1. Yep... I'm living in the US. XD But ahh alright! I think I can remember how it goes over where you are. XD
2.
3. ALSO
4. Alsoalso
5. I do sincerely apologize for the two-three month late reply ;D My life has been super busy and full of school and moving and crap- I've moved about two times this summer and I'll be moving once more later this year ;D Fun.
6. I promise I didn't forget ahh it was always at the back of my mind that I needed to reply to this, I just didn't have all the time, I apologize ;o;
7.
8. Ooh yussss they're hella ;v; I'm quite fond of 'em. But dang that's awesome you've got a disk for them all ;v; And ah I bet there is much nostalgia. XD And ahhh yesss I need to listen to them more in all honesty, it's been a while ;D I've been listening to more stuff like Shinedown and Saint Asonia lately to be honest. But alright! ;v; I do hope you like/liked them.
9.
10. Ah my mind can be like that I do suppose, I'm more on the side of "I constantly want to be awake to work on art or play games" and whatnots. I stay up more on weekends and holidays as well, pff, screw sleep, right? XD I definitely do understand all of that though, I get where you're coming from.
11.
12. Exactly! You couldn't have worded that better ;v; It's most definitely like that. Vent art is the reason I'm still alive and healthy tbh ;D But a good reminder indeed. But ahh that's all interesting I'd say, definitely a change from how everything was before though! I hope it'll end up being alright and a good transition all in all ;u; I can't wait to see more of your art. (Even if I've seen a lot of it already ;D You're one of the artists I keep myself up-to-date on. X3)
13.
14. Ahh I see.. well, modern society is pretty shitty already as is, and I guess the art world was not left alone ;D It sucks but most of me is thinking "Ah, well, what can you do?" Most people are so headstrong these days and won't listen to a word spoken from another person, they're so damn snobby and constantly think they're right. But ah yes I'd love to see someone's reaction to you questioning them tbh, most people can't see that it's rude. I think, in all honesty, people don't respect artists as much as way long ago whenever people had common sense. There was a time a few months back when I posted some of my art on a social media because hey, I like to share it, but the first comment I got was "Are you poor? Do you need food?" Like.. goddam, those comments. >-> But what boggled my mind about them? I went to look at their account and they posted a webcomic. Like? webcomics are drawn? By an artist? It's so confusing, but they didn't respond when I called them out on it. (Ah wow I just realized this is off-topic about the comparing characters thing, my mind kinda just trailed to general things about art and society ;D) And ah yeah.. I've seen it everywhere in the big and small names, more often the big though. //shrug
15. It's a dumb trend, that's what I'll say. Every character is incredibly distinct and unique from one another in my opinion, especially because the individual created it themselves. I'm just glad there's a lovely group of people here on dA That kinda go with "This is wrong, this is bad, if you say this it's offensive or if you use my artwork in a role play without permission that's not okay" etc. etc.. I honestly haven't seen too much of the bad on dA since for the most part I stick around the good people (Like you, Grypwolf, Blood, Velkss, etc. etc., you're all wonderful artists and people in so many ways c: ) but yeah. It comes up every once in a while though, and it's annoying as hell.
16.
17. Ah yes I see your idea in that paragraph! You're absolutely right, if you sit and do nothing, well, nothing at all is gonna happen. As for the ranting/venting part, I'd say, if you have a problem with it just ignore it. Don't say anything at all, just move by it and get the fuck over it, the person never had any obligation to comment on it. Artists have every right to vent and rant, because, as you said, that's how you're gonna get it through peoples' heads. You've a good way of perceiving all of that. X3 And ahhhh yesss the gay marriage thing, the only way it was accomplished was because we sat and worked towards it, we didn't just stare at a wall and hope nothing bad happened. The only way change for the better is going to happen is if action is taken, even if that means posting a journal on here or making a nation-wide announcement. Anything to get it out there. And I don't think it was a weird comparison X3 But yesss good ideas all over the place indeed, I honestly admire you for your ways of thinking. c:
18.
