Based on your needs, here is what we are looking at as far as the prices go.



There are two possible scenarios (non-member prices  vs member prices)



non-member prices

-          $4 per person for reservations

-          $4 per person per hour

4 tables x 4 people = 16 people



16 people x 7 hours x 4$ per hour = $448

16 people x $4 reservations = $64



Also Note: If you are bringing equipment from the outside, and everything will have to be reorganized back to its original condition when your group leaves. We’ll have to have an extra person on clock for your event to make sure things are put back to the original condition. A $75 fee will be charged for the event to setup/restore every time you have an event.



Total Price = $448 + $64 + $75 = $587



member prices



The other scenario will be to make everyone members, for $20 per person. Which means each person would have to fill out an application ahead of time.
Each member would receive 9 hours included with the $20 membership. Once they are members, future hours will be $3 per hour vs. $4 per hour as a non-member.

In this scenario your total would be $320 + $64 + $75 = $459



·       Regarding the Monitors, we have 1080P TV’s which we use as monitors. You are welcome to use those, or you may bring your own. I would need to know how many of those you would need.

·       We would need to collect a 40% non-refundable fee to book this = $204.80, 4-days ahead of time.

·       I can send you a paypal invoice if you wish, or you may come into the store to make the payment.
