  3. Double QCF+A: "Shine on, Crazy Diamonds!" (Mondo hops on his motorcycles and speeds offscreen, flinging the opponent into the air as he passes them before returning a moment later with the rest of his gang to run them down with a herd of motorcycles)

  5. Double QCF+B: "Lights out!" (Mondo cracks his knuckles and pulls his fist back dramatically before releasing a punch that carries him forwards a good distance and delivers a crushing blow to the opponent. Applies "knocked out" (shocked) status on hit)

  7. Double QCF+C: "Quit f*ckin' around!" (Mondo grabs the opponent by the neck as he did Monokuma before flinging them against the wall so hard that they bounce off, fly full screen and bounce off the other wall as well)

  9. Despairing Execution: "The Cage of Death" (Mondo knocks the opponent out and tosses them into a spiked spherical motorcycle cage. The cage is electrified, waking the opponent up before Mondo rides his bike round and round it, causing the opponent to riccochet around the cage until Mondo leaps off of his bike dramatically to deliver the finishing blow via pickaxe to the skull)

  13. Double QCF+A: "No running in the halls!" (Taka performs a leaping tackle with grab properties. If it connects, he slams the opponent to the ground and begins to spout off a series of rules that form speech bubbles and damage the opponent before kicking them away)

  15. Double QCF+B: "Respect the rules!" (Taka shouts out a large "OSU!" that forms into a massive speech bubble before flying across the screen and striking the opponent)

  17. Double QFC+C: "Call me... Kiyondo Ishida!" (Taka transforms into Kiyondo, releasing a burst of flaming energy that sends the opponent flying. The transformation lasts for 10 seconds and increases the power and speed of all his moves)

  19. Despairing Execution: Inauguration Day (Taka tossed the opponen onto a fancy float, and begins waving to a cheering crowd of Monokuma. Crosshairs focus on the disoriented opponent, before they are delivered a fatal shot to the heart by Taka)

  25. Double QCF+B: "Upgrading hardware!" (Chihiro tinkers with his laptop and increase Alter Ego's "AI Level." The higher the level, the more powerful and complex Alter Ego's attacks will be)

  27. Double QCF+C: "Help me! Alter Ego!" (Chihiro uses Alter Ego to hack into the machine gun that guards the change rooms and riddles the opponent with bullets. The damage and rate of fire increases with Alter Ego's AI Level)

  29. Despairng Execution: "Game Over" (Chihiro usee Alter Ego to turn the opponent into an 8-bit version of themself and transport them into a video game in which they get overwhelmed by a swarm of 8-bit Chihiros)

  33. Double QCF+A: "Holy Spear Gugnir!" (Junko kicks the opponent away and snaps her fingers, causing several spears to materialize around them before running them through)

  37. Double QCF+C: "MonoMono Madness!" (A giant MonoMono Machine appears behind Junko, and a wave of Monokuma comes spilling out, dealing damage to the opponent. The wave OTGs on hit)

  39. Despairing Execution: "Blast Off!!" (Junko kicks the opponent into a rocket that exits the atmosphere before crashing back down to earth, reducing the opponent to a skeleton)

  45. Double QCF+B: "Stupidstupidstupidstupidstupid!" (Leon rushes forward and strikes the opponent with the gold sword, then shanks them with a screwdriver, before finishing them with a mighty stab from a butcher's knife)

  47. Double QCF+C: "The only way I know how..." (Leon pitches a flaming projectile at the opponent that ingnites them on hit. Comes out fast & hits hard, but missing or whiffing will result in the infliction of the "despair" status)

  49. Despairing Execution: "1000 Strikes" (Leon straps the opponent to a post and fires up a pitching machine, before using his bat to bombard them with countless hit baseballs)

  51. Sayaka Maizono:

  53. Double QCF+A: "I'm psychic!" (Sayaka enters a buffed state in which she autmatically guards against any moved for a short period of time)

  55. Double QCF+B: "Gwaaaah!" (Sayaka snaps and lunges at the opponent. If they are grabbed, the opponent is forced to the floor while Sayaka straddles their body and repeatedly stabs them with a kitchen knife)
  56.  
  57. Double QCF+C: "I'm an idol, y'know!" (It's basically just Rise's rhythm game super)
  58.  
  59. Despairing Execution: "Showstopper" (Sayaka summons a large bear-trap like stage from beneath the opponent. She then sings a requiem, causing a gauge next to the stage to fill up. Upon reaching full charge, the stage snaps shut, crushing the opponent)
  60.  
  61. Hifumi Yamada:

