An uncertain dawn has risen. Around the world, the legacy of Slovenia's worldwide ambitions manifests itself on every continent, while at home in Europe fresh conflict is born even now. In the East, warlord kingdoms squabble amongst each other while the humiliated Russian state clings on to what little it has left. The Polish Empire, meanwhile, enjoys relative safety on its eastern border. In the west, though, there is fierce conflict between the Poles and the Slovenes for control of Eastern Europe. In the Americas, the offspring of colonial nations fight to find a place in this new world order. Truly, we live in radical times.

NOTE: If you installed an older version, make sure you delete your LoS folder both in the mod folder as well as in C:\Users\yourname\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Victoria II or else it'll probably crash
