tsukemen tonkotsu soba

Hello its Kinoshita Yuka
Today I bought chinese soba with rich pork and chilled dipping sauce noodle dish
hiyashi tsukemein is nice in the summer isn't it? (cold noodles with dipping sauce) the price was 480 Yen and I bought 3 of them today.
it has char siu pork and green onion on it. it also contains the yuzu citrus as well its the yellow thing can you see it?
alright I take this off and in the black thing I put the toppings on it and then add soup... oooh its a thick soup!! its a tonkotsu pork style... oh wait come to think of it I don't think I've ever had a tonkotsu tsukemein before
ooh it looks so rich
now on the noodles I add this liquid to loosen it?

the soup tastes so much like tonkotsu with a deep and rich flavor so good.. I love it
the noodles are nice and thick with a great mouthfeel and here is a char siu pork
mmm its good but.... its a bit bland maybe?
with the soup being so thick and rich it really sticks to the noodles making everything bite real delicious
so I can add hot water to this tonkotsu and make a soup out of it... I'm so happy
whenever I order this dish at a Ramen shop I always order this in a size so I can add hot water to the soup and order a side of char siu in a bowl. I eat the tsukemein noodles first then I add the hot water to make it a hot soup and eat that together with a bowl full of char siu and this is one of my ways of eating.
the hot soup Itadakimasu mm its good the tsukemen sauce is a bit strong but if you dilute it with hot water if turns it nice and perfect. a nice and mellow taste

it was absolutely delicious, the noodles had a great 'toothsome' mouthfeel with a nice and thick, rich soup it really surrounded the noodles nicely and the yuzu citrus that was in it really added to the taste. the soup was great too to be able to quickly eat the noodles cold and then add the hot water and really let that warmth rejuvenate you again... its done just right
you know I'm really surprised to realize that convenience store tsukemein can be this darn good
