Cherokee Cores are not present at 1836 start, they are added by the trail of tears decision.
Manifest Destiny is expanded to include Oklahoma, Kansas, Wyoming, and Colorado to suit Mexico's corrected borders. California's cores are also added in this decision.

Removed life rating increase from 'Founding Seattle' event and added appropriate renaming of other provinces in the region as well.
Added an event for the US to demand more logical borders if they successfully annex all of Columbia and Alaska.
