i would have thought:

c:\ffmpeg\ffmpeg.exe -i A001C001_120507_R2F8.mov -ss 02:29:04.200 -t 00:00:01.000 test.%05d.dpx

would output 1 second in dpx frames

but, instead, i get:

Output file is empty, nothing was encoded (check -ss / -t / -frames parameters if used)
