All these rules are [b]exactly[/b] what is and what is not allowed in Craftland. Please understand that there are spelling/grammar mistakes, missing rules, and rules that can be misunderstood. This post will be going through constant editing to make sure that it is accurate and correct.

[b]Why must the rules be explained?[/b]
This rule guide is for those who don't clearly understand the simple common sense rules on the website. What is being presented are rules that people can look back to, as a guide, so they can be protected from any kind of infractions. If you are smart, you would read the whole thing.

[*]Use common sense. The use of common sense will help prevent you from violating the rules below as well as rules that may not be currently available.
[*]You, as a player, are expected understand when something may be considered a violation. This is why you should always consult with staff before taking action.
[*]Remember to listen to staff. They are not there to harass you. Failure to listen to staff can and will result in a violation on your record.
[*]If you do have any issue with the rules or staff. First comply, then make a complaint on the forums. Write your complaint in a respectable and professional manner. If by any chance the complaint is private, make use of the private message system on the forums. Failure to write a proper complaint can result in further consequences.[/list]

[*]The act of exploitation, by definition, is not a violation.
[*]The act of exploiting a bug is prohibited.
[*]Reporting a bug may not protect the immediate player by doing the following:

[*]Failure to report the exploitation immediately.[/list]
[*]Drop parties, by definition, is considered an exploitation of the economy and is a violation.[/list]
[*]Griefing

[*]The act of griefing, by definition and resource, is prohibited.
[*]Modifying, placing, or destroying on or near the perimeters of a structure or property is prohibited. This includes region properties.
[*]Griefing still applies to worlds and areas that allow destruction for the collection of resources or an established event.[/list]

[*]The act of stealing is prohibited.
[*]Locks on an object or entity that does not belong to the immediate player is prohibited.[/list][/list]

[*]Advertising is prohibited in all in-game chat systems excluding, but not limited to, in-game advertisement.
[*]In-game advertisement must follow the same rules applied under 'Section 3: Posting'.
[*]Advertisements can only be posted within 15 minutes intervals minimum.
[*]Advertising in any in-game chat system for free money or items is prohibited.[/list]
[*]Conflicts

[*]Any act of conflicts must be done in a professional manner.
[*]Arguing is prohibited in any public in-game chat systems.[/list]
[*]Language

[*]Profanity of any kind is prohibited in any public in-game chat systems.
[*]It is prohibited to post any language other than English in any public in-game chat systems.[/list]
[*]Posting

[*]Spamming in any public in-game chat systems is prohibited.
[*]Excessive use of CAPS is prohibited.
[*]Colors can only be used to aid the delivery of the post. Any unnecessary or intentionally excessive use of colors is prohibited.

[*]Posting explicit content of any kind is prohibited. This includes, but not limited to:

[*]Modifications is not a violation unless:

[*]The player modifies the internal coding that requires decompiling files.[/list]
[*]Modifications of any kind will not guarantee the player protection from infractions.[/list][/list]

[b][u]Section 5: Player Violation[/u][/b]

[*]Player Account

[*]Every account logged into Craftland is considered a single user account regardless if the player’s main or other alternative account has any infractions.
[*]Suspicion of main or alternative account/s in which a license was not purchase via Microsoft/Mojang is prohibited.
[*]It is prohibited to use an alternative account to keep mob spawners active.[/list]
[*]Player Killing

[*]In the event of PVP combat, both parties must agree to fight. Killing a player without express permission is prohibited.
[*]In the event of PVP combat, both parties may make an agreement as to the conditions of the fight, and must honor the agreement. Failure to meet the terms of the agreement is prohibited.
[*]Teleporting to a player in a PVP world to PK is prohibited.
[*]All warps, which includes teleporting to player, must allow the immediate player to warp safely without harm. Failure to create a safe warp is prohibited.[/list]
[*]Player Property Rights

[*]Every player has the right to ask the immediate or specified player to leave there region. Upon request, it is considered trespassing.
