i. Canon role-placement is operated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
ii. Room world-state decisions will be up to our Warden, Hawke, and Inquisitor, but keep in mind that no decisions concerning anyone else can be made without their consent.
iii. Any official room-roleplay will be post-Inquisition by default.  Dead characters [Duncan, King Cailan, Carver, et cetera] will not be available to roleplay unless especially requested.  Characters who may be killed by a player-character are readily available [i.e. Jowan.]
iv. Doubles of any character are allowed to roam about and roleplay with anyone individually, but they will not be able to participate in official room-roleplay.  This is merely to preserve the room's world-state and avoid confusion.
v. If there is a character not listed here whom you would like to roleplay, just contact either of the admins or mods, and we will set about adding you.  The same goes for character reservation.  A reservation will expire after three days.
vi. You are welcome to have two names in the roster.  As long as the admin knows that both names are yours [just to enforce the limit], then your identity does not have to be shared with anyone else unless you will it.  Above all else, you are /safe/ here.
vii. I'm allotting six warden origins in total.  Once you take a warden's role, then the opposite gender will no longer be playable.  The same applies to Inquisition origins.
viii. If your character is canonically bisexual but you only prefer one sex, then please note that in your profile.  If you want to make your canonically straight character bisexual, then go for it.  I have better things to do with my time than police YOUR character's sexuality.
ix. After you take a role on the roster, I will give you an entire two weeks until I deem you uninterested or inactive /unless/ you tell me in advance that something has happened.  Please be courteous about this.  Role-hording is unfair to the room as well as the people who would take that role up and be active with it.
