<p>Nestled at the center of a popular strip in Heidelberg, there is an old-town styled shoppe known as Der Geheime Garten or <em>The Secret Garden</em>. The shoppe is well known for it&rsquo;s thorough and friendly ( with the exception of the owner ) customer service, prompt deliveries and, of course, it&rsquo;s stunning assortment of fresh-cut flowers. It was previously Rosalie&rsquo;s mothers, but after her death had been handed down to her daughter as an heirloom.&nbsp;</p>
<p>In recent years since separating from her family, Rosalie has restored the flower shoppe to be a well-known florist who work side by side with customer to help select the perfect gift for any occasion, whether it&rsquo;s one of their distinctive floral arrangements or well-stocked fruit and gift baskets.&nbsp;</p>
<p>While the entire structure does not look out of the ordinary, on the inside of the flower shoppe, however, there is one door that is not to be touched. It is locked at all times and exclusive only to the owner of the establishment. If you are lucky to be able to get through the numerous charms, you will open the door to reveal that inside the room&nbsp;is a wide and open enchanted garden, sloping gently down to a cosmic-blue river. A copse of cypress pines flanks on one side, with a thicket of vibrant roses standing guard on the other. Towering trees run through the center of the garden, casting that of a lake of claw-shaped shadows onto the grass.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Midges rise with the grass mist in the evenings, hanging like moon dust in the glassy haze. Daffodils detonate from the ground overnight. Several shades of peonies adorn the fringes of the garden and honeysuckle wraps around the hedges. The aroma of geosmine percolates through the air. If one inhales deep enough, they will catch scents that register as a sweet mix of jasmine, grassvapor and blossoms.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Past the river bend, there is a plus-green meadow which stretches away into vastness.&nbsp;</p>
<p>While humans are not able to enter through this secret room, several other deities will be able to enter through here or another secret passage &ndash; there is only <em>one</em> other person who knows the location of the hidden entrance.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>WEAPON</strong>.&nbsp;</p>

<p>It is a slender-pointed sword shaped into that of a sharpened leaf with a painted rose just above the cup nearing the helve. With a complex hilt, it is designed to protect the hand wielding the blade. Optimized to be a thrusting weapon, it is also well known for being able to perform cutting and slashing attacks.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Being the reincarnation of the <strong>GODDESS OF SPRINGTIME</strong>, Rosalie has the capabilities to create, shape and manipulate plant life, more specifically flowers of all types. She can control all pieces of the flower ( petals, stems and pollen ) and can have them to animate ( in the sense that they may grow and bloom to her beckoning ) and move at her own whims. She can also mutate flowers by rearranging their DNA structures, as well as revive those that are withered or dead.</p>

<p>Botanical Communication -</p>
</blockquote>
<p>By touching all forms of plant-life, including flowers, trees, and pollen, Rosalie is able to communicate with greenery through touching it physically. More so notes as ecological empathy, she can see visions of what the flowers may have experinced ( such as if they were trampled ). While she has theability to do this with all manners of plant-life, this power is strongest when she touches roses.</p>

<p>In stark contrast to her rather abrasive personality, Rosalie has the power to augment and revive all manners of plants back to life, even going so far to be able to create them from nothing. She can increase the amount and health of plants and flowers, healing and otherwise nourishing them. This ability also allows her to influence the surrounding environment to reach and stay on the ideal range to help plant-life flourish.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>PERSONALITY.</strong></p>

</blockquote>
<p>Articulate - Perhaps influenced by her father, Rosalie is exceedingly eloquent in her manner of speech. She can speak fluently and coherently regardless of the situation, even sometimes when her temper gets out of hand. She is able to communicate clearly with others, even when it may be more so negative, and is very persuasive when she wants to be. She makes intelligible conversation with those she gets along with most of the time.</p>
<p>Dexterous - Though her father&rsquo;s company is small in comparison to that of more pro-found ones outside of Germany, Rosalie still follows through with being a prime example of what a business-owner&rsquo;s daughter should be. As aresult of this, she is very polished and neat, feeling that she wants to represent her father&rsquo;s name proficiently. She is also very capable with things such as instruments, painting and writing; her hands appearing very nimble.</p>
<p>Meticulous - With a great attention to detail, she is exceedingly careful and precise when it comes to all aspects of life. This include her daily regimens as well as training her team; being sure to follow a strict schedule when needed in order to obtain maximum results. She is very diligent when it comes to tasks and makes sure to perform all duties presented to her thoroughly.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Sentimental - Despite the fact that she can be rather inconsiderate with certain things, Rosalie is actually very emotional. She tends to try and hide this from others around her, but she is often prompted by feelings of nostalgia and can sometimes grow tenderhearted as a result. These are more so in regards to memories of her family, particularly her mother who had passed away when she was very young. Though this can apply to other things and other people if she can get close enough to reveal her softer side.</p>

<p>Condemnatory - While she can be very ladylike in the presence of others when she has to be, Rosalie is known for expressing strong disapproval of others actions. She is often regarded as censorious both on and off of the battlefield, sometimes bringing others to tears with her severely critical feedback and reproachful attitude. She is often quick to judge others before getting to know them, often resulting in her being annoyed by their behavior.</p>
<p>Demanding - Somewhat spoiled from her upbringing, the young girl has a tendency to be importunate. She feels that others should work hard and meet high standards if instructed to and often expects others to heed her whims regardless of what they are. She can even be intrusive on others if they are not quick to follow her requests, following them persistently until she gets them to bend to her will.</p>
<p>Imprudent - Despite being rather tactful and strategic when it comes to business strategies, Rosalie can be very reckless when it comes to her outside life. She often does little thinking of the consequences of her actions, acting hastily and rash in certain scenarios with what she feels is right. She can beheedless in the face of danger at times, often acting without taking advice from others around her. This is especially true when she speaks to someone as her thoughtless words can usually upset others without her knowing.</p>
<p>Venomous - Often doubtful of if she can truly prove herself to be a worthy contender, Rosalie can sometimes be filled with an intense amount of spite. She can be overly malicious to others, nearly vindictive in some cases. Her antagonistic behavior makes it difficult for others to get along with her initially as she is quicker to argue with you than have a pleasant conversation. She can be seen as a bit of a sore loser as well, sometimes being very bitter when trainers are able to defeat her and more onto another elite.</p>
