: D
  46. The user does not alert other spiritual beings in the area to their presence even while using a small amount of their spiritual power. E Rank techniques and Shunpo do not give them away. It is negated by a Sixth Sense of higher Rank.
  47.
  48.
  49. Sixth Sense: D
  50. The user can feel the presence of other spiritual beings in the area and can vaguely compare their power to their own. The user is aware of the direction from which the spiritual energy is coming from.
  51.
  52.
  53. Shunpo: D (1/3)
  54. At this level, this skill provides a temporary burst of speed for a single action. AGI is momentarily increased by one rank. No longer limited to only dodging.
  55.
  56.
  57. Zanpakuto Resonance: E-
  58. A complete absence of contact with the Zanpakuto spirit.
  59.
  60.
  61. Releases:
  62. Shikai? - ???
  63.
  64.
  65. Demon Magic:
  66.
  67. Hado #4 - Byakurai, E Rank. A bolt of spiritual lightning shot from the index finger or the palms. Cannot be parried.
  68.
  69. Hado #31 - Shakkaho, D Rank. A sphere of red explosive flame with a wide AoE and a burn effect. The secondary effect causes E Rank damage every turn. This is usually enough to disable a Hollow's Regeneration skill for the rest of the encounter.
  70.
  71. Hado #33 - Soukatsui, D Rank. A sphere of blue flames with a wide AoE. On hit, deals its damage twice.
  72.
  73.
  74. Binding-type Bakudo spells retain their effect until they are broken out of. Bakudo can be broken out of with brute spiritual force, but this deals damage equal to the spell's rank upon success, reduced by END as normal. This is a contest between the spell user's SPI supplemented by the spell and the binded target's REIA.
  75. If the target possesses the Demon Magic skill of a rank equal to the spell, they may break out without taking damage and use their SPI instead of their REIA attribute to contest the spell.
  76.
  77. Bakudo #1 - Sai, E Rank. Reduces all of the target's attributes by one Rank for the duration of the spell. This does not affect the REIA value of the target, or the SPI value of the target when it's used to defend against the bind. If the user has REIA of one Rank higher than the target, it completely immobilizes the target. Does not require an incantation.
  78.
  79. Bakudo #9 - Geki, E Rank. Fully binds the target, preventing all actions for the duration of the spell.
  80.
  81. Bakudo #26 - Kyokkou, D Rank. Increases the user's Presence Concealment by one Rank for as long as the spell is maintained and makes the user impossible to spot with sight.