  63. Double QCF+A: "Help me, Justice Robo!" (Justice Robo appears in front of Hifumi and delivers a series of increasingly strong blows with the Justice Hammers. The first hit staggers, and the last hit groundbounces)

  65. Double QCF+B: "Tea for m'lady!" (Hifumi dashes forward while carrying a tray of milk tea before tripping and spilling the scalding tea all over the opponent. Ignites on hit and deals heavy chip damage on block)
  66.  
  67. Double QCF+C: "Justice Hammertoss!" (Hifumi swings his Justice Hammer around wildly in a circle before tossing it in an arc. An opponent caught in the spin will be carried with the hammer as it flies)
  68.  
  69. Despairing Execution: "It's just like one of my Japanese Animes!" (Hifumi boards the Justice Robo, which has grown to a humungous size, and vaporizes the opponent with a massive laser)
  70.  
  71. Mukuro Ikusaba:

  73. Double QCF+A: "Reloading!" (Mukuro unloads any bullets she has into the opponent before fully reloading. If the player has no bullets, then it will simply reload)

  75. Double QCF+B: "Flechette Storm!" (Air-only. Mukuro throws a wave of knife in a downward spread)

  77. Double QCF+C: "This wasn't supposed to happen..." (Mukuro throws a string of grenades at the opponent. If the attack connects, then only the first grenade explodes and deals damage. If the attack is blocked, then the entire string explodes and locks the opponent in a guarding state after Mukuro has gained her mobility)

  79. Despairing Execution: "Pride of Fenrir!" (Mukuro unloads every weapon she has on the opponent before blowing them to smithereens with a Monokuma-shaped RPG shot)

  81. Toko Fukawa:

  83. Double QCF+A: "Genocide Jack is in the hoooooouse!" (Jack performs a series of wild slashes with her scissors, eviscerating the opponent. This attack switches Toko to her "Genocider" stance after its completion)

  85. Double QCF+B: "My puncturing presentation!" (Can only be performed in the Genocider stance. Jack dashes forward and grabs her opponent, travelling with them in tow until she reaches a wall, at which point she crucifies them with scissor. This move puts the opponent into a "wallstick" stance after completion)

  87. Double QCF+C: "G-get away from me!" (Can only be performed in the Author stance. Toko forcefully shoves the opponent, causing them to wallbounce into a fiery aura of anger that envelops her. Contact with the aura ignites)

  89. Despairing Execution: "Flatliner" (Toko enters her Genocide Jack persona and jumps atop a roller, which she moves forward by cartoonishly running on it until the opponent has been flattened into paper)

  91. Celestia Ludenberg:

  93. Double QCF+A: "Do you feel lucky?" (Three slots appear above Celeste's head, which must be manually stopped by presses of A, B and C. Lining up three of the same icons in a row causes a massive pile of gold coins to shower down on the opponent, crushing them and dealing damage. The shower OTGs on hit)

  95. Double QCF+B: "YOU UNCULTURED SWINE!" (Celeste becomes enraged and slashes at the opponent with her clawed finger)
  96.  
  97. Double QCF+C: "High Roller" (Celeste produces two dice from her pocket, which grow to an enormous size and roll across the ground, crushing the opponent)
  98.  
  99. Despairing Execution: "The Burning of the Versailles Witch" (Celeste ties the opponent to a burning stake and climbs aboard the side of a fire truck, which rams into the opponent and flattens them. She then disembarks and dusts herself off)

  101. Yasuhiro Hagakure:

  103. Double QCF+A: "My predictions are 30% accurate!" (Hiro looks into his crystal ball and gasps, before a random object that he "predicted" falls from the sky on top of the opponent. The more times in a match this super is used, the more powerful it will become)

