- >You are a painter.
- >One of the best in all of Equestria.
- >A single glance and you can paint anything in amazing detail.
- >Or, at least you used to.
- >The first time coming here was one of the best experiences you ever felt.
- >All the color and the funny shapes!
- >All you thought about was painting them!
- >You marvel at the though of having the scene permanently imprinted in a canvas.
- >You started with a simple painting, it was a tree house.
- >You didn't know it then but it was a library and Twilight's house.
- >Then you started painting the residents.
- >You studied their shapes, their manes and tails, everything about them.
- >You were born with a natural talent.
- >Painting has become as easy as breathing.
- >At first you were unrecognized.
- >The ponies thought of you as 'just the alien'.
- >But once Rarity noticed your talent you were able to make a living.
- >She was able to spread your name through her connections.
- >It wasn't much, but it was enough to get by.
- >Life was simple.
- >Eventually you were recognized the Princess Celestia herself.
- >You learned from Twilight that she showed her one of your paintings.
- >You still remember the first thing she said to you.
- >"Hello my little human, my name is Celestia. What's your name?"
- >You were dumbfounded, not because that the princess was actually talking to you, but because of how beautiful she was.
- >How her mane shone in the light, reflecting the multitude of colors.
- >How her posture was simple yet elegant that even standing still she looked like flowing water.
- >And her eyes, the most beautiful eyes you ever saw.
- >If someone asked you what your favorite color was at that time, you wouldn't hesitate to say magenta.
- >You sat there for a good minute or so just staring at her, until you hear Twilight cough, snapping you back to reality.
- "A-Anon! My name is Anon."
- >You blurted out further embarrassing yourself.
- >"Well, Anon, if it's polite to ask, can you paint a portrait of me?"
- >Even if she didn't ask you would have done so anyways.
- "I would love to princess."
- >After the meeting you rushed back into your home and started to work on her portrait.
- >This was one of the biggest projects you took.
- >Day after day you slaved away in front of the canvas trying to recapture Princess Celestia's beauty and displaying it vivid detail.
- >But to no avail.
- >Every stroke of your brush did not justify her beauty.
- >Nothing you do could amend it.
- >Somehow Princess Celestia knew you were having trouble and took her time to visit you.
- >And just like the last time, you were stunned by her beauty.
- >Sometimes she would tell you about her day and sometimes she would just watch you paint.
- >Then she visited you everyday.
- >And everyday the two of you got closer and closer.
- >You learned a lot about her, and she learned a lot about you.
- >On some days when she's stressed out a single word from you and she would be back to her old self.
- >And all these visits weren't for naught.
- >You were able to paint a little bit from every visit.
- >As if all the stokes of the brush was a record of the day.
- >And in a way, it was.
- >All the time spent with Princess Celestia has been recorded in your painting.
- >"Anon, would you like to live in the castle?"
- >She asked you once, almost making you lose the grip on your brush.
- >You didn't know what to say, it was comfortable here and moving would be quite a hassle.
- >Immediately she sensed your hesitation and withdrew her question.
- >"I mean, you don't have to Anon. I was just asking if it would be easier for you."
- >This was the first time seeing her like this.
- >A flustered Princess is always a cute Princess.
- "I'm sorry Princess, but it's comfortable living here."
- >You were almost too afraid to look at her.
- >But you could tell.
- >You have a suspicion that she has a sad look in her face.
- >You steal a glance at her and you were correct.
- >The look she gives you almost crushes your heart.
- >A look of disappointment and hurt.
- "Bu-but that doesn't mean I can't visit once in a while. Besides you always visit me, I think it's my turn to repay the favor."
- >And that cheered her up instantly.
- >"You really mean it?!"
- >She shouted but returned to her calm composure immediately.
- >"I mean, I would like that."
- >And with that you started visiting her.
- >You only managed to do it once a week because of all the travel preparations, but then she started offering to pick you up.
- >Of course you couldn't refuse, even if you wanted to.
- >Sometimes you would stay over in the castle and sleep for the night and always come back and work on the painting.
- >Sometimes you would bring it with you and spend the week in the castle.
- >Not a day goes by without seeing the Princess at least once.
- >On some mornings it would be her to wake you up, refusing to do her royal duties until she greeted you a 'Good morning'.
- >And during dinner time you were allowed to sit in the royal table so that she could talk about her day to you.
- >It was as if your whole world rotated around her.
- >And you loved her for it.
- >You were slow to realize it, but you loved her.
- >Everyday you spent with her strengthened that statement.