19. Yess I agree, I think they will come up with stupid ways to troll. They already do a ton all the time because they think they're cool and funny ;D But you're right, slowly, generation after generation, they're all losing common sense, and I'd like to say because of technology. My little brother bawl his eyes out if he can't have his iPad at dinner or in the car, It's ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. Who needs entertainment to focus on eating? Like, sure, take some food and a beverage to your computer, that's fine, but if you're eating with more than one person? At least pay attention to them- and if you're a little tiny person, they should be focusing on eating rather than watching whatever is on the screen in front of them. When I was a young'un I was out running about and getting snail shells stuck in my fingers and playing outside with my neighbor's dogs, going to parks, just going outside. While, I will admit I still for the most part sit on the computer nowadays, I have the common sense to know I shouldn't be having technology when I'm around other people- and if possible I'll try to get outside, but I do mostly prefer sitting inside and drawing.
20.
21. Yeahhhh you're very right about that ;D It's so much easier to be an asshole online because you're not there to see the face of the person you're insulting. It's awful. I have been told to kill myself plenty of times, I've been called a faggot, all because I mostly draw canines. //shrug, It's a stupid thing, but I've kinda learned to not let it get to me. It's still horrid behavior though.. What matters most to me is others' happiness. As long as someone is happy about themselves, don't bash it. Never. It'll ruin them. I'd slightly be able to know since I got my hair cut super short during the summer (dad took me) and my mom was upset because she thought it looked bad. She still thinks it does, actually, but I've kinda learned to not give a shit about what she thinks because I'm pleased with myself, I like my face a whole lot more now and I'm confident. I don't want to let her get to me, so I'll try to not. However, I'd probably feel a ton worse if someone insulted my passion for art. I feel very strongly about it and it's my entire life- I draw whenever possible, even if it's just a quick sketch of an eye. If someone bashed me for my art I'd probably actually fight back and ask them how they'd like it if I bashed their passion. Bah, it's a long line of stuff. XD Although, a few days back a 'friend' of mine said I waste my time on the computer with my 'stupid' drawings. That stung. But, I've accepted the fact I am surrounded by snobby assholes who think they know absolutely everything front and back. It's dumb. Just dumb.
22.
23. Ahhhhh, really? I haven't seen any honestly but.. that's dumb. DeviantArt is absolutely not childish- it does have children who sit and troll, yes, but I've seen with my own eyes real talented artists who've been around for a super long time- you for example. But, apparently the ignorant immature modern generation somehow holds the word for it all over the Internet. It's disgusting. This place is quite honestly the only real place I've got to post my art out there, and it does suck that it's got such a bad name.. Pff, I really wish I was here way back when it was good. //although back then I didn't draw so much and it was terrible looking in my opinion.
24.
25. yES it needs to be a thing now, people who give a shit. It's a wonderful slogan XD
26. It does sound nice indeed.
27.
28. Bah, don't be jealous XD I'm sure you will be able to catch up in no time and get wonderful opportunities ;v; I'm excited though, I've just started and my band is huge. 50 students all in all. I'm also thinking about going into my school's Jazz band for a change, I'll also get to play in a lot of concerts being in the band. Ahh music and drawing are the two things I'm not afraid to go out and take opportunities for. X3
29. Pff, you're good at what you do ;v; Your designing and drawings of Urban cities are wonderfully intricate and very admirable.
30.
31. Ahh okie dokie, then we're good here XD It's nice to have someone who will sit and chat with me endlessly on things when someone else would get iffy and just stop responding all in all XD I'll never mind it, long conversations are nice.
32.
33. Ahh alright.. ;v;
34. Oh man, really? Mm that kinda sucks, but I guess people are always quick to make inferences without having further gotten to know about it... and, there are several younger people who're introverted and prefer to do their own things. Then, there are the others who're super extroverted and constantly participating in everything. I think that's becoming more understood today, but not well enough.. :T But ahh yes, weird habits, we all get those XD I'm sure I freak some people out as well, I'm not what you'd call normal. I've been called weird plenty of times to my face, I've kinda just learned to brush past it. Mmmm yesss doing the thing where you sit and convince yourself you have something but you very well may not is a common habit of mine ;D But from what I've heard, you've come very far and that's pretty awesome ;v;
35. Ohhh I'm sorry about the pains though ;o; I hope they're better now though, after a few months? (I understand being worried about it though ahha have I already told you I've though I had cancer before when I was really just constipated? XD) But you are very right, we all have our fears and such. (I'm sorry if I go way off onto talking more about me, I promise I don't mean to ;D it's a bad habit, I just guess I'm trying to relate and all. Trust me, I completely listen and try to understand what you say about yourself XD)
36.
