  1. [20:25] <+Kite> "Time for...after night RP time!"
  2.
  3. [20:26] <Dark> [*yawn*]
  4.
  5. [20:26] <Dark> [what ya thinking?]
  6.
  7. [20:26] <+Kite> Issac gets up before reforming is ball of fire to see what everyone else is doing. Seeing as they are sleep like predicted he pulls out a marker.
  8.
  9. [20:27] <+Kite> "I'm...not a good troll am I..."
  10.
  11. [20:28] <Dark> [ http://imagemacros.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/do_it_faggot.jpg ]
  12.
  13. [20:30] <+Kite> Issac shrugs before drawing all over everyone's faces, especially Mina for not sharing her name when everyone else did.
  14.
  15. [20:31] <+Kite> He then thinks of hiding Aurora's guns before thinking it would be smart not to risk getting shot more than he already is doing.
  16.
  17. [20:31] <Dark> "Having fun?" Lorgar calls over from his tent, still awake on his watch
  18.
  19. [20:32] <+Kite> "Yes... so much fun." Issac says suddenly sad he won't be drawing on Lorgar's face.
  20.
  21. [20:33] <Dark> "Heh"
  22.
  23. [20:35] <+Kite> "So how are you doing?" Issac says the ball of fire following after him like a pet.
  24.
  25. [20:37] <Dark> "Alright" He doesn’t look back up from the battered book he is reading "Keeping watch like I said I would"
  26.
  27. [20:38] <+Kite> "What are you reading?" He says curiously before pulling out his own book, the ball of fire acting as his light.
  28.
  29. [20:40] <Dark> "Dunno to be honest" he shrugs "Something I found in a ruin a couple of weeks ago. Looks like it used to be an information book but so many pages were taken by the passing of time it’s hard to follow"
  30.
  31. [20:42] <+Kite> "Ah... that kind of sucks... most books are I found are like that or being horded by other people..."
  32.
  33. [20:43] <Dark> "Yup"
  34.
  35. [20:43] <Dark> "What’s yours?"
  36.
  37. [20:45] <+Kite> "Oh... it's the story of the wanderers of the border. Apparently it's a place where no one frowns on people who can use magic... I want to know more about it but... most of this book is ruined."
  38.
  39. [20:46] <Dark> "mmm" He nods, glancing back up "Your magic cause you trouble from other people then?"
  40.
  41. [20:47] <+Kite> "Most people don't like mages... doesn't matter how little you can do." He says with a shrug. "Just making that ball right there is hard for me." He says pointing to the fire ball that is about twice as big as your head.
  42.
  43. [20:48] <Dark> Glancing at it then back at you Lorgar shrugs "Well at least your level headed"
  44.
  45. [20:49] <+Kite> "What does that mean?"
  46.
  47. [20:50] <Dark> He simply gives a rough chuckle and provides no more explanation
  48.
  49. [20:51] <+Kite> Issac shrugs before moving the ball of fire so he can see better by it.
  50.
  51. [20:52] <Dark> "You like the old world?" Lorgar asks again after a good few minutes, looking at the book
  52.
  53. [20:53] <+Kite> "I don't know much about it.. But I heard things were better than... so I probably would like it."
  54.
  55. [20:54] <Dark> "Well at least it was a time were people actually had a sort of...order to the world"
  56.
  57. [20:55] <+Kite> "And where not everyone was a..." Issac shuts his mouth before saying what he was going to say.
  58.
  59. [20:55] <Dark> Lorgar gives a slight smile as he guesses what you were going to say
  60.
  61. [20:58] <+Kite> Issac continues to read before sighing. "I need to get better at doing this kind of stuff." He says looking at the fire sphere.
  62.
  63. [20:58] <Dark> "What kind of stuff?"
  64.
  65. [20:59] <+Kite> "Well in my book... there is a girl with magic... with a wave of her hand she could set a whole field of enemies on fire... I can barely make a fireball my size without almost passing out..."
  66.
  67. [21:02] <Dark> "And for most times that’s a good thing" he doesn’t look up "I've been wondering these wasteland's all my life and I can say that discretion is a hundred times more beneficial then flashy powers. You set a field of men on fire...you attract the Spawn's attention"
  68.