- >One night, as she leads you to your room, she was especially quiet.
- >She usually asked how your day was, or how you're coming along with your painting.
- >But not this night.
- >As you enter your room, she follows too and shuts the door.
- >"Anon."
- >Her voice was quiet with a slight tremble in it.
- "Yes Princess?"
- >"What do you think about...me?"
- >That took you by surprise.
- >Well, not really, you knew there was something between the two of you, but you never knew she would attack you up front.
- "Oh-uhh...Nice, I guess?"
- >"Oh..."
- >She looks disheartened and proceeded to exit the room.
- >Perhaps she was looking for a better reply?
- "And! And, beautiful."
- >She stops and looks at you as you continue.
- "And kind. Graceful."
- >You stood there trying to find more words without revealing your your true feelings but fail.
- >You didn't care anymore, whatever the consequences are, you continue.
- "I love how your ear twitch ever time I compliment you."
- "I love how your eyes widen every time you eat sweets."
- "I love it when I'm feeling down, you would embrace me with your wings."
- "I love your company. Your warmth."
- "Everything about you."
- >You could clearly see that she's blushing now, and her wings slightly rising each time you complimented her.
- "I love how your mane shines in the sunlight."
- "I love how it flows like water even if there's no wind."
- "I love our little talks everyday"
- "I love it that you're the first and last thing I see when I wake up and sleep."
- >You're hyperventilating now.
- >All the pent up emotions are gushing out and you have no way of stopping it.
- >Like rushing water when the dam breaks.
- "I love...I love you."
- >You finally said it.
- >You're too embarrassed to look at her, let alone raise your head.
- >Maybe you were a little bit too forceful.
- >Shutting your eyes, you hope that she would let you down easily.
- >She moves closer to you judging from her hoof steps.
- >And you feel a light touch on your forehead.
- >You open your eyes in surprise.
- >She kissed your forehead.
- >The Princess. Kissed. Your. Forehead.
- >Before your mind could register what it could mean she pulls you towards the bed.
- >"Me too."
- >Now you're kissing the Princess.
- >Your mind is telling you to stop, but your body is saying to continue.
- "Princess-"
- >"Call me Celestia, please."
- >Those words almost turns your bones into jelly.
- >You didn't care anymore.
- >You surrender your body to your senses and worry about the consequences later.
- >You lay awake in bed.
- >After what seemed like hours, you too were too tired to continue and she falls asleep in your arms.
- >You thought you knew everything about Celestia before, but how wrong you were.
- >You thought you knew how her legs worked, how her body moved just by looking and observing.
- >But when you actually felt her, touched her...tasted her...
- >After tonight you had a better understand of her.
- >And she showed you faces that she would never reveal in public.
- >And right now you could see her sleeping face.
- >You've seen them all now.
- >And you wonder, if it's really alright.
- >She's a Princess, you're a painter.
- >She's a pony, you're a human.
- >Everything screams about you being incompatible with her.
- >But when you connected with her, it felt right, it felt perfect.
- >You look down in your arms and stare at Celestia.
- >You absentmindedly brush her mane from her face and she snuggles closer to your chest, cooing.
- >Deciding it was best to sleep and rest rather than arguing with yourself, you wrap your arms around her and let the dreams take over.
- >When morning comes your arms are still wrapped around her.
- >The sun shines through your window forcing you to remove your hands from the sleeping pony to block the light.
- >She stirs and immediately wake up.
- >"The sun!"
- >She tries to get up from the bed but you pull her close.
- "It's fine, I think your sister raised it."
- >"And my royal duties."
- "Let's have your sister worry about it for today."
- >You hold her tighter and run her mane through your fingers.
- "Try not to exert yourself too much today."
- >And with that you could have sworn that you felt her body temperature rise.
- >She brings her face to your chest hiding from embarrassment.
- >"Do you really mean it, what you said last night?" she mumbles across your chest.
- >Of course you knew what she was talking about but you wanted to tease her a bit more.
- "I said a lot of things last night."
- >She stays silent, thoroughly embarrassed.
- "And I could have sworn you said a lot of things last night too."
- >Still no response other than burying her face closer to your chest.
- "Like how you wanted my d-"
- >"I meant that if you loved me!" she interrupted.
- >Her wings are fully erect now, and her face is redder than an apple.
- >You kiss the tip of her horn eliciting a moan from her.
- "Of course I love you."
- >She looks at you and says, "I love you too."
- >And you two share a kiss.
- To be continued...Probably tomorrow (or later).
