  1. To help in learning to half project, which is a far more effective method of assessing a situation than fully leaving the body, I'm beginning you with a similar form of remote viewing. This will help to teach you how to split you consciousness in half, being aware of both your physical and astral bodies at once.
  2.
  3.
  4. Here are two books that are worth a read in regard to projection:

  8. I suggest you download and at the very least scan through them.

  12. Remote Viewing:
  13.
  14. Prerequisites:
  15. Meditative state
  16. Concentration
  17.
  18. 1. The first task will be to seat yourself wherever you'd like and get into a nice, cozy meditative state. Clear your mind.
  19.
  20. Once you've accomplished this, your task will be to remove your mind -rather, your nonphysical body- while still remaining conscious of your physical body, and have a look around your home. Imagine yourself walking through as if you were doing so physically. Note the positions of things and any specifics that you can.
  21. Now, I'm sure you're going to say that this is all from memory, and perhaps a good bit is, but do it regardless.
  22. It's practice.
  23.
  24. When you've finished with this, go take a look around your home and see what you got right.
  25. Generally, as memory tends to fill in such things, you will have gotten just about everything.
  26.
  27. Repeat this every day for one week.
  28.
  29.
  30.
  31. 2. The next step will be your first real test. We're moving up from practice to real-world application.
  32.
  33. Get your mind all cozy and blank again, but this time, instead of visualizing your home, visualize the home of a friend. This will be a friend's home that you've been to a few times and know the general layout of.
  34.
  35. Note EVERYTHING: the positions of things, what your friend is doing, what room of the house is this friend in, etc.
  36. When you've finished, call this friend up and ask him/her what he/she is doing.
  37. Compare what you saw to what was actually happening.
  38.
  39. Repeat this every day, if possible, for one week.
  40.
  41.
  42.
  43.
  44. 3. Now, we're going to move onto the big guns.
  45.
  46. This step will include the same meditative state as above, however, this time, you'll be viewing a public place.
  47.
  48. This will be a place you can walk or drive to with relative ease: A coffeeshop, a clothing store, etc.
  49.
  50. Make note of the people there, their positions, what they're doing, etc. Try to take in as much detail as possible.
  51.
  52. When you're finished, go to this place, and see how you did.
  53.
  54. Repeat this as many times as needed.
  55.
  56.
  57.
  58.
  59. And there you have it, three simple tasks to help you fine-tune your remote viewing abilities.
  60. Have fun!
