 * Added "SYNTH" button for BL-303-1, BL-303-2 and MPL-185 to access the synth engine panel
 * Added an independent volume knob per oscillator

 * Added frequency modulation (osc 1 is carrier, osc 2 is modulator)
 * Fixed a bug slightly changing the frequency when the synth view was opened
