  1. I was reading this article a few Weeks ago and it is about The whole crew of BBC's Top Gear were forced to flee out of Argentinia while filming there for a "Top Gear Special".
  2. The locals where provoked by the License Plate "H982 FKL", wich is reffering to the Falklands War in 1982.
  3. The bbc approved to leave Argentinia, but they said the license plate was a pure coincidence. (and it was one)
  4. The executive Producer Andy Wilman explained, that the Top Gear production bought three vehicles for a upcoming series, he also said its untrue, that the car was bought on purpose with this license plate,or that the plate was a substitute.

  6. Basically, what it says is that the production team left three days earlier than they wanted to, because an angry mob made them leave their cars on the road by bombarding them with stones and bricks.

  8. Jeremy Clarkson flew into the country earlier in september to film a special eithsaw him and co-stars Richard Hammond and James May to drive the famous Patagonian highway - Route 40.
  9. Outside of the Hotel, protests were held by the show´s Stars.

  11. A BBC spokesman announced, that they are pleased, that the team is safe and would like to thank all of those who have helped.

  14. And its not the first time that the shoe encouterd some domestic Problems, In July the Office of Communications ruled that Top Gear broke broadcasting rules after Jeremy Clarkson had used a nickname for a racial group during a Top Gear special in Burma.