  69. [21:03] <+Kite> "But it's not about discretion. The ability to do that is what matters. Having the power to fight off any threat that wishes to take away what you care about...that's what I want."
  70.
  71. [21:05] <Dark> "I can respect that but this isn’t a world for heroes anymore. Here you fight to survive and only help those you can without killing yourself. The age of heroes died a long time ago"
  72.
  73. [21:07] <+Kite> "Well it doesn't mean that's how it has to stay." Issac says with a shake of his head. "Even if it's just one city I want a place where people can live peacefully without worry of danger every day. A world where kids can go outside and laugh and play..."
  74.
  75. [21:09] <Dark> The chuckle he gives is dry and void of humor "A dream in the wrong time I'm afraid. This wasteland covers far as you can go and everywhere there are monsters and raiders. Clear an area of them, more just move in. I've tired"
  76.
  77. [21:10] <Dark> tried*
  78.
  79. [21:11] <+Kite> "Well there's no point of having small dreams. To pray simply for one more moment of breathe, to beg to find food to sustain yourself, to wage war against the march of death that always seeks to take you away... even if I die a fool having done nothing I'd rather try than just accepting it."
  80.
  81. [21:12] <+Kite> beside him the ball of fire shines slightly brighter before returning to normal.
  82.
  83. [21:12] <Dark> finally looking up from his book Lorgar raises an eyebrow "And where would you start building this world?"
  84.
  85. [21:14] <+Kite> "Well first I'll look for that place where everyone is thought off as equals... that sounds like the best place to start." Issac says with a nod. "And if that place doesn't exist...then I'll have to make it myself."
  86.
  87. [21:17] <Dark> Turning back to look into the distance Lorgar sighs "I've traveled this world and only heard of a place like that. I've seen laps ran by the dead where they heal travelers at a terrible cost and a warm smile and I've seen the tortured remains of the world before laid out before me"
  88.
  89. [21:18] <Dark> He points behind him "That way lays hell itself. Mahora. A festering hub of Spawn activity. You want your world. You go the other way and you keep going"
  90.
  91. [21:20] <+Kite> "Completely noted." Issac says with a nod. "I may have big dreams... but I prefer not to be an idiotic fool. Running towards big monsters won't lead to anything but trouble."
  92.
  93. [21:20] <Dark> "Good" he nods "it was idiots like that that resulted in the world we live in now"
  94.
  95. [21:23] <+Kite> "Every mistake can be undone... as long as there are people willing to fix them." Issac says after a while. "Those are the words my uncle always told me."
  96.
  97. [21:25] <Dark> "and here’s what uncle Lorgar has to say. 'You aren’t going to get anywhere in your dream if you use it as an excuse to throw your own life away'"
  98.
  99. [21:28] <+Kite> "Throwing away my life is completely against purposeful. How can I help change this place if I'm dead." Issac says with a shrug. "Now you probably will need sleep for tomorrow. I'll take the watch from here."
  100.
  101. [21:30] <Dark> He glances to his tent and shrugs "I’ve gone longer without sleep for less reasons then someone running around with a pen"
  102.
  103. [21:32] <+Kite> "Fair enough." Issac says with a shrug. "I'll get a little more sleep then."
  104.
  105. [21:33] <Dark> "Sleep well kid" he looks back to his book "I'll wake you if anything happens"
  106.
  107. [21:33] <+Kite> "Okay." He says with a yawn before going back to sleep but not before laughing at Mina's face again.
  108.
  109. [21:34] <+Kite> with a wave of his hand the ball of fire is dispersed leaving the cave dim again.
  110.
  111. [21:37] <Dark> Lorgar says nothing as you settle back down and silence falls. A time afterwards however, just as you begin to fade from wakefulness and lose your grip you can hear his voice sounding slowly from the cave in a quite song.
  112.
  113. [21:37] <Dark> As time drifts by,
  114.
  115. [21:37] <Dark> and pain drives our core,
  116.
  117. [21:37] <Dark> the true find a call to cry,
  118.
  119. [21:37] <Dark> and the lost ask what to stand for
  120.
  121. [21:37] <Dark> ..........
  122.
  123. [21:37] <Dark> when the heroes fade,
  124.
  125. [21:37] <Dark> and the new are made.
  126.
  127. [21:37] <Dark> [*******end of talk********]