37. Yussss he did indeed do so X3 Ahh your childhood sounds nice and neat to look back on tbh ;v; That sounds just awesome, having dads that'll sit and play games with you or draw with you is wonderful. Ah... childhood.. the days when you thought life was wonderful and happy and full of video games and friends and food. Then, you grow up and it ruins it all. XD //that was so off topic omf I apologize bUT anyways ahh the Nintendo and PlayStation are such awesome things omg yess I'm glad I got to grow up with them. I can easily remember playing Harvest Moon on my PS2 (still have it and it runs nicely I'm never gonna give it away ;D I also still have my N64 and Ocarina of Time. X3) I missss the days when I didn't have responsibility. ;D And ohhh yess I love it when a game has these fantastic characters and this plot you get so hooked into, it's fantastic.
38.
39. Ahh yess the atmosphere.. it's a special game, and I watched my dad play it a ton as a child. (Now I'm playing it and I kinda stopped on the 10th colossus, not sure why, but I'll get to it eventually ;D) Ahh yess, it does seem like your type of game, from what I can tell. X3
40. oMG YES I WANT THE LAST GUARDIAN SO BAd it looks so freaking cool yessss yess I think they're releasing it next year? Hff I want it so bad.
41.
42. Oh yesss I see, and indeed they're tear-pulling. It's just.. ahh my life has always revolved around movies and games and their worlds. They can really put a toll on you and change you for good ;v; Yess the animationssss just all of it. Sitting here replying to this is causing so many childhood memories ahh oh how I miss those days.
43.
44. Y E S IT'S BRILLIANT and aw, those seem like neat memories to have, even if you didn't speak English, because, as you said, you were 8 X3 I kinda have a few memories like that, doing something even though I didn't necessarily understand a single thing that was going on. (Like in World of Warcraft- I played it a lot as a child and I couldn't really read, I just liked the animations of the taurens and their homeland and I was trying to buy a mount even though I had no idea how much money I had or what level I had to be and was. Pff, WoW is for sure one of my favorite games to this day though.) But yess The Legend of Zelda 11/10, I have tons of memories from Ocarina of Time and Windwaker. ;u; I never got around to Majora's Mask but I bet it's awesome omf, the other games are already badass as is.
45.
46. Yessss do itttt I freaking love it, it's a hella badass show.
47.
48. Omfg yess <3 I've always been fond of My Neighbor Totoro, Howl's Moving Castle, Kiki's Delivery Service, Castle in the Sky, and Ponyo. Ahh I really need to watch Spirited Away though, believe it or not I've yet to watch that one ;D I really need to pff I've loved all the others I've seen.
49. It's my pleasure! I wanna see all of your works my friend, you're very creative ;w; But ahh yesss good plans you have/did have, focusing on fewer things will definitely result in more productivity to those X3 That's good! You are for sure going in an excellent direction ;u; Keep it up, okay? I absolutely love your works ahh you've no idea XD and oh yess those games and movies and stories were how I started with my creativity into my characters and all that jazz X3 It's amazing how inspiring one movie can be ;w; We'd be lost without it all!
50.
51. Ahh yess- and oh man, from what I can tell your house is a lot louder than mine- or, was mine. //shrug, but ahh wow XD It's amusing to hear about, but if need be it's always good to see if you can fix anything, it definitely makes for better sleep. X3 Although, for some reason a creakier house sounds super appealing to me..? I'm not sure XP yesss loud noises, cats do that in the middle of the night when you're trying to sleep but they want attention.
52.
53. Indeed ;v; Ahh yes.. aha, well, funny enough, just last week I got my first dog ;D Mom bought her for over $600, she's a Shih Tzu Yorkshire Terrier mix, only ten weeks old now ;v; She's a sweet lil' thing though, a lot more to maintain than a cat however. XD But give them the best life you can and you're good to go. ;v; Indeed they are easier to maintain. XD
54. Ahh, it's fine ;v; While it was.. of course, not the greatest way to pass, she had a good life ;v; We spoiled her. It's very bad luck indeed though..
55.
56. Omg do ittt I want to see all of what you do ;v; Raptorssss I want to draw some. XD I'd love to try drawing a dinosaur for once ahh, I just need a good day when I have the patience for each individual scale.
57.
58. Yes! I do agree! I've enjoyed it despite the fact I didn't respond for two-three months ;D I cannot tell you how sorry I am though e-e You just take all the time you need, alright?
