19:07 Alexey Ab.: Yes, perhaps that is so; propagation is not possible to predict as you know, so this is the most likely reason.
19:08 Alexey Ab.: Now, for your question regarding the new account.
19:09 Alexey Ab.: First of all, you need to sign up for that account - for this, you can just log out and sign up as normal.
19:10 Alexey Ab.: To get the domains from your old account to this new one, you will need the username of your new account, and the Push Authorization code from your new account, which you can find here - https://manage.www.namecheap.com/myaccount/modify-profile-pushsettings.aspx
19:11 Alexey Ab.: Once the new account is created and you have the username/code of it, you can log out and log back in to your old account. Then, go to your Manage Domains list, and click on the domain name you need to push to the new account.
