In a strange twist of Fate, the Vampire Lumina Avharain declares herself the [b]Eternal Queen[/b] of Byson, taking absolute control over Byson and all it's territories. Supporting this claim are the Kings of Nostvale and Tilandre, Judas Hirano and Feithan S. Avharain respectively. As well as her new [size=50]reluctant[/size] husband, Ryan Kyros.

Anarchy and wide-spread destruction without 'just cause' within the streets of Byson are forced to a halt. Any who destroy Bysonite properly without authority of the law will be [i]harshly[/i] dealt with by the Queen on King's mixture of Undead and Vampiric minions.

Amyas Lionheart is given the title of [b]Lord[/b] despite the Queen's discontent at the destruction caused. He is given control of the Western Bygonegrove; the Lionheart Den being turned into a miliary outpost under his command. He can however--- reject this positioning and give suggestions on a replacement.

Dravus is also given authority over the Citadel to the north of Byson as well as the Yokai woods. He is allowed 1,000 registered Yokai of Giga-Class or higher as his personal legion that will also be given citizenship in Byson.

Krausites are being turned into Slave-labor, particularly in the lumber trade. As well, they are to be turned into blood-banks for the Queen and her vampires.

Speaking of Vampires, any who exist in Byson are to be brought to the Queen to be [b]Re-blooded[/b]. Refusal to do so or hostile resistance will be met with death.

Malpercians are now allowed to be registered citizens. Malpercians who are registered as citizens are given sub-Giga class Yokai when needed regularly to 'medicate' their curse.

Undead will need to be registered by their Necromancer and are considered property of their Necromancy. They are subject to destruction for the crimes of their master or if they are unregistered.
