slam dunked into the trash

Rise and shine! What a beautiful day! Things seem to be fine and you don't have to worry at all, but there seems to be something wrong? Looking down the hall, a door is left open and you were sure it was shut before you went to bed. As you investigate, you find yourself walking down many flights of stairs until hitting the bottom. A dungeon! You have found the dungeon. Now what makes this all exciting is the various torture tools left around, looks as if it hadn't been used for ages. Except one. The Iron Maiden within the corner has something leaking from the bottom, a pool of blood formed to show that it has been used recently. Opening it will show a body bag, now even a body bag but a body placed inside of a black trash bag. Holes poked in various parts of the body and bag, the eyes, the vital organs. Pierced by the spikes that were now covered in red liquid.
Who has died? Rip open the bag and find out.
Upon doing so will be a note attached to the body.
