She is an 'imperial agent', specifically a representative of the empire tasked with wrangling in the section of space known as the CSA.

She is known as Agent Acklay.

 She is a devaronian, who while usually do not grow horns, she more or less sprouted it out of pure hatred - causing the normal tiny bumps on female devaronian heads to sprout into male-sized horns.

She heralds from Felucia, where she had grown up on as a result of her unknown parents yacht crashing on the planet. Barely surviving, she began to thrive in the cruel, dangerous jungle environment. Learning the ebs and flows of the force naturally, then recovered a lightsaber near the wreck of a withered, rusted AT-TE.

Eventually she stowed herself a way off world on a nysillin merchant ship, was caught by an imperial customs agent and brought into the spy networks of the Galactic Empire. Used when a great amount of brute force needed, she is more or less a living weapon flung at any problem and smashes it until it is solved. She has a penchant for head-butting her opponents as well as prolonging combat by physically punching or kicking. I imagine she isn't considered a real threat to any of the force users (e.g. vader or sidious) or 'true' inquisitors due to the fact that she is very short-sighted and easily manipulated
