PC build for programming.

When asking for a build or build advice, answer the following questions in your post:

Gaming? Streaming? What's your resolution/FPS targets? What games are you playing?
Not gaming or professional/hobby use cases? What are the applications you will use and workload involved? Kindly elaborate as much as possible.

Mainly planning on using it for programming, and League of Legends. For specifics in terms of programming. I want to use get into, and Use Linux as my main operating system. Most likely Ubuntu. I will be doing primarily be doing Web, Android(Android Studio), and Desktop Development for University, and side projects.

What else do you need to buy? (monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, speakers, Windows, WiFi)
I need to buy everything except for the mouse. I have a Logitech G603 that I’m happy with.

I would like atleast 16gb of RAM(more would be nice), 1TB of SSD and at least 2 monitors. I will be planning on upgrading the desktop in the future. Maybe every year or 2, or when I need to. I don’t think GPU power is my biggest concern right now. Web development with React, Typescript, GOLANG, C++, and Android Development with Java are my most recent goals. Plans (Like a year or 2 from now) would be Minecraft Modding, Desktop Development and Game Development. So most likely see myself upgrading the ram, GPU, and possibly buying an extra 3rd monitor in the future(a year or so from now).
