  1. Zilea Newsletter #29
  2.
  3. Let me preface this by saying that this new PC does not have my format for the other newsletters, so it is going to be a blanket text document until I set up my old PC and get the format sent this PC.

  5. So, where have I been with the newsletters? I’ve just been lazy. I think the last one was actually when I came back from Mexico which was close to a year ago.

  7. So here’s what I’ve been up to lately: I started working out a since July of 2015, mostly because I wanted to look more MACHISMO and because my girlfriend had been working out a lot and I felt awkward weighing only 150 lbs at 6’1”.
  8. Fast forward to today and I noticed that while my entire body was getting bigger, more tone, etc, I noticed my chest wasn’t changing. I was still getting really puffy nipples and when I squeezed my boobs I felt a huge chunk of fat. Turns out what I had is gynecomastia. This means I had basically nothing but breast tissue on my pecs. Yes, there was some muscle, but it was under all of the breast tissue. When I was getting bigger, all it was doing was making the breast tissue more “pushed out”.

  10. So, what’s the big announcement? After several months of researching and trying different techniques at the gym (lots and lots of cardio) to get the chest area to flat/look more muscular, I gave up. I just got my surgery yesterday for my gynecomastia. I was actually pretty scared because I heard Toweliee was in a lot of pain and I read testimonials online about it.

  12. Surprisingly… I have only felt mild discomfort since the surgery. Oh, and the surgery was cake. I didn’t even remember falling asleep, but when I woke up I was totally drugged and the nurses said I was cursing like a sailor and making them laugh. I was given so many drugs for the post-operation, and I’ve only had to take an antibacterial and a Percocet every few hours because I’m not in nearly as much pain that they thought I might be in. As for my chest now… I can look down now and not see 3 inches of breast tissue, just a flat chest  I’ll get you guys some before and after pics when I can take off the compression vest I’m wearing now.
