*Skills:
-Ice Spear with GMP, Cold Penetration, Increased Crit Multi, and either Pierce or Increased Crit Strikes.
-Discipline, Grace and Clarity with Reduced Mana socketed in an Alpha's Howl.
-Enfeeble with Empower, Enhance and Reduced Mana

*Gear:
-Uniques needed - Alpha's Howl
-Uniques wanted - One of 3 shields; Rathpith Globe, Saffell's Frame or Aegis Aurora. Stone of Lazhwar and Rainbowstride are nice pickups to go with those shields. Cloak of Defiance lets you spec out of MoM and save points, it's also pretty good in general.
-Rolls you want (in order of priority) - Life/both ES rolls (about equally good), Chaos resist, Evasion, other Resists (you 26% all resists for free from passives which helps a lot), Crit Multi, Crit Chance, Mana

*Strengths: Incredibly tanky in every aspect, Ice Spear is very safe, damage is bonkers for a spell and you'll almost always crit letting you freeze the shit out of everything
*Weaknesses: Can't do no regen maps. AoE mob clear is mediocre unless you use Pierce. Mana pool is a major concern in the build, reserving all 3 auras is really difficult midgame and you want enough left over to cast spells and effectively use MoM.


Something to note: If you've never played a hybrid character before, you have to treat it differently than any life or CI with Ghost Reaver character you've played. You have no leech, and while your life isn't really low by any means, your emergency flasks have slightly less to work with once your ES is down.
Oh, and Freezing Pulse is for shitters, Ice Spear does fucking everything you want.
