  3. Blister was first banned when he joined the site and started throwing games under the username Blastoise87.
  4. After a while he was unbanned (according to mods at the time his vios had expired but I think that's a lie)
  5. He then made the account named Blister and started throwing again to once again get banned for the second time.
  6. He then continuously bypassed under different alt accounts such as "Mirasical".

  12. He then broke his leash several times but was never rebanned for doing so -

  50. He probably has a bunch of other active vios on unknown secret alts + deleted accounts (since the blister account self deleted along with alts Michael + Gay)

  52. Regardless of all his deleted accounts, the user should be doing 7 months for cheating + bypassing.
  53. Yet he was unbanned 6 months early despite showing no behaviour of reforming (he received a HC vio 2 days prior to being unbanned)
