  7. Our client is a Fortune 100 Company in the Airline Industry. Our client is seeking a Endpoint Security Administrator to join the IT Operations group joining a team of 4 focused on System admin familiar with antivirus and advance threat protection systems. The team you would be joining is focused on break fix and troubleshooting security issues, including virus outbreaks, work with the security team to identify machines and help mediate any breeches or viruses; not as focused on Project based work. This team does rotate on call support; however, it is about 1 issue that arises a month for odd-hour support- not frequent.

  9. One of the large initiatives this team will be supporting in 2017, is rolling Crowdstrike tool onto their Linux Servers. During this project, you will be working closely with the Platform Operations group through the installation of Crowdstrike.

Typical issues this team faces: HSM and RSA, issuing and working with dev teams to connect them with the environment; schedule changes happen at 10pm (changes happen then); security issues- virus outbreak, work with the security team to identify machines and help mediate any breeches or viruses.

  14. Required Experience:
  15. System admin familiar with antivirus and advance threat protection systems.
  16. Experience in managing end-point security products such as Crowdstrike, Symantec Endpoint Protection, encryption technologies and proxy technologies.
  17. Candidate must be able to work with a team and be self-motivated to administer and troubleshoot various security applications and their deployment to end points.
  18. Bachelors degree in a Technology discipline or equivalent experience of 3 - 5 years in managing large scale environments.
  19. Ability to independently problem solve and be self-directed, having attention to details, and the ability to capture, organize and analyze information.
  20. Excellent knowledge of security applications and appliances.
