- b. You are responsible for banning users that are troublesome to the server.
- 2. An admin will not interfere with this responsibility, unless certain conditions arise:
- a. Nobody with RCon access has been on the server for a long time, and could benefit with a
- settings tweak or a punished user.
- b. You request assistance with your server.
- c. You/a user has evaded a ban and/or is breaking Master Server or TSPG rules. Visit
- http://allfearthesentinel.net/rcon for TSPG rules and
- https://zandronum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=774 for Master Server rules.
- 3. The server may be taken down if the following conditions arise:
- a. The server crashes. (It will shut down automatically)
- b. The server contains a recently banned wad.
- c. The server has wads added that are furiously using resources for whatever reason.
- d. The server owner was banned.
- e. The server's name or content is illegal, inappropriate, flaming, or otherwise offensive.

- resolution.

- a. you or an authority requests its deletion with a justifiable reason.
- b. we need to delete it.
- c. The service permanently terminates or a hard disk fail arises.
- 5. We will never put anything in front of judgement, including but not limited to:
- a. Friendships.
- b. Money.
- c. Drama.
- d. Threats.
- =Service Termination Policy=
- In the event that the service must be brought down for extended periods of time for any reason
- or you are removed from the service:
- 1. You have the right to access your logs if they still exist.
- 2. You have the right to know why your access to the service was terminated.
- 3. We take no responsibility for any loss that arises from the termination of the service.
- 4. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the service for any reason at any time temporarily
- or indefinitely.
- 5. You have the right to appeal one time, per punishment, should you believe a punishment or an
- action on an administrator's behalf was unnecessary or unwarranted. You can create a ticket
- here: https://thesentinel.allfearthesentinel.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/create/3
- We will also uphold the following ban policy, in terms of a three-strike system with a warning:
- - A warning.
- - First strike = 1 Week
- - Second strike = 1 Month
- - Third Strike = 6 Months
- - Anything following = Forever
- 1. A warning is treated as a user being notified, or a server being taken down. Constant neglect
- of the policy will result in a strike being issues to the user.
- a. If the strike is on grounds of the User Hosting Policy, the user will be disallowed from
- hosting for the time period specified.
- b. If the strike is on grounds of the User Player Policy, the user will be disallowed from
- hosting and playing for the time period specified.
- c. In the case that the user gains a strike in one policy and then the other each strike is
- accumulative of one another and takes from the punishment of the most recently inflicted strike.
- Therefore, taking a strike in the Hosting policy after a strike in the Player Policy upholds the
- aforementioned 1.a. regarding disallowing Hosting only.
- d. Strikes based off of select contexts in the policy will be given immediately with no
- warning. these include:
- i. Player Policy section 1.c. and 1.d. issues an immediate third-strike and notification to
- the Master Server staff.
- ii. Hosting Policy section 3.e. issues an immediate first-strike and notification to the
- Master Server staff.
- ii. Administrative Policy sections 1 and 2 issue an immediate first-strike.
- 2. For strikes applied via the administration policy, the staff member in question will be
- dismissed for the select period of time, when:
- a. A staff vote of at least 2/3 agrees that the dismissal is justified, and
- b. The staff member in question has no vote.
- This policy may be changed at any time without prior notice. By using our service, you agree to
- the aforementioned policy. If you do not agree to this policy, you may terminate your usage of
- hosting service, as this policy applies to you, the user, using the hosting service (Not as a
- player) while using said service.
- Thank you for reading, we hope you enjoy your games on The Sentinel's Playground.