  105. Double QCF+B: "OH NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" (Hiro becomes frightened and adrenaline-charged, which increases his movement and attacking speed significantly for a short period of time)
  106.  
  107. Double QCF+C: "I didn't mean to!" (Hiro picks up a Monokuma bottle and smashes it over the opponent's head, crumpling them. The bottle produces a random chess piece, which can be picked up to recover some super meter)
  108.  
  109. Despairing Execution: "Door Number 3" (Hiro vanishes and three doors appears in his place. The opponent attempts to enter one, only for it to grow a fanged mouth and devour them whole)
  110.  
  111. Byakuya Togami:

  113. Double QCF+A: "Let's make this game more interesting..." (A counter super. Byakuya assumes a mocking pose. If struck by an opponent, he dodges backward before producing an extension cord with which he binds the opponent and then hangs them by their neck)

  115. Double QCF+B: "Mere pocket change!" (Byakuya snaps his fingers, causing wads of bills to pile up beneath the opponent, striking them from below. A good anti-air super)
  116.  
  117. Double QCF+C: "A game-changer!" (Byakuya takes a bite out of a chicken wing and assumes his appearance from DR2. This temporarily increases his attack power, but also his hitbox)
  118.  
  119. Despairing Execution: "Hard Times" (Byakuya kicks the opponent through a door, which causes them to land on a street corner amidst a harsh winter environment. Byakuya then throws coins at the opponent at an increasing speed until they are effectively stoned to death)
  120.  
  121. Sakura Ogami:

  123. Double QCF+A: "HOW DARE YOU?!" (Sakura becomes enraged and delivers a punishing flurry of "ORAORAORAORA"-style punches to the opponent before finishing with a powerful kick that wallbounces them)

  125. Double QCF+B: "I'm through with being a slave!" (Sakura delivers a mighty flying kick diagonally upwards. An effective anti-air super)
  126.  
  127. Double QCF+C: "My final will..." (Sakura throws a vial at the opponent with explodes into a volatile yellow powder. Inflicts poison upon impact)
  128.  
  129. Despairing Execution: "The Last Stand" (Sakura begins moving so fast that she creates hundreds of afterimages of herself which all surround the opponent. The afterimages all dive at the opponent, burying them under a sea of Sakuras)

  131. Aoi Asahina:

  133. Double QCF+A: "Swimma down now!" (Hina "swims" forward through the air, plowing through any opponent in her path)
  134.  
  135. Double QCF+B: "What Sakura would've wanted..." (The ghost of Sakura appears beside Hina and performs a combo of punches and kicks, which Hina imitates. She merges with the spirit for the final blow, which wallbounces the opponent)
  136.  
  137. Double QCF+C: "I'm a donut nut!" (Hina chows down on a donut, which grants her slowly-regenerating health)
  138.  
  139. Despairing Execution: "Disappearing Act" (Hina throws the opponent into a tank full of sharks and then places a curtain over the tank. when she throws off the curtain, the opponent has vanished and the water has gone red with blood)

  141. Kyoko Kirigiri:

  143. Double QCF+A: "Let's show them some logic." (A counter super. Kyoko assumes a thinking pose. If struck, she blocks the blow and counters by firing a Truth Bullet into the enemy, sending them flying away)

  145. Double QCF+B: "You have no idea what I'm capable of." (Kyoko swings a bundle of iron arrows at the opponent. If the blow connects, then the arrows split apart and rain down on the opponent, dealing damage and locking them in place for a short period of time)

  147. Double QCF+C: "Incoming." (Air-only. Kyoko rides a trash bag to the ground, dealing damage to anyone it touches)
  148.  
  149. Despairing Execution: "Detention" (Kyoko knocks the opponent onto a conveyor belt and begins to lecture them until they are pulled beneath a gigantic crusher, which splatters them)
  150.  
  151. Makoto Naegi:

  153. Double QCF+A: "No, that's wrong!" (Makoto fires a truth bullet at the opponent, piercing and crumpling them)
  154.  
  155. Double QCF+B: "Bullet Time Battle!" (Makoto fires several truth bullets at the opponent whose movements sync up to on-screen rhythm markers. If the button is pressed in time with the beat, then the attack deals additional damage)
  156.  
  157. Double QCF+C: "Hope will never die!!" (Makoto pumps himself up, which heals a portion of his HP)
  158.  
  159. Despairing Execution: "The Ultimate Hope" (Makoto delivers a rousing speech before firing a massive truth bullet emblazoned with "HOPE" at the opponent, fatally piercing them)
