  1. * Hurricane Pike recipe increased from 250 to 500
  2. Since this item tends to be more of an extension than a core, this nerf will do very little other than to nerf Enchantress farther and to annoy Silencer.
  3.
  4. * Silver Edge recipe increased from 300 to 500
  5. I've never really seen this item being picked up outside of being an extension other than in cases where there's one specific passive that's fucking the whole team over (or when facing a Phantom Lancer). Doesn't really matter outside of making it harder for the omnicountered teams to field counterplay.
  6.
  7. * Ghost Scepter cooldown reduced from 25 to 20
  8. More consistent, almost always up, this is a good change. This could mean it can potentially be used twice within the two fringes of a fight, adds a cool extra small dynamic.
  9.
  10. * Sange and Yasha proc chance increased from 35% to 40%
  11. 40% = 100% with RNG logic. Good splashable item now.
  12.
  13. * Heaven's Halberd cooldown reduced from 22 to 18
  14. Maybe people will actually pick it up other than as a reactionary pick against that one rightclicker the opposing team completely leans on.
  15.
  16. * Slippers of Agility are no longer available in the Side Shop
  17. biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitch.
  18. Goodbye PMS, nice knowin ya. (Phrasing?)
  19.
  20. * Centaur: Stampede Scepter damage reduction reduced from 50% to 40%
  21. Biggest impact is in the competitive scene. Hardly matters in pubs, makes centaur initiations more manageable in competitive. There's a reason why he was more popular than LONE FUCKING DRUID in the Kiev qualifiers.
  22.
  23. * Monkey King: Primal Spring slow rescaled from 40/50/60/70% to 30/45/60/75%
  24. 5% wont make a big enough difference that late in the game, so this is effectively a 10%/5% nerf. Will be a lot harder to get kills pre-Q, so MK will probably have to wait until lvl 3 to start roaming.
  25.
  26. * Monkey King: Spring winding up sound effect can be heard by nearby enemies
  27. I already assumed this was the case. Well then.
  28.
  29. * Magnus: Base attack time increased from 1.7 to 1.8
  30. Not that big of a difference to be notable.
  31.
  32. * Magnus: Reverse Polarity cooldown increased from 120/110/100 to 120
  33. Why...? He didn't deserve it. Regardless, +20s CD lategame is a big deal, lot less spammable. Magnusi will have to be more intelligent and conservative with their ults, since they might not have it back by the next fight... or the fight after that, potentially. This also exacerbates the current disable/burst meta, which I'm not a fan of.
  34.
  35. * Abaddon: Strength gain reduced from 2.7 to 2.5
  36. Or -4.5 STR at lvl 25. (or -4.3?) Not all that big.
  37.
  38. * Abaddon: Mist Coil projectile speed reduced from 2000 to 1600
  39. ...was this a problem? Abbadon's Q acts as more of an extension, a nice-to-have, rather than a core part of his kit. So this is unlikely to have any affect other than to make it harder to deny himself possibly?
  40.
  41. * Lifestealer: Base damage reduced by 2
  42. -5 damage in total including .03. Now there's an observable change in his lasthitting capabilities, Quelling Blade will probably be core on him now if it wasn't already.
  43.
  44. * Keeper of the Light: Base damage reduced from 43-57 to 43-50
  45. Basically no change.
  46.
  47. * Brewmaster: Drunken Brawler cooldown reduced from 16/14/12/10 to 13/12/11/10
  48. 3s less at level 1 is a big deal. Makes him a lot safer as an offlaner, although it doesn't help against lanes that constantly rightclick harass, like Sniper.
  49.
  50. * Nature's Prophet: Level 10 Talent increased from +225 Health to +250
  51. Still not worth it compared to +30 damage.
  52.
  53. * Nature's Prophet: Level 15 Talent changed from +35 Movement Speed to +4 Treants Summoned
  54. While this sounds amazing, Furion never really had a tanking problem with them. He always had enough for what he wanted to do, and he was always able to get more whenever he needed them. It's not worth it for the damage either, as it only equates to ~+27 Damage, 3 less than the intel while the intel also gives more bonuses. Maybe if you find yourself needing to consistently tank two different things at once, but that basically never comes up.
  55.
  56. * Razor: Level 20 Talent increased from +30 Attack Speed to +40
  57. * Razor: Level 20 Talent increased from +275 Health to +325
  58. QoL buffs. Attack speed will still always be picked over the health, though.
  59.
  60. * Death Prophet: Level 10 Talent increased from +10% Magic Resistance to +12%
  61. Meh. You always take the spell amp anyway, even with this buff.
  62.
  63. * Death Prophet: Exorcism spirit damage increased from 55 to 58
  64. 5.4% damage amp. By itself not all that big, but it goes well with the other talents. Specifically, the spell amp and the +8 spirits. I cant do the math myself, but the point is that this is a larger DPS amp than just 5.4%. Still probably not enough to make her viable though, unfortunately.
  65.
  66. * Queen of Pain: Shadow Strike cast point reduced from 0.452 to 0.4
  67. k
  68.
  69. * Phoenix: Level 15 Talent increased from +120 Gold/Min to 150
  70. +300g/10m. Total of 1200g/10m. Dont know enough about the ingame economy to be able to say that this is any more than a QoL buff.
  71.
  72. * Phoenix: Level 15 Talent increased from +50 Fire Spirits DPS to +65
  73. Again, feels like a QoL buff. Gold will probably be the support pick, with this being the core pick.
  74.
  75. * Kunkka: Level 10 Talent increased from +25 Damage to +30
  76. Still not enough to be picked over the torrent damage.
  77.
  78. * Kunkka: Level 15 Talent increased from +20 Movement Speed to +30
  79. its 15 health regen, unless its a >+75 MS buff its not gonna even begin to contest.
  80.
  81. * Lycan: Base strength increased by 3
  82. k
  83.
  84. * Arc Warden: Strength gain increased from 2.3 to 2.7
  85. +9.6 (or +10, idk if its 24 or 25 lvls worth) STR. Not bad. Not that notable IMO, but not bad.
  86.
  87. * Lone Druid: Level 15 Talent increased from +30 Spirit Bear Damage to +50
  88. Now that it matches the other talent, this tier is now completely situational on what's been observed. I'd still have to say to take the LD variant and not the bear variant, since AS buffs from items, which you wont give to your bear. Unless you're edgy.
  89.
  90. * Ancient Apparition: Cold Feet manacost reduced from 150 to 125
  91. QoL buff.
  92.
  93. * Broodmother: Insatiable Hunger lifesteal increased from 60/90/120% to 60/100/140%
  94. * Broodmother: Insatiable Hunger damage increased from 60/90/120 to 60/100/140
  95. 20% lifesteal and +20 damage is nothing to laugh at. This might actually make broodmother viable? probably not. But I hope it does.
  96.
  97. * Bristleback: Quill Spray AoE increased from 625 to 650
  98. WHY.
  99.
  100. * Puck: Base damage increased by 3
  101. Makes her laning phase a lot easier, makes up for her horrid attack animation IMO.
  102.
  103. * Lich: Chain Frost cooldown reduced from 120/90/60 to 100/80/60
  104. -20s CD at level 1 is really big. Lich is probably coming back into the meta from this change alone. Mid lich will get more kill opportunities, support lich now gives their carry a lot more breathing room in terms of getting kills and dealing with ganks.
