Stephanie : WoS version

Stephanie Golden was just an ordinary girl. She's studying Law at college, being a full-time fangirl of Flamberge, and she has a normal family.

That is, until her trip to a certain shop in the China Town.

She bought herself a cute, little necklace that have the zodiac wheel as its pendant, mostly because the nice old lady gave her a huge discount for it. The old lady said that the necklace finally founds itself a home. She just thought it looked nice on her [it really is, by the way].

Powers

Stephanie/Astrologer is capable of summoning the powers of planets based on their astrological descriptions and functions. If used correctly, her powers are basically limitless, as Astrology is believed to govern every aspect of humanity's life as a whole. But, since Stephanie is a very novice user, she would have a long journey before her until she can master this power fully.

For now, Stephanie only relies on sheer luck regarding her planet, and as she gains more control she would be able to 'guide' the necklace into the power she needs [like Enigma's power - Empathic Power Randomization, only applied to Astrological planets] until a point where she can summon the planets at will in the future.

Each sign on the pendant represents the major bodies in Astrology : Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. As her powers develop she will eventually be able to combine two planet's power into one, or unlock several other celestial bodies used in Astrology.

In addition to the influence the planets have over Stephanie, the zodiac also temporarily influence Stephanie's personality -- It will only last as long as she uses the zodiac's power. As soon as the power subsides she will revert back to her normal self.
